26/11/2025: Right by the lake, so you start with an awesome setting. I enjoyed the the seafood pizza, the Fish Plate and really enjoyed the tiramisu. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is not fancy, very chill and laid back. A must to visit.
29/10/2025: We only wanted to have a drink at lunchtime, and even though the restaurant was practically empty, we were refused service. We can't understand this at all, because in the off-season, you'd think they'd be happy with so few customers... and drinks are a good source of revenue. Very disappointing!

19/03/2026: Beautiful restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. The waiter was super kind, polite, and attentive, always available. You can see a lot of attention to detail, which makes the experience even more special. The only thing I missed was a little more flavor in the dishes: in my opinion, the food could be improved.

Beautiful location in the Langhe; it would have been nice to come in the summer to fully enjoy it.
The New Year's Eve dinner was à la carte. We drank several magnums of wine and tried the Piedmontese cuisine.
Entrees: goat cheese and truffle tartlets, savory Bacio di Dama with Parmesan and Bra sausage, and mini giardiniera
Pumpkin, zampone, and lentil tart with Parmesan sauce
Innovative version of veal with tuna sauce
Tajarin with ragù, truly excellent and plentiful
Double-cooked fillet with exceptional potato chips, very tender meat.
Chocolate and salted caramel tart (perhaps the only dish I wasn't sold on this evening)
We were offered mandarins, peanuts, and grapes for midnight.
Along with the coffee, they served small pastries. All for €85 per person.
The staff was fantastic; the young lady was very kind. I would like to come back in the summer.

03/11/2025: I've never stayed here, as I live nearby, but the food deserves five stars: everything (including the stuffed pasta) is always fresh, homemade, and delicious. It's family-run, the atmosphere is informal, and the menu is limited, but varies daily based on the freshest ingredients. Great attention is paid to customer needs and intolerances. The portions are generous and the prices are very fair. In short, a rare find, excellent, and truly authentic osteria.

01/03/2026: You walk in and the delicious aroma of food makes you feel welcome, and the place introduces itself and invites you to the table.
Four delicious appetizers, all absolutely artisanal, tasty, and carefully crafted (even the crostini served with Russian salad!).
Excellent braised meat, sealed on the outside and soft on the inside.
The tiramisu served in a unique cup, with just the right amount of sweetness, also made a happy palate.
Friendliness and flavor.
A wonderful experience.

09/06/2025: J’étais déjà venue au Pastificio Defilippis et j’en avais gardé un excellent souvenir. Cette fois encore, l’expérience a été très agréable : les serveurs sont vraiment gentils et ont réussi à nous trouver une table alors qu’on n’avait pas réservé. Le cadre est charmant, bien décoré, on s’y sent bien.
La cuisine est toujours aussi bonne. La première fois, j’avais mangé des pâtes à l’arrabbiata que j’avais adorées, et j’étais venue exprès pour les reprendre — mais ici la carte change souvent, donc il faut savoir qu’on ne retrouve pas forcément les plats d’une fois sur l’autre.
Ce n’est pas un restaurant de « classiques » comme la carbonara, le pesto ou le ragù : ici, on trouve plutôt des recettes originales comme des pâtes aux courgettes ou aux fruits de mer. C’est une cuisine qui sort de l’ordinaire, raffinée, bien travaillée.
En revanche, les prix sont un peu élevés (comptez facilement 17-18 € le plat), et les portions sont assez petites — on a encore un peu faim en sortant. Donc le rapport qualité-prix peut paraître un peu juste. Mais les desserts sont très bons aussi, et l’ensemble reste une belle adresse si vous cherchez un resto de pâtes un peu différent à Turin.
