18/08/2025: This is a restaurant we stumbled upon by chance. The waitress was very friendly, but we didn't get to try the food because we hadn't been served for an hour and a half! We decided to leave the restaurant without eating! Very disappointed...

22/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, well-maintained and welcoming. A splendid dinner, with attentive service and, above all, excellent Piedmontese dishes. Excellent value for money.

18/08/2025: We stayed one night as a family of four. We received a warm welcome and even had a choice of rooms. The rooms are very large, clean, and practical, and the bedding is perfect. We slept very well. For dinner, we stayed at the hotel. We received personalized service with typical dishes, a selection of local wines, and truly delicious food at a more than affordable price for the quality. We particularly loved the ravioli and the pasta al ragu! Breakfast was a buffet. Overall, it was quite simple, but at a very competitive price. Italian pastries, some pre-packaged and others fresh. Cold meats and cheese. Unlimited hot drinks. We were truly thrilled with our stay and we thank our hosts who made us feel very welcome with impeccable, friendly, and attentive service. I hope we have the opportunity to come back!

09/09/2025: Unfortunately, the tip was very disappointing. We only got dry bread, no oil, and no pepper or salt. The grilled vegetables were completely unseasoned, and the fries had no sauce. My fish also came without sauce, even though the menu said otherwise. The staff were rather bored and not particularly friendly. I can't recommend this restaurant, and we came here specifically for this. Sorry!

29/08/2025: Here, the gap is wide between expectations and reality. Price and performance are completely out of proportion. The food was good, but since I didn't want anchovies, beetroot, or gorgonzola in my meal, I opted for a "salad": one mozzarella, three red tomatoes, and three yellow cherry tomatoes for a reasonable €18. I wouldn't call that a salad. The "boss" was running around with a face in his face. One waiter smelled of sweat. The toilets were so-so. The flush didn't work reliably. The soap was empty. That was the most expensive evening, but we've had better, more affordable (not cheaper) meals and enjoyed the evening with excellent service.

22/07/2025: Excellent restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. The venison carpaccio was very good. The vegetable side dish with the main course was equally good. Excellent value. The prosciutto and melon were excellent, and the roasted melon with hazelnut cream was excellent, melting in the mouth.

10/06/2025: The staff was very nice. Perfect location, great view from the room… Room was clean and comfortable. I went to their restaurant for dinner and it was a good experience. Breakfast was even better, they have a big variety of food which they serve directly to your table (no buffet) - which was a new and nice experience to me! Unfortunately I only stayed one night and solo, but would love to go back for a longer period with someone else.

12/04/2025: Peccato che abbiamo scoperto questo locale a fine stagione invernale. La struttura è calda ed accogliente, arredata con stile montagna. Il menù è diversificato e soprattutto ben cucinato. Ottimi gli gnocchi ai formaggi e la girella di plin. Buona la pizza, così come i dolci. Proprietari e staff estremamente gentili e sorridenti. Difficili riscontrare tanta qualità e gentilezza in alta montagna! La prossima stagione ci recheremo spesso. CONSIGLIATO

09/09/2025: A very romantic location on Lake Orta, with a splendid terrace overlooking the lake. Refined cuisine and fast, professional service. The only drawback is the limited parking lot.

07/08/2025: I'm sorry to find it closed (open only on Saturdays and Sundays). I've been to the chalet both in winter and summer, always eating excellently and spending a few pleasant hours relaxing. Finding it closed in the middle of August was disappointing! If amenities aren't available, as a tourist, you choose other destinations. Please reopen! PS: This also applies to the La Coche hut located across the street, which is closed all summer. Thank goodness for the legendary Gimont hut.

13/08/2025: We booked a table for two for Saturday evening. We parked in Piazza Vittorio and after about ten minutes' walk, we arrived at the restaurant (it's hard to see from afar because there's no tall teacher, just a frontal one). The restaurant is very well-maintained, with details that hark back to Armenian culture. Unique dishes, pleasant and not overpowering flavors. The pomegranate spritz was excellent! Fast service and knowledgeable, helpful staff. We'll definitely be back.

04/08/2025: We tried it on a Sunday evening, having booked the day before (I always recommend booking); the place was already full at 8:00 PM. We waited at least an hour for pizzas (they also do takeout, so I'm afraid they'll give priority to that), while for restaurant-style dishes, service was quicker. There's a wide selection of meat and fish dishes, and the desserts are decent. Pizzas can be ordered with five different doughs (regular, whole wheat, kamut, five-grain, and gluten-free) for a small surcharge on the menu price. The place is quite noisy, but overall acceptable. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They even have child-friendly amenities. For parking, it's best to walk 100 meters further and leave your car at the top of the Belvedere, as the parking lot in the adjacent square has very few spaces.

01/08/2025: It's definitely the best pizzeria in San Salvatore 🤩🤩🤩 Delicious pizza, all kinds of dough, and home delivery. My neighbors and I have started Lunedizza: practically every Monday we get pizza delivered 🍕☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ 5 well-deserved stars ❤️

26/07/2025: Me lo encontré en la vía por casualidad pero lo amé. Precio-calidad muy bien. Pedí una carne con grana padana espectacular por 16 euros. Carne muy buena. Buen servicio y lugar muy agradable. Entiendo que es una risotteria pero son buenos en todo. Tendré que volver por el Risotto.

10/07/2025: I risotti sono eccezionali, tutti con ingredienti di alta qualità e cottura perfetta. Ottime anche le crepes salate. Disponibile anche menu senza glutine. Fantastica la maionese alla menta e le grappe. Personale gentile,simpatico e attento alle esigenze del cliente.
