A great discovery, with cuisine I wasn't familiar with and which I thoroughly enjoyed. Attentive service, but parking is difficult unless you want to walk a short distance. The soup is wonderful. A bit stingy with the wine...

Food was super good. The salad trio was delicioussssss. We tried two different wines, both amazing, as well as the ararat. The staff was super nice and gave explendid advice.

Very nice place. The temperature inside wasn't very high, I'd say a little chilly. The girl who served us was very kind and helpful. All the dishes we tried were good but nothing special. The beer was also good, as was the wine and dessert. The only problem is the location, close to the center, so finding parking isn't easy. Prices aren't exactly cheap.

The food was good, as were the wines, but the portions weren't all the same (some were generous, others too small), and some items on the menu weren't available. Finally, the temperature inside the restaurant was too low.

01/06/2026: I'd like to share my thoughts on the dinner served on the Ristotram on Saturday, May 30th. Nothing to complain about the food, the service was polite, friendly, and not at all intrusive. The historic tram obviously doesn't have air conditioning, but it does have small fans. The route taken, due to various events in Turin, was very disappointing for us Turin residents, and I imagine for tourists. Some background music wouldn't hurt.
02/05/2026: We got here at 2:30 PM, and they let us sit down and eat even though it was late. The agnolotti with ragù was delicious, with super generous portions. What can I say? Yummy!!!

27/05/2026: I came many years ago and a friend of mine helped build the restaurant. What can I say? Wonderful 5 stars, but they deserve 10 for the kindness and 10, it's a shame they can't give it. Very nice, good food.
