Typical Piedmontese cuisine, good quality starter and first course, good second courses, to be carefully cooked. Too bad about the waiting times between one course and another, absolutely unacceptable. There is still some way to go to reach the levels of the previous management. It's a shame because I like the place a lot.

Historic venue located in the center of the beautiful town of La Morra. The food is decent, the service is spartan, like a real tavern. We would have liked to taste the Barbaresco in large glasses, maybe next time.

Buon pranzo, servizio cordiale e simpatico. io ho preso una battuta con tartufo...non molto profumato..ma tutto buono. Miei amici molto contenti del pranzo.

Locale dal gusto retró tipico piemontese, abbiamo mangiato squisitamente : tris di antipasti della casa (battuta e vitello tonnato buonissimi!), plin della casa e tajarin al ragù, e a seguire arrosto con patate e bonet il tutto accompagnato da acqua e 3 calici di vino a testa. Da provare assolutamente!

Great Service ! The pasta was excellent ! The wine pairings amazing!

06/11/2023: As soon as you enter Villa San Carlo, you realize you are in a magical place. Paola, Carlo and all the staff are very attentive to the customer's needs, they are able to pamper you and give you a unique culinary and sensorial experience. The service is excellent, attentive, you can enjoy the dishes using all your senses. The rooms of the villa are full of history, translation and books. A unique place.
22/09/2023: What a wonderful experience staying with Chef Carlo at his villa. The meals were unbelievably wonderful and his wine pairings unbeatable. What a gracious host with so many stories to share. He made our vacation with his charming hospitality…and when he sat down at the piano ….🥹🥹🥹❤️
