18/02/2025: My husband and I had lunch last week on February 12th, our wedding anniversary (42nd). We wanted to celebrate this life undertaking in a worthy way. We chose the blind menu of meat and fish. We liked everything from the refined and elegant environment to the impeccable but friendly service. Each dish had daring but delicious combinations. We will definitely return with our daughter who will be able to appreciate the dishes better than us (she is a chef in Barcelona with her own restaurant). I highly recommend the experience

High expectations which did not disappoint, but the thing that struck me most and which I congratulate is the staff! From the kitchen to the dining room, prepared, attentive to the customer, professional despite a "fresh" age.

27/02/2025: Excellent restaurant, offering tasty, elegant, perfectly executed fish dishes. Every time, you want to come back because you know that with a more than honest price for Milan you can appreciate quality raw materials prepared to perfection. Efficient, courteous service, never invasive but present in the right way. Balanced cellar. the Sardinian influences can be felt but are not overpowering. Given the well-deserved success, you need to book well in advance, but it's worth it. See you soon, it will be a pleasure to have new experiences from you.

23/03/2025: The first sensation you get when entering Brughiera is… familiarity. Even if it’s your first time. A renovated farmhouse that knows how to maintain comfort and elegance to spend a pleasant evening in a relaxed and extremely professional environment. The basis of the cuisine offered is the Lombard tradition, not to be confused with a banal and predictable proposal. On the contrary: the chef loves to amaze with some successful gambles. An example: risotto alla Milanese, luganega ragù and n'duja, caciocavallo Silano, smoked ricotta and bergamot. We tried the “patanegra” tasting menu. One dish better than the other. Pappa al pomodoro and patanegra, burrata, taggiasca olives and basil caviar: wow. Then chitarra cacio e pepe, patanegra bacon, artichokes, veal stock and crispy bacon: an explosion of flavors. And as a second course, in my opinion, the best: patanegra pork cheek, fried polenta, giarratana onion and black garlic ketchup. Vanilla ice cream, patanegra powder and rosemary oil to close a super promoted menu. Well done.

I have been a customer at Cantuccio for over 20 years, and it is difficult for me to be objective since it is my favorite restaurant.
Over the years I have shared dinners with friends or clients who in turn have become regulars at Cantuccio.

03/02/2025: Pranzo eccezionale dall'uovo (l'entreè) al dolce . Locale dove si bada al sodo, l'attenzione è sul cibo e non sugli orpelli tipici dei locali stellati. Prezzi più che onesti.

10/02/2025: Ci abbiamo pensato tanto, prima di fare questa recensione. Ci siamo chiesti se fossimo magari noi, a non capire questa cucina. Dopotutto siamo gente di mare, non di lago. No, non siamo noi. Abituati a ristoranti stellati nel mondo, non in Europa, ma in tutto il mondo, questo posto è un connubio di presunzione, di apparenza e un pizzico di arroganza. I piatti sono presentati con ritornelli suggestivi, che fanno parte dello spettacolo.
Abbiamo interrotto il menù degustazione, per virare su piatti magari meno elaborati. Niente da fare. Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato era assolutamente privo di sapore e dí personalità. Quando si sceglie una stella Michelin, ci si aspetta un effetto wow. Qui di wow c’è stato solo il conto. 320€ di niente. Quando siamo usciti stavamo per entrare nella pizzeria di fronte, incerti se fare un torto al nostro orgoglio,ma stava chiudendo. Intanto signor Michelin, stupito dei criteri con cui si assegnano le sue stelle, sorride della nostra serata buttata.

17/03/2025: 2. 16 3 2025 I confirm the excellent impression of previous times. Excellent food, especially the tuna and the cacio e pepe with cuttlefish sashimi, while the aubergine pie which didn't impress me is worth reviewing. A little excessive, 9 euros for a glass of falanghina.
1. Very elegant and welcoming place located in Porta Genova (recommended for couples). Few dishes but refined and of excellent quality (I recommend cacio e pepe with cuttlefish sashimi). Quick and welcoming service. I've been there 3 times and perhaps the only thing I can recommend is a greater variety/change in the menu. However, it is highly recommended with The Fork discount‼️‼️

Elegant and refined venue with an unmistakable style. Once through the entrance the curtain opens onto a room where perfection rooted in every detail is the emblem and the staff is the perfect combination of professionalism, kindness, elegance and friendliness; in fact, there is no shortage of smiles and short conversations that make the experience even more real and special. "Behind the scenes" here is a cuisine that knows how to delight the palate of diners with perfectly balanced and executed proposals.
In the tasting journey "THE SILK ROAD" each course is a "warm embrace" which: satisfies the sight, stimulates the mind, delights the palate and warms the heart. Each dish is a demonstration of tireless study and search for perfection and even the "apparently" simplest one actually hides a great technical mastery which together with passion and excellent quality raw materials give life to perfect creations. The combination of wines expertly proposed by the sommelier was very welcome, allowing you to savor each course even better, capturing even the most subtle nuances.

24/03/2025: We were in Milan for three days in March, so definitely no swimming in the rooftop pool!
Ceresio 7 was recommended to us, so we booked. We were so pleased we went. From the lady at reception who took our coats, through the lady who seated us, and the lady and gentlemen who served our food, we cannot fault them. They were all very friendly, courteous and respectful; thank you.
The food was of a very high standard. Beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, good quality ingredients. We had a mid-range bottle of wine which was very good. Our glasses were at no point empty, so well observed by the waitress.
We were sat at a nice window seat with plenty of room between tables and not in the thoroughfare of people walking up and down.
Ok, so it's not cheap, but when you get the quality of food, service and atmosphere that they offer, then I don't mind pushing the boat out once in a while.
