11/06/2025: We had an amazing experience at Imago. Chef Andrea Antonini really pulls out all the stops for an incredible dining masterpiece. His various influences and wide varieties of flavors, creative dishes, and use of the highest quality ingredients from local farms allowed us to experience food , art and Rome all at once. The flavors and textures of his food are carefully curated and the menu changes every 6 months. The chef and staff were also very accommodating to my wife who cannot eat seafood. The service is impeccable with attention to detail and ensuring you have the best experience. Lastly, the restaurant is located at the top level of the hotel Hassler, above the Spanish steps. The backdrop of the Rome skyline at sunset made the night magical. Highly recommend and this was the best Michelin starred restaurant I have visited. For the amount of food, exquisite presentation, flavor, and variety that you get, every euro was well spent.

02/06/2025: The location is definitely good, just above the steps of Plaza de España, but the food is just average. The presentation is ok, the food is just average. The creative dishes I chose were overall sour. Not very tasty. I recommend you choose traditional dishes. The service is very good and I give it a full score. The window seat is good. The interior is just average.

18/06/2025: The food was delicious, the service was nice, the atmosphere was friendly. The waiter's only mistake was that he brought toast with tomatoes in oil, which were indeed delicious, but he said they were free (supposedly a gift from him), and at the end they were written on the bill. A minimal mistake, which rather affected his tip, not the overall rating of the restaurant.

19/05/2025: Encontramos este lugar en nuestro paseo desde nuestro hotel a Roma Termini y tuvimos suerte de hacerlo. Los cornetti eran increíbles, lo mejor que encontramos en Roma. Si eres fan de los croissants, no hay necesidad de buscar en ningún otro lugar. Un favorito de muchos lugareños y el personal de camareros eran serviciales y amables también.

28/06/2025: Beautiful place, Suitable for any occasion. The meat is among the best I have ever eaten. EXCELLENT value for money.

24/06/2025: Excellent quality meat, no doubt. Too bad for the total lack of transparency on the weight. They made me pay for a steak for 500g when it would have been 200/300g at most. The worst thing? They denied my request to see the weighing. Unacceptable. They lost a customer who had been coming for years.

15/06/2025: The food and wine were stellar, but the staff’s genuine passion for truffles made it special. Even the bread service with truffle oil was paired with a crisp Prosecco.

15/05/2025: Just a perfect place to try something different in Rome. Fish is a great, very fresh. Herring is truly Swedish. All the dishes are traditional.

When I pointed it out to the staff, they justified themselves by saying it "came from the salad"—as if that were normal! I didn't pay. I left immediately, and I even have video proof. Please, don't eat here. Hygiene seems nonexistent, and their reaction was totally inadequate. Absolutely unacceptable. Found a worm in my food. Disgusting experience. I found a live worm in my dish at this restaurant. When I showed the staff, they defended themselves by saying it must have come from the salad—as if that made it okay! I didn't pay. I left immediately and have video proof of what I saw. Please, for your own safety, do not eat here. Hygiene clearly isn't a priority, and their reaction was completely unprofessional. 11/07/2025: Visited June 19, 2025. More fame than flavor. Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere; acceptable, basic service without much attention to detail. Very weak appetizers; bruchette pomodoro was nothing like the photo, chopped tomato on bread, without any dressing. Lasagna was dry, pasta was tasty, the baked chicken with salad was dry and the salad was sparse, and the cotoleta was smaller than in the photo.
