13/10/2025: We celebrated my 50th birthday and my daughter's graduation here. Two beautiful parties. Everything was perfect and wonderful. Alessandra and her staff are truly one of a kind. Stefano, the singer, is a special person, excellent at his job, polite, friendly, and always ready to please. Thanks to Alessandra, our events were so exciting, thanks in part to her, because she organizes everything down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend New Green Hill without a doubt.

Let's start with the fact that one of the most important things for restaurants these days is to stand out from the crowd, and I have to say that from this perspective, the idea was spot on. The dishes were truly outstanding – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and exceptionally tasty. The friendly and attentive service is also particularly noteworthy. I felt completely at home and can highly recommend the Ambrosia Roof.

I’ve come here for everything from aperitivi to tea time, and each visit is an experience in comfort, taste, and pure joy. But what really steals the show? The cakes. One more delicious than the other—honestly, it feels like a little piece of heaven in every bite. Yesterday was a full-blown flavour fairytale. I had the apple crumble pie and a triple chocolate slice, while my friend went for the pear crumble. Every mouthful was a journey—rich, balanced, comforting, and unforgettable. Like stepping into a magical land of flavours. I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review just to say: chapeau to the chef and the owner. You can tell that every detail—from the packaging to the branding—has been crafted with passion and precision. Thank you, Fabrica, for always making my stomach (and soul) so happy.
