from a location like this, and from quality food I expected a higher level of service. Not that it was terrible, on the contrary, just that from a place like this and from the food they serve I expected a service a little more attentive and professional.
18/06/2025: Suggestive environment for the presence of many antiques. Very varied menu starting from appetizers to desserts. I recommend it both for the atmosphere and for the quality of the dishes.

20/06/2025: June 15, 2025 - Recommended by Alessandro (a true Roman), it was nice to find a cozy restaurant just a stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain, where we tasted typical Roman dishes and more, all of excellent quality. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely return next time. Vincenzo and Letizia from Catania.
20/06/2025: Magical atmosphere of the starting square to the Trevi Fountain. Yes, a bit lax service, but reasonable prices (coffee, cocktails, tiramisu), decent quality. Judging by the photos, it's definitely an interesting choice for dinner. Afternoon sitting - great.

15/05/2025: El personal era antipático y carecía de cualquier forma de calidez hacia los clientes. Ni un saludo ni una sonrisa. Cubiertos y platos fueron arrojados sobre la mesa. Sentí que los clientes eran casi un inconveniente para el personal. La comida era promedio y ciertamente no vale la pena soportar el servicio grosero. Recomiendo ir a otro lugar.

01/07/2025: We loved it so much we came back the next day for more. The burrata Margherita pizza cooked in the woodfire is exceptional. We tried different pasta dishes over our visits and they were all wonderful. Enrico was absolutely terrific looking after us. We highly recommend this place if eating in Rome and especially if visiting or staying around the Trevi.

11/06/2025: The food was delicious. I ate the 4 formaggi pizza, tiramisu and ananas. The waiter was very kind and he was always willing to assist us.
The environment is super calm and quiet.
Special for a Rome dinner!

12/06/2025: We arrived in Rome the day we ate at Glass Hostaria, and it certainly was a great first meal. From the canapés and amuse bouche, to the dessert, and the wine pairings that went with them, it was a great experience. We did the tasting menu, and the portions were great, the wines went beautifully with the food, and the room and service were great.

With a friend we tasted as appetizers the creamed cod and fried egg with pecorino! Unique. As a first course mezze maniche all'amatriciana, cooked al dente, crispy bacon, excellent sauce. An experience to repeat
21/06/2025: Everything is delicious! Beautiful summer terrace. Not many people, but all dishes are made from fresh products. We have been there 4 times. I especially recommend the linguine pasta and caprese salad.

14/06/2025: We came to the pool, a terrible place, super crowded, fleets of people who continue to come in even though the places on the loungers and on the lawn are full. Filthy water, very dirty bar tables, not to mention the bathrooms. NEVER AVOID IT AGAIN!

18/06/2025: I ordered an Italian pasta dish and I really enjoyed it: it was al dente, with a tasty sauce and not at all heavy. The place has a quiet atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely lunch. The decor is simple but cozy and you can tell they keep everything clean. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I thought it was a great option if you are looking for a good meal without any hassle.

29/05/2025: Historic place, the interior with a period boisserie, never changed since I was a child in the 70s, is always enchanting.
The last time I was there I was with some foreign colleagues, who really appreciated the pasta (6 dishes for four people!), while I have always gone there Solone only for the pizza. A pleasant discovery after many years.
Pleasant and friendly service, never too intrusive.
27/05/2025: We sat outside and it was a nice little dead-end street with a lovely atmosphere. The waiters were friendly and food was decent, very good pizza but the rest we shared (some appetizers and starters) were just okay.
