02/04/2024: Fantastic culinary experience at this starred restaurant which, to be honest, deserves an additional star for how we ate: obviously very good! The view is magnificent. Exquisite dining room staff. At dinner the lights reflect on the windows making the beauty of the view somewhat lost but they confirmed to us that they are working to resolve this small flaw.

28/03/2024: Really good! Restaurant with specialties of starters, first and second courses based on meat. Wide choice of wines, the place is not very large, so it must be booked in advance. The owner is really kind and helpful. Parking is easy to find, as the restaurant is located in a residential neighborhood.

05/04/2024: We went to this restaurant for an anniversary dinner. We opted for the 4-course choice menu. Everything was delicious from the starter to the dessert, wine included. Reasonable bill for the quality of the dishes and the service. We also really appreciated the quiet and private atmosphere of the place. We will return to try the rest of the menu and relive this culinary experience

06/04/2024: Really a very nice restaurant, away from the stressful and noisy Italian streets. Here you can enjoy your food and wine in peace. In addition, everything we tried that evening was very, very tasty. The house wine is also highly recommended.

04/04/2024: The vibes of this restaurant are great and the staff are so nice and friendly and helpful. The food on the other hand was not good at all. I almost feel bad for saying this because the staff was so nice, but I am baffled there are so many recommendations/reviews for this place. I mean no harm or offense and maybe I got the wrong meal or went on a bad day but the food is just not good. Avoid the salads at all cost - I just threw mine away it was so bad. The pasta flavor was decent but very overcooked. The lasagna was just okay. I can't say I would recommend this place to anyone. Edit - changing to a 1 star - had to throw the majority of the food away it was so bad

07/04/2024: Fantastic location on the Appia Antica, which I recommend for the refined, quiet and tastefully furnished environment. The food is generally of excellent quality with excellent dishes. I really enjoyed the grilled artichoke, well cooked and tasty. The promo with cuttlefish ragù is less interesting and is a little unseasoned. Overall a valid experience that I recommend to those who don't like confusion.

06/04/2024: The location in a cozy square and the cozy ambiance offered much promise. Sadly, the cooking didn’t live up to the expectations. Nothing was bad, it just wasn’t inspiring. For the prices charged - starters and mains are €15-25 each, the bill can easily rack up to €40 per head, even without wine. I was also disappointed to see the waiter point to the card machine and tell me that I could add a tip. He made sure I was informed that the coperto of €3 per head “belongs to the owner”. I am not averse to leaving tips but a restaurant that charges high prices and then adds a more than average coperto better pay its staff without them having to guilt trip patrons into leaving tips. Certainly far better value dining options in the neighbourhood.
