10/06/2026: The food is excellent! We had baked gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, pesto pasta and tiramisu. Very tasty, made with all fresh ingredients. There was a queue and we had to wait about 30 mins to get in the restaurant. The restaurant is small and it’s self service. There was a little pressure to eat food and leave soon because of the waiting customers outside.

10/06/2026: I've had the best ribs in my whole life and my family was also really satisfied with their pasta. The owner is really nice and makes the experience of his restaurant even better

05/05/2026: We arrived spontaneously without a reservation, and although the restaurant was fully booked, they managed to get us a table. The food was a 10/10 and by far the best we had in six days in Rome. It tasted fantastic and was beautifully presented. The service was also very attentive, and the courtyard is a lovely place to relax. I highly recommend eating here.

07/06/2026: Simon took great care of us at dinner tonight while eating on the sidewalk with a fan to keep us cool in the warm Rome weather. Delicious pastas. Great evening at reasonable prices for our group of 10. Gnochi, lasagna and the carbonara were the favorites of the pastas we ate!!

28/03/2026: So thrilled we found this fantastic restaurant. Came here for lunch and then the next day for dinner. Brilliant service, cosy atmosphere and got to try famous Tonnarelli cacio e pepe, and it lived up to my dreams 🤩. The service and welcoming nature of Andrea and the other staff was 💯. Also got to dine with men of the cloth! Excellent wine list and knowledge as well.

31/05/2026: A truly delicious and absolutely authentic restaurant in Rome. We even went there twice during our stay! Fun fact: Mark Wahlberg and Emrata were there too 😋

31/05/2026: What a great place. We had a delicious meal here. We started with bruschetta with aubergine and tomato and a small selection of cured meats. Everything was truly delectable! For the main course, I had the Roman veal, and my friend chose the steak with fried potatoes on the waiter's recommendation. The steak was absolutely delicious, and my dish was amazing too. The service was excellent. We had a very nice, enthusiastic waiter who came up with good suggestions. For dessert, I had the lemon cake because the tiramisu was unfortunately already sold out, but the delicious lemon cake more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this place, and if I am in Rome again, I will certainly come back here.

07/05/2026: We stopped by spontaneously looking for gluten-free dishes. They have pasta and pizza. Both the gluten-free and regular pizzas were good. The service was very friendly. We would go again.

06/05/2026: Our hotel recommended this nearby restaurant for breakfast. What a mistake! We've never seen anything like it. First day, the welcome was rather cold, the order was incredibly fast… and the service was barely a glance. We received a mediocre croissant, one slice of toast that was cold (placed, or rather thrown, without a second thought and almost at the end of breakfast), a piece of butter, and a sad-looking jam. The fruit juice was okay. Second day, ah, another waiter… just as unpleasant as the one from the day before. This time, we were given two slices of warm toast. Great! Unfortunately, the croissant was stale!… We'll find somewhere else for our remaining two days. Thankfully, there are some businesses in Rome that do their city and country proud!

05/05/2026: We weren't thrilled with the place: the dishes were average with modern reinterpretations of traditional fare, we were practically alone at the table inside, with only another table for two next to us, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and the service was a bit slow.

10/06/2026: I confirm my excellent rating of this restaurant: everything is fresh and original in the presentation of the dishes, the staff is extremely kind, the atmosphere is elegant and quiet with soft music. The bill is reasonable for the high quality of the food. I will definitely return and recommend it to all fish and seafood lovers.

30/04/2026: We visited Escosazio in Rome and had a really good time. I had the Parione Panino and it was so tasty we went back the next day for more. My wife chose the Hila Poke Bowl, which was fresh, balanced, and incredibly tasty. What made everything even more enjoyable was the service: the main waiter recognized us immediately from the day before and greeted us with that typically Roman warmth that makes you feel at home. For anyone visiting Rome, Escosazio is a perfect stop: excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a nice touch of local authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Eternal City.

27/04/2026: I wanted to order an acai bowl, and it was good but very expensive for the service: the waiter was unpleasant and insisted we take the fruit bowls to go (even though the café was almost empty). For €10, he gave us a plastic container and a spoon.
