16/03/2026: A terrible experience, not to be repeated for several reasons: first and foremost, the rudeness of the staff. You don't make fun of customers even if they don't please you. It's shameful for those who work in customer service. The service was terrible because they took so long to finish bringing orders, forcing those who had already received their food to wait forever so as not to let others watch while they consumed it. Furthermore, the drinks were delivered without explanation, creating confusion as to who had ordered because they were similar. The quality of the desserts isn't the same as other places. Then the icing on the cake...cigar smoke wafting into the dining room because the door to the outside wasn't closed and the windows probably weren't insulating well.

01/11/2025: It was my daughter and I, half a liter of water 1.50 a hamburger with bun 11.00 euros service 1.50 each 3 tiny pieces of swordfish 12.00 euros, to make a long story short 30.30 euros. Not recommended service waiting 40 minutes absurd.

22/02/2026: First and last time, had a terrible experience, bad food, raw pizza and arrived very late.

14/10/2025: We ordered an aperitif and were served a few olives and even fewer soft bagged chips. There were four of us, which was embarrassing. The music was so loud, we had to raise our voices to speak; we asked them to lower it, but they ignored us.

05/01/2026: Good outdoor seating to people-watch at the square. Busy place so the orders took a while, even if it was just for 2 coffees, croissant and 2 hot chocolate (total: €15) for the kids. The older gentleman (maybe the owner) was quite pleasant.

20/01/2026: We just ordered pizzas for delivery, sparkling water, and an unfiltered Ichnusa. We opened the order and, lo and behold, the water was still, and instead of an Ichnusa, there was a Heineken. I say no, when you take orders over the phone, you shouldn't serve customers at the counter. First you do one thing and then another. If you don't know how to work, don't work because these things happen, and it's not even the first time. We won't order again. Never again.

11/01/2026: Everything is delicious, we always order from Don Basilico Pizza, four cheeses, cooked ham is also excellent. The light dough and curly mango all also with truffle is excellent, I recommend it.

06/04/2025: Located in a strategic position and attracted by the beautiful appearance of the location, we go to this place on a Friday evening. The guy who welcomes us, really kind and helpful and the only positive note of the experience, makes us sit in the restaurant next door, belonging to the same chain, but allows us to order from their menu. Hence a nightmare: almost an hour of waiting for a hamburger with chips, served cold, and a portion of BBQ ribs, the latter consisting of exactly four ribs in number, also served cold. Terrible value for money and food without infamy or praise.

09/03/2025: Not bad lunch menu, plentiful and cheap. But the wait between a first and a second was endless.. It took us two hours

27/02/2026: No menu was given but a kind lady helped with the translation. Fish for 2 was 60€. We found this so very expensive. We paid for a drink we never received and we were asked to pay cash which we did not have. The view is beautiful but if you do not speak Italien it is complicated. We feel that they abused of our kindness and trust by not speaking Italian.

12/02/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday, and it was a real disappointment, despite the beautiful view. As soon as I sat down, I found a napkin all crumpled and dirty. I asked for a change immediately, which was promptly done, with another one brought that was worse than the first, and then a third. The glasses also left much to be desired. The service took forever, even though there were very few people in the restaurant. My husband was served a different dish than the one he ordered, and was advised to eat it, otherwise he would have waited a long time. My son's plate, however, contained just two spoonfuls of risotto. I believe the toilet dates back to the early 1900s. It was a real disappointment, and we will definitely never return to this restaurant again.

01/11/2025: The place is just beautiful to look at... I bought a diplomat and a baba... Bad idea. The diplomat is normal, while in the baba, guys, you can't believe it... INSTEAD OF RUM THERE WAS WATER!!!! ABSURD... NEVER EVER EVER HAS SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED!!!! WATER IN A BABA!!!! Wear a mask!!!!

29/12/2025: Unfortunately, I have to report yet another negative experience at the McDrive. I waited about 10 minutes at the order point without anyone answering, even though there was no one in line. I even thought they hadn't noticed my presence. I then moved forward, where I found a young woman and explained the situation. Her response was a shrug and a cold "yes," with no response whatsoever. When I asked if I could order directly from her, I was told that wasn't possible. I left disappointed. This is the second time I've encountered the same poor service. I should point out that at the McDrive in Montesilvano, however, the service is completely different: efficient, fast, and with courteous staff.

22/12/2025: Disorganized. 70-minute wait for food. Not recommended.

21/02/2026: Terrible experience. We had booked an indoor room well in advance to celebrate a graduation, a significant moment that, unfortunately, was completely ruined. Upon our arrival, we were placed on the veranda, cramped, in the sun, and in decidedly uncomfortable conditions. To make matters worse, we had to live with pigeons circling between the tables and near the dishes, a situation that was hygienically unacceptable and embarrassing in front of the guests. The most disappointing thing was the owner's attitude, who, instead of taking responsibility for the poor service, continued to blame others, without ever offering a solution or making any effort to accommodate us. A special day turned into a huge disappointment. I do not recommend it, especially for large events where organization and professionalism should be a priority.

19/02/2026: Let me start by saying: I would have given 0 stars, but that wasn't possible. I was a guest at a party at this venue, and the experience was deeply disappointing. We had been guaranteed a spacious indoor room; however, upon arrival, we discovered it had been assigned to someone else, and we found ourselves with a table on the veranda, on the sidewalk, with half the guests exposed to the sun on a particularly hot day, and a pigeon wandering undisturbed across the already-set table. I don't think I need say anything else. Of course, we left!

11/03/2026: It was a total mess. They even pretended we weren't home with everything we'd already paid for. Besides, we ended up having to go get it ourselves. The food was also disgusting.
