16/05/2025: Esta noche hemos comido en este restaurante de Pescara después de haber hecho una reserva. Pedimos una botella de vino dos entradas y dos guarniciones. La comida era excelente, y el servicio era genial también. La comida se arruinó un poco por el hecho de que nos dieron cinco minutos para salir después de estar allí solo un poco menos de 90 minutos. Nunca he tenido que pasar esto en los Estados Unidos y mucho menos en Italia, donde nació el movimiento slow food. Nuestra botella de vino estaba casi terminada (claramente nos hubiéramos ido pronto) y nunca nos preguntaron si queríamos postre. Sin embargo, alguien que no había sido nuestro camarero se acercó y nos dijo que tenían otros clientes y que necesitábamos estar fuera en cinco minutos. Quedamos bastante sorprendidos y realmente puso un giro negativo en la experiencia por lo demás agradable.

I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some peace. Prices for two sunbeds and an umbrella range from €20 to €25, which is very reasonable for the quality you get.

19/11/2025: The pizzas may be good, but I've always had problems with orders. Either they deliver pizzas you didn't order, or they arrive without some toppings, or they do their own thing. One time, my drinks didn't arrive. I called and they even gave me a rude answer. They lost a customer who had already given them several opportunities, but they don't know how to work.

Yet, once we arrived, we were literally kicked out because we had a small, well-behaved dog with us, in our arms and almost invisible. No one said anything to us on the phone, no instructions, no rules were communicated. On the contrary: we were treated with a hostile, rude, and totally unprofessional attitude, as if we were the problem. The result? 10 people left outside late at night, after having booked and trusted them. Zero empathy, zero common sense, zero respect. It's truly incredible how a place can ruin itself with such sloppy and rude management. A place that allows itself to treat customers this way doesn't even deserve a second chance. Disastrous experience. Never again.

27/09/2025: Dry, cold, and burnt pizza is truly nauseating. The dough is thin and unleavened, it tastes like a frozen pizza (if it's not). Even my dog ​​was disgusted by it!!!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

09/09/2025: I often come to Ciferni. The ingredients are good quality, the dough varies daily... The prices are generally quite fair. Speaking of what I ate this evening: the pizza was very good, shame about the slightly burnt edge (that's okay, it's more smoky 😋). As for the fries: they're good thanks to the salt; you can tell they make them themselves, but you can also tell they're frozen. This doesn't mean the quality goes down: if the product is good and they freeze it well, the yield remains almost the same, obviously only if it's stored properly and not past a certain date. This was the first time I ate here sitting down, after a long ride from the central station. I was more than satisfied, almost bursting 😄😅. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful: for that alone, I'd recommend coming here! The location isn't the best for several reasons: • the heat (there's no air conditioning, and the fans, unfortunately, aren't enough), • the tables, a bit sticky and worn. The place is well-kept, though, a shame about these details. You can sit inside or outside. For the ambiance, I gave it a 2 ⭐️: in addition to the above, the main issue is parking. It's a huge problem for those who want takeout: you often have to walk a long way uphill if you can't find a spot. That's why I recommend parking and sitting down to eat there instead. If I didn't consider the parking issue, I'd easily give the ambiance a 3.5 ⭐️. Despite these issues, I'm giving it a 4 ⭐️ overall for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, and because I know it's not easy to manage multiple locations so well. I also appreciate that they offer delivery; it partially solves the location issue. If they fix these details (especially the air conditioning 🥵), this place would be perfect in the future! Thanks again to the staff for their work!
