01/11/2025: It was my daughter and I, half a liter of water 1.50 a hamburger with bun 11.00 euros service 1.50 each 3 tiny pieces of swordfish 12.00 euros, to make a long story short 30.30 euros. Not recommended service waiting 40 minutes absurd.

16/12/2025: Afternoon snack with friends while strolling through the center of Pescara, we went in for a snack of cappuccinos and pastries, nothing more

14/10/2025: We ordered an aperitif and were served a few olives and even fewer soft bagged chips. There were four of us, which was embarrassing. The music was so loud, we had to raise our voices to speak; we asked them to lower it, but they ignored us.

28/09/2025: Bad experience for a group of about 25 adults. Once we were seated, we were asked to pay the bill. The food was poor, not much for what we paid. We asked for coffee and were told to give another 2 euros each after leaving a large sum. Shame.

05/01/2026: Good outdoor seating to people-watch at the square. Busy place so the orders took a while, even if it was just for 2 coffees, croissant and 2 hot chocolate (total: €15) for the kids. The older gentleman (maybe the owner) was quite pleasant.

06/12/2025: Terrible, terrible, terrible! Three hours waiting for four things (a juice, an Aperol, a Blue Angel that arrived like a cocktail they invented, and a vodka lemon that was anything but)! Two hours, actually three! Put the young people in!

19/10/2025: The improved service didn't last long; they forget, they make mistakes. The atmosphere is practically squalid, with pigeons, cigarette smoke, and old stuff. The only thing holding me back was the food, but for a month now, even that has been poor quality: dry croissants, awful cappuccino. I only feel sorry for one waiter; if it weren't for him, the place would close.

06/04/2025: Located in a strategic position and attracted by the beautiful appearance of the location, we go to this place on a Friday evening. The guy who welcomes us, really kind and helpful and the only positive note of the experience, makes us sit in the restaurant next door, belonging to the same chain, but allows us to order from their menu. Hence a nightmare: almost an hour of waiting for a hamburger with chips, served cold, and a portion of BBQ ribs, the latter consisting of exactly four ribs in number, also served cold. Terrible value for money and food without infamy or praise.

09/03/2025: Not bad lunch menu, plentiful and cheap. But the wait between a first and a second was endless.. It took us two hours

11/01/2026: Every winter I go to Abruzzo I go to their restaurant for lunch! Highly recommended.

20/01/2026: We just ordered pizzas for delivery, sparkling water, and an unfiltered Ichnusa. We opened the order and, lo and behold, the water was still, and instead of an Ichnusa, there was a Heineken. I say no, when you take orders over the phone, you shouldn't serve customers at the counter. First you do one thing and then another. If you don't know how to work, don't work because these things happen, and it's not even the first time. We won't order again. Never again.

06/01/2026: We ordered 10 pizzas, two of which were incorrect. One pizza was specifically supposed to be without mozzarella, due to an intolerance, while the other was supposed to be with speck, tomato, mozzarella, and parmesan, but a Margherita arrived. When we called to ask for an explanation and point out the mistake, the employees and the owner responded in a decidedly rude and obnoxious manner. No one was willing or available, and they didn't even bother to apologize, let alone offer a solution. To make matters worse, they even laughed while we tried to explain the problem. As a wish for a good evening, they finally hung up on us. In the end, we paid the price of a more special pizza to receive a simple Margherita, and one person was left hungry. The pizzas might have been good, but the staff's behavior can very easily change your opinion of a place... In their responses to reviews, the staff expects respect from the customer; they're clearly asking for something they have no intention of reciprocating.

01/11/2025: The place is just beautiful to look at... I bought a diplomat and a baba... Bad idea. The diplomat is normal, while in the baba, guys, you can't believe it... INSTEAD OF RUM THERE WAS WATER!!!! ABSURD... NEVER EVER EVER HAS SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED!!!! WATER IN A BABA!!!! Wear a mask!!!!

29/12/2025: Unfortunately, I have to report yet another negative experience at the McDrive. I waited about 10 minutes at the order point without anyone answering, even though there was no one in line. I even thought they hadn't noticed my presence. I then moved forward, where I found a young woman and explained the situation. Her response was a shrug and a cold "yes," with no response whatsoever. When I asked if I could order directly from her, I was told that wasn't possible. I left disappointed. This is the second time I've encountered the same poor service. I should point out that at the McDrive in Montesilvano, however, the service is completely different: efficient, fast, and with courteous staff.

04/01/2026: I ordered salad and ramen. The salad was brown, and the ramen was freeze-dried, with the rectangular noodles still in it, like the packets we all buy at the supermarket. I called to ask for an explanation, and they simply said, "This is how we do it." They should close certain businesses.
