16/05/2025: The place was really excellent in every way! It's a shame it closed.

07/04/2025: I stopped at this restaurant on the way home, choosing it randomly while we were on the move. A bit of a wait (which they made up for with amazing mussels). The staff were very friendly, the food was fresh and above average, and my dog ​​was welcome. No one in the family of five had any complaints. If I ever return to the area, I'll definitely make a point of trying their famous "brodetto." The price was fair for the quality. Luca R

17/11/2025: We went for Sunday lunch; we already knew this place, but we have to say it was exciting to return. We were warmly welcomed by the very professional and friendly wait staff, who seated us at a table with a breathtaking view. We had some very special appetizers: mackerel on a bed of pepper cream, scampi, and a mussel soup, and a mixed roast accompanied by a good rosé wine from Tenuta Fauri. We also noticed that they have a well-stocked cellar with both local and international wines, which were professionally presented to us, so, piqued by our curiosity, we also tasted another excellent wine, Les Piplettes. Finally, a delicate wild berry cheesecake with a delightfully soft crust that melted in the mouth. A delicious lunch, a pleasant atmosphere, and a professional welcome that immediately put you at ease; the love for good food and culinary mastery of seafood is evident. I would recommend it because it's worth it, excellent value for money.

25/10/2025: We waited about an hour and 40 minutes after ordering, without even being served with bread. When I asked for the time, I was told the order had been lost. Also, the cutlery was dirty and the bathroom door was broken. Avoid.

L'Ananasso is a mini cocktail and drinks corner located in a parking lot overlooking the Ionian Sea, equipped with plastic tables and chairs, for those with modest expectations. The staff were friendly and quick; we enjoyed the cocktails, which were well-proportioned; there's no table service. If I could offer a small serving of snacks or nuts with your drink!

14/09/2025: The atmosphere facing the sea is very nice, but the food is really not great, it's hard to fry, no one ate inside, the frying oil smelled bad. The stuffed mussels were salty, the bread was unseasoned, just soggy bread, a shameful starter without much substance, many have gone back. 250 euros, throw it out the window, never again.

22/11/2025: The pizzeria is undoubtedly well stocked with flavours, but with the 12 euro menu ours were visibly taken by the counter, the four cheeses then with the melted slice of cheese was the first time I saw it😂 the place is really big but noisy like few others, not to mention the cold.. I do not deny that it was necessary to wear a jacket to reach an average body temperature... not enough experience I would say

I don't need to talk about the food—obviously, I like it, otherwise I wouldn't be coming here so often—but I'd give the staff ten stars. The girls are friendly and approachable, yet professional, patient, and kind! The best staff in Ortona, hands down!

22/08/2025: Very good cocktails. Nice place, and consequently slightly higher-than-average prices. But they do offer a nice tagliatelle (a slice of bread) included in the price. I recommend it.
