28/09/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at La Ratella and I must say that the experience was overall very positive. The kebabs are absolutely amazing: tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. Even the burgers are impeccable, succulent and well seasoned, a real pleasure for the palate. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made our visit even more enjoyable. We felt welcomed and well treated, which certainly made for a lovely evening. However, there is one aspect to consider: the location inside the venue can become a bit problematic. Personally, I felt a slight discomfort due to the smell of the meals being prepared, which affected my experience. It would be really ideal to have more ventilated or separated areas to fully enjoy good food without the olfactory ripples. Despite this small inconvenience, the rest was all good and I can't wait to return to enjoy those delicious specialties again! I recommend La Ratella to those who love to eat well and appreciate impeccable service.

01/10/2024: I went with my partner while passing through this place. Cold place, unset tables, grumpy and inexperienced waiter with customers, I think it's his first experience, everything that was asked of him was a nuisance. The owner without even a greeting, indifferent and not very affable. The food was decent, we took the cod and the kebabs which were terrible with an aftertaste and some had a greenish colour, perhaps they had been stored for too long. Price normal. But I don't recommend it due to the lack of attention towards the customer. We stayed in September. I don't understand why there are 5 stars... maybe friends or?
