21/06/2024: This wonderfull restaurant where Marianne and her team, served good food, being nice, always explaing all the options. All we ordered was very nice and wonderfull Italian food. No matter how busy it was, the food and service kept being brilliant. We are there 6 times in 2 weeks: that says it all!

12/06/2024: Una bella realtà vicino casa Nostra. Ogni volta che andiamo ci sentiamo a casa. Pizze ottime e vasta scelta nei gusti. La marinara semplice ma buonissima. Ottimi gli arrosticini .Complimenti Marianna a te e a tutto il tuo staff. Consigliatissima

23/07/2024: I haven't eaten Asian food this well in years. The service was good and efficient, the only flaw was the lack of air conditioning, otherwise everything was top, the dishes first and foremost. I'll be back.

28/07/2024: We really liked the lido, large fine sand with different types of umbrellas, central walkway, excellent management and then the bar, a little old in structure but well stocked, they make excellent granitas, there is also a restaurant where you eat very well, little choice but the products they are good the service is quite fast The girls are very good if I were to return I would gladly come to eat here thank you very much for the evening

27/08/2024: Trattoria evolved into a restaurant with typical dishes of the area. I preferred it as a trattoria with handmade cavatelli and not industrial ones like today. Good dishes from the area with a sufficient quality/price ratio

26/08/2024: Gestore gentilissimo nell'accoglienza ma non fi fate ingannare dall'apparenza, i problemi nascono con il conto. Rientrando dalle ferie ho pensato di fermarmi per cena, era tardi e non ho letto le recensioni. Siamo stati accolti bene e ci è stato proposto un antipasto della casa e poi un primo da dividere. Nell' antipasto salumi banali sicuramente non "della casa" come decantati e per primo taglierini al pomodoro, buono, come può essere una pasta al pomodoro. Una bottiglia di acqua ed una di Birra. € 55,00 senza nemmeno lo scontrino. Visto che c'era altra gente mi viene da pensare : spennano tutti ? oppure solo quelli di passaggio ?

09/06/2024: EDIT POST OWNER'S RESPONSE: I wrote clearly that I respect the fact of the reservation, but I don't understand it. Especially when someone responds with arrogance and conceit. Surely the food will be good and your way of catering will be right, but I speak from my experience with you and it was not good. The gentleman you say is not what I say then, because since 7 this morning he has been working in front of me. Having said that, if he writes to me as open until 11.30pm and 2 hours before he doesn't even accept takeaway pizzas, then don't write down the time. Then you think as you want, if your place is open, dirty, you're playing with the shovel and you refuse to either let me sit or give me 1 take-away pizza (even at your convenience) in PRIORI without even saying "look, you can book it for 22/22.30/23” I would have booked and waited calmly outside. If you refuse rudely, without explanation without anything, you are kidding me. Then everyone sees it as they want. I went shopping in another place that was still full of people, all of whom were certainly rejected by you. Thank you “Open until 11.30pm” I come in at 9.50pm, I ask if 3 people could eat 3 pizzas, an empty place, a pizza chef who was playing with the pizza peel and 4 pizzas in the oven: I am told, arrogantly, "if you haven't booked, no because we work by reservation only". I don't understand but I reply that I understand and to which I ask if we could please order just one takeaway pizza for a gentleman who has been working at the fairgrounds since 7 this morning. I am again told No, only with reservations. Now I understand if we were closing time, if everything was clean or if everything was full, but no, I don't understand. Because while you're playing with the pizza peel waiting for the 4 pizzas in the oven, it takes you 1 minute to prepare one to take away. Especially if the place is open, everything is dirty and no one is waiting. My opinion, I will be wrong, amen

17/08/2024: Family place, in front of the beach but very closed you can see little of the beach... very good food and service... the decoration and the atmosphere do not match

16/08/2024: I bitterly regret stopping by for dinner. The environment is anomalous, wedding ceremony trousseaus and paintings from Venice, in Abruzzo, but this is the least serious aspect. I don't know which nightmare recipe book it came from, the spaghetti with clams, the spaghetti was swimming in oil, I found pieces of garlic the size of a little finger inside and then the tomato???? Anyone who appreciates this dish has serious problems. Let's not talk about frying, greasy, soft, indecent. Minimal portions, forgettable flavors, crazy prices. In short, the worst way to end this holiday. I will definitely return to Fossacesia, I will not return to this restaurant even under threat.

04/08/2024: UPDATE! The photos are not current! We wanted to eat mussels and fish soup because we saw the photos from the Google reviews, these dishes are no longer offered, there is only pizza as the main course.

31/07/2024: We booked specifying that we wanted to eat Vastese brodetto. Exceptional dinner, very fresh and very well cooked fish, very kind staff who were attentive to our needs. Truly exceptional evening.

21/08/2024: Nothing to say about the dishes, really excellent. The service was a little slow... But I would happily go back especially for the really good cured meats and also for the kebabs.

17/08/2024: 4 of us went for dinner and from the photos it looked like something very different from reality but at the entrance we were super amazed. 🌿 Beautiful location with a private garden in which to dine and which we didn't notice from the entrance. 🌿 Exceptional service from the moment of booking until leaving: the owner who responded to us was exhaustive in answering questions about the gluten-free menu, the waiters welcomed us superbly and were friendly, helpful and smiling. Attentive in respecting requests, ready and above all good negotiators 😜 🌿 Varied menu and above all respecting tradition: important cutting boards, fresh pasta, kebabs of different weights, drinks and alcohol and homemade desserts. 🌿 Honest price if we consider that we took almost all the appetizers and there was also a glass and desserts inside. 💪 Ultimately: recommended!

16/08/2024: Great food, friendly and efficient staff. Good quality/price ratio. Recommended dish is the "21 seater" appetizer to be consumed by 2-3 people.

14/07/2024: Even though I am a regular visitor to this town, I had never been to this place, yesterday I finally went there with some friends and I really found a very nice and well-kept environment, a super aperitif with quality products but above all not dried but fresh products, the best is all the very kind staff, always smiling and helpful, fast and attentive service, we will certainly be back and I highly recommend it.

17/06/2024: Locale molto carino con una location molto bella per banchetti come matrimoni comunioni ed altri eventi. Noi abbiamo mangiato fuori il buffet ovviamente scelto dai festeggiati a base di carne c'era molta roba salami, ventricina,mortadella tantissimi tipi di formaggio anche caldi ben assortiti. Ottimo prosecco passerina di Castel frentano. Per le intolleranze alimentari come i celiaci hanno servito loro a tavola. Poi siamo entrati e siamo partiti con un primo ravioli alla ricotta con pomodorini e rucola e scaglie di grana, buon sapore ma niente di eccezionale, secondo primo chitarra alla burrata granelli di pistacchio e pancetta, particolari ma non eccezionali, poi un vitello arrosto con patate e verdurine alla Julien molto buona la carne cotta bene e buon contorno, della frutta al piatto e la torta. Tutto sommato non male. Qualche pecca con incomprensioni della cameriera sui menù bambini e intolleranze. Poca attenzione ai particolari della celiachia, mancava il pane senza glutine e quando è stato aperto il buffet dei dolci nessun piatto servito al tavolo di dolci Gluten Free ma solo un pezzetto di torta. Dimenticato dal propietario di ordinarli!!! Ecco un locale così, non può fare di queste dimenticanze. Cmq tutto sommato non male.

04/09/2023: We stopped for a coffee and found ourselves chatting as if we were old "friends". The place is welcoming and familiar, the lady who served us was nothing short of splendid 🤩 she spoke to us with such passion about the town and its characteristics, encouraging us to return again to visit these particular and evocative villages. 17/06/2024: Overall cute. But I found the place a little dirty... and it's a shame about the alley closed by cars because it's a beautiful pedestrian crossing that I would have gladly continued after the coffee.

07/12/2023: Abbiamo scoperto un ristorante semplice e pulito sulla costa dei trabocchi ! Ristorantino sul mare , total white , delicato e buon cibo ! In una giornata uggiosa di dicembre io e dei miei amici ci siamo trovati a costeggiare la pista ciclabile fino ad arrivare davanti a questa location molto pulita anche se non direttamente sulla strada ! Decidiamo di entrare e accolti dalla titolare con molta gentilezza ci siamo accomodati ! Abbiamo ordinato degli antipastini caldi e freddi molto gustosi e freschi e dei primi al dir molto abbondanti come “Pacchero alla George “ e Risotto alla marinara “ ! Prezzo onesto ! È stata una bella scoperta, consigliatissimo!

30/08/2024: È stato tutto bellissimo, tutto com'era prima, cordialità, cortesia e tanta umanità...fino al conto. Buono tutto ma 168€ (160 scontato) per un brodetto per 2, un vino (non caro) e qualche altro cosetta sembra davvero davvero esagerato! Mi spiace troppo , siamo clienti da anni ma non credo ci torneremo più. Prezzi quasi raddoppiati. Manco avessimo mangiato crudi a non finire... Delusione totale. Peccato.

30/08/2024: Siamo presso il ristorante CIBOMATTO DI VASTO cosa dire strepitoso il brodetto e fantastica la presentazione la consgliamo vivamente a tutti quelli che amano il pesce. Ci torneremo .
