Trattoria Amici della Forchetta

03/05/2025: Uscendo dal centro e dai radar dei posti turistici, su suggerimento di un local raggiungiamo gli amici della forchetta.
Dall’esterno non si presenta benissimo ma appena entri comincia un viaggio onirico nella cucina di Nando. Tutto fresco molto buono, prezzo giusto (bruschette miste, maltagliati salsiccia e pomodorini e coniglio alla cacciatora…..cannoli scomposti). Alla prossima!
26/04/2025: Siamo stati con amici in questa trattoria, piccola ma accogliente, Nando ottimo cuoco che insieme a sua moglie ti fanno subito sentire a casa. Piatti ricchi della tradizione, ottimo gli antipasti con olio nostrano, squisito il tacchino e il CIP e
CIAP uno spezzatino di costolette di maiale … top !

The only downside is that it's behind a railway line that's still working. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the sea view while eating. We were placed near the pool.
The shower was tiny.
In the land of the Italian shower, that's a shame.
For one night, it's enough.

08/07/2025: Tamarillo Brillo is one of Lanciano's most popular pubs, located on the hill just beyond the town hall, above the main square. We arrived on time; the owner was a few minutes late, but he greeted us with great kindness, making us feel immediately at ease. Although the equipment still needed to be set up, the service was prompt and the food was good. A positive experience, recommended for a casual evening.

11/08/2025: Perfect place to spend an evening away from the crowds, enjoying the fresh country air. We went for a drink but stayed for dinner. The atmosphere is somewhere between rustic and cool, the food is good, and the bar offers a decent selection of beers, natural and still wines, and cocktails. They also do daily specials and arrosticini. The music selection is also good. We've been back three times in ten days, definitely recommended.
11/08/2025: Very nice place, good food, but the eggplant parmigiana was lukewarm and the hummus was cold. The menu was a bit limited, significantly smaller than in the past. The quality of the ingredients was still excellent, but the menu could be expanded with starters and side dishes. The arrosticini were priced above average. However, I appreciated the attention to detail and the atmosphere.

13/06/2025: Large and welcoming place, old style. Friendly, sociable and cordial owner. That evening we were alone because it had just reopened after the full house of Easter, Easter Monday and April 25th. We didn't mind at all, we had a great time, it made us feel at home. Excellent and abundant portions. I recommend the hot and cold appetizer and mixed grill.
26/05/2025: I have been to eat at this place many times with friends and family.
Not bad to eat especially on holidays when there is fun entertainment.
Welcoming location.
I recommend it to everyone.

08/07/2025: Capitati per caso in questo lido/ristorante, non do 5 stelle perché la scelta per chi non mangia pesce è piuttosto limitata. In ogni caso abbiamo preso 3 primi, due allo scoglio e uno al pomodoro. Davvero molto buoni, la pasta era fatta a mano. Location suggestiva, praticamente si mangia vista mare.
07/07/2025: Siamo stati molto bene in questo stabilimento. Forse gli ombrelloni troppp stretti ma il ristorante e i servizi ci sono piaciuti molto, personale molto gentile e prezzi giusti. Vicino ai parcheggi. Consigliato

26/08/2025: Honestly, we weren’t expecting much as every other restaurant nearby seemed closed (evening) but it was sooo lovely 🥰 the pizza were really good, as for the wine and the service. We had our feet in the sand while dining
19/08/2025: Really good pizza: both the dough and the ingredients. The staff were courteous and professional... which is why it's a real shame that it took about 65 minutes to get a table and a good 40-45 minutes before all the pizzas were served.
Be prepared for a long wait... maybe even grab a couple of beers at their kiosk!

Ah! Da non dimenticare il prezzo più che onesto vista la qualità.
06/03/2025: De passage à Ortona, nous avons découvert avec plaisir ce restaurant au décor typique. L accueil et le service agréable et la cuisine délicieuse. Découvert un dessert, une vraie tuerie qui mérite de détrôner le tiramisù.
