16/06/2025: Old and very hot place, we sweated all through dinner. Poor service, inexperienced and rude waiters, the pizzas are inconsistent, thin. Poor appetizer. We had a Napoli where the anchovies had to be searched for with a magnifying glass. Not recommended.

14/06/2025: We just left the pizzeria, good pizza with quality ingredients 4 stars for the food because a little salty but all in all good. Negative aspects the madness of the service... 20 minutes to be welcomed to an EMPTY pizzeria no more than 30 seats From when they sat us down to when we ordered another 20 minutes passed, and finally 1 hour of waiting for 2 pizzas, in the meantime we witnessed the show of the waiters who huffed at the requests of the tables, the lady who is in charge of taking the orders treated like idiots in the middle of all the two boys in the room. Evandro I'm sorry because we also liked the pizza. Spent 36 euros for 2, if the service had been decent it would have been well spent.

Abbiamo scelto il menù da 12,00 euro (secondo di pesce e contorno più bevanda), abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora per ricevere 2 piccolissimi spiedini di calamari a testa, due contorni di rape, una bottiglia di acqua (non minerale) e 3 fettine di pane, per poi ricevere il terzo mini spiedino con le scuse perchè in cucina si erano sbagliati. Spiedini senza infamia e senza lode. Abbiamo pagato 14,50 euro a testa, quindi 2,50 in più per il coperto (sul cartellone fuori scritto microscopicamente, sotto ai 12 00 euro a caratteri cubitali!)... non si possono fare le nozze coi fichi secchi, dice il proverbio... delusissimi, avevamo un altro ricordo...

02/06/2025: Location molto carina e curata, servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo mangiato due antipasti e due primi.... tutto buonissimo 🤤 Ne vale la pena anche se i prezzi sono sopra la media per Alba. Unica pecca se così vogliamo definirla, è la cantina....troppe bottiglie di altissimo livello e quindi prezzo, pochissima scelta per una fascia media. Ci torneremo per assaggiare altri piatti 🤗

06/01/2025: Siamo andati con amici x un menù pesce che avevano proposto loro. Pranzo pessimo, sugo bruciato, spaghetti completamente scotti, tutto insipido e freddo, qualità del cibo scadente e tempi lunghissimi nonostante il menù fisso. Esperienza da dimenticare

24/08/2024: Abbiamo preso ieri sera 4 pizze da asporto, dopo 10’ erano sulla nostra tavola, volevo solo consigliare al Belvedere di cambiare pizzaiolo perché non sa fare l’impasto ( né croccante e ne morbido ) sembrava una pizza di un giorno, dura, e poi non sa il pizzaiolo che sulla capricciosa va messo un uovo all’occhio di bue ( mancante ) e il prosciutto va messo quello crudo non cotto. Consiglio spassionato andate bel panorama ma non mangiate le pizze…

15/01/2025: Excellent piadina, friendly staff however there are few seats, if you go during peak hours you risk having to sit outside the restaurant. I would recommend changing location to have more seats considering that it is one of the most popular places inside the shopping center for lunch/dinner.

28/04/2025: Sono entrato per prendere un caffè con una persona. Ho chiesto il prezzo e il proprietario mi ha detto 2.40 € che ho regolarmente pagato. Mi sono accorto, mentre aspettavo di essere servito, che nel listino prezzi appeso dietro il bancone, stava scritto, che il caffè costava 1 € se al bancone e 1.20 € se servito al tavolino. Ho chiesto spiegazioni al proprietario il quale mi ha risposto molto scocciato che quel locale non era un bar ma un ristorante e che non aveva aggiornato il listino. Tuttavia, per farmi un favore, mi avrebbe fatto il caffè e mi ha "buttat" sul banco 50 centesimi. A quel punto, visto il tono sgarbato ed offensivo del proprietario siamo usciti, lasciandogli la moneta e senza consumare. Se questo è il modo di trattare i clienti è cambiare mestiere!
