17/01/2026: We've been having breakfast here for years, everything is excellent. There's also a diner recommended by friends, we'll definitely go there.

24/12/2025: Good coffee, always served with a small dessert, be it a cream puff, a cacionetto (a small cake), or a biscuit—a little treat. The desserts, especially the maritozzo, are delicious. I also like their rustici (a type of pastry), mini pizzas, and puff pastry fiadoni (a kind of puff pastry).

09/11/2025: I find the criticism unfair for a pizzeria that has been in business for over 40 years, and has been making good pizzas for almost half a century and delighting the palates of many people, and it's not for everyone. You can't stay afloat unless you offer a good product at prices people consider fair. Alba Adriatica has changed everything, the pizzerias have changed management, but Wolf is still there. I remember once hearing the owner Marcelo get angry that he couldn't offer lower prices. "My meat costs so much per kilo, how much should I charge? I sell it by the pound, which is better." I'm talking about several years ago, but this is the restaurant's policy: raw materials command a higher price, and the owner himself wouldn't want that, but sometimes you just can't help it. If you want to eat quality, and therefore raw materials are a given, you can say you don't like it, but if you say it's not quality, you're lying. Even the criticisms about the streetside tables—this is the place and it shows. If you're that squeamish by nature, go elsewhere. We're not in the '80s, when a car accelerating would pollute your air. Today, you can't even smell those odors. It's more of a mental thing than anything else. Maybe you breathe that air, but if you eat a tasty pizza or a sandwich on the street, it's no longer a good idea. Anyway, I always eat outside and have never had these problems. In fact, it's really nice to eat outside on the street in the summer. The pizza is good, the welcome is friendly, and Wolf is a guarantee. Go there, you'll eat well and have peace of mind.

11/10/2025: I've been there with my partner several times, everything is really delicious and the staff is kind and polite. It's a fantastic ketogenic pizza since I'm on a ketogenic diet. Finding it in this restaurant was nice because you can't find it anywhere else. We'll always be back.

08/12/2025: I give 5 stars for the ice cream, but it's always closed. The ice cream shop isn't very reliable when it comes to opening times.

05/03/2026: I was at this restaurant on a Sunday for lunch. We arrived to eat with the second sitting at 2:30 pm. Total chaos. People were standing and waiting to be seated or to pay. After about 30 minutes, we managed to sit down. The lady spread the tablecloth on the table and we sat down. We waited. After a while, we managed to order and so far, everything was fine. The food arrived very quickly, except that there were no cutlery, glasses, or napkins on the table, so we waited again to ask for cutlery. The table was so full of food that we didn't know where to put it and more courses kept arriving, but I don't blame the waiters for this because unfortunately the place was packed. After the appetizers were finished, the first course arrived and everything was good except the spaghetti with clams which tasted like nothing but that's okay, it can happen. When the second course arrived (a baked sea bream), the guy put the plate down and left us without plates and cutlery (again). After finishing the second course, we had a coffee and asked for the bill (€273 for 4 people), which is understandable considering we're talking about fish. All in all, I want to say that the food is somewhere between good and fair, the service is TERRIBLE but, again, I don't partly blame the staff because, apart from the slow service and the lack of attention, they were very kind, but I would like to appeal to the owner to review the organization for a moment. Mostly, when I went to pay at the cashier, the lady didn't even ask how it went because she clearly doesn't care. At least I expected an apology. I expected better given the reputation it has, given my experience I will definitely not go back there nor will I recommend it.

Excellent selection, especially the first courses; we chose the white lasagna with mozzarella, speck, and artichokes, it was tops! 😋 The owner was incredibly friendly, excellent value, and generous portions! Highly recommended!

02/10/2025: Disappointed that they do have gluten-free ice cream, but they don't rule out the possibility of contamination. It's fine for those with gluten intolerances, but certainly not for celiacs. In any case, I appreciated the sales assistant's honesty.

17/04/2026: Here's "sor Paolo's" historic gelato. A few authentic flavors prepared by the tireless Adriano. The cream still tastes like milk. A small, quick-service place in the heart of Teate. Long live Glacia! (and yes, in Chieti it's spelled Marruccini)

L'Ananasso is a mini cocktail and drinks corner located in a parking lot overlooking the Ionian Sea, equipped with plastic tables and chairs, for those with modest expectations. The staff were friendly and quick; we enjoyed the cocktails, which were well-proportioned; there's no table service. If I could offer a small serving of snacks or nuts with your drink!
