Coppi's photo is still there.... A jump into the past.... Having served in the military in Chieti in 2006, a stop at the ice cream shop had become a must... With some initial doubts given the winter season, but attracted by the people who enjoyed ice cream during their walks, I decided to go in. I still remember the kindness of the gentleman who was behind the counter and even more so his delicious ice cream... Melted chocolate inside the cone then he filled it with cream, two flavors in tops which he covered with melted chocolate and the ice cream was served. What magic when he pulled the caps off the various containers, one day he made me taste the goat's yoghurt, telling me try putting sugar in it and you'll see how good it is... I still remember the white jar with the red writing... How much time has passed ... I hope one day to be able to greet her and enjoy her delicious ice cream. I don't remember her name but I send her a warm greeting. Andrew.
