04/06/2025: Cada curso estaba perfectamente mostrado y absolutamente delicioso. Comida como nunca has comido antes. ¡Se merecen la calificación Michelin! El servicio fue excepcional y los maridajes de vinos fueron encantadores.

07/06/2025: We had dinner in this very nice place. In the center of the historic center, the dishes were good and well-prepared.
I recommend Tris of Tartare and Truffle Fondue.
The staff is young, very courteous and easy-going.
I also saw an excellent selection of wines that I did not have the pleasure of tasting, however.
I recommend!

20/06/2025: Just stopped for lunch great service ans we were sat outside. Three had the picchi pasta wuth cheese and pepper and I had tagliatelli with ragu fllowed by a tartafu bianchi. Absolutely lovely thanks

20/06/2025: The food is delicious and the view from the balcony is amazing! Tho the balcony table had to be reserved in advance and the staff is friendly but you can tell it’s more of a business vs a nana cucina at this stage as everyone is a bit transactional in comparison to other local places we visited these few days near Perugia.
18/06/2025: We often go to eat at Masolino, it is a GUARANTEE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SASSOLINI (GNOCCHETTI WITH MUSHROOMS AND TRUFFLE) THEY ARE ADDICTIVE...

04/06/2025: We spent an unforgettable stay at Borgo dell’Ulivo, a true oasis of peace surrounded by nature. The location is simply enchanting: among olive trees, greenery and silence, it is the perfect place to relax and regenerate. The presence of the swimming pool and the hydromassage was an added value that made our stay even more pleasant.
The location is strategic, ideal as a base for visiting Umbria and discovering the beauty of the surroundings without giving up tranquility.
A special thanks to Maurizio, his family and all the staff, who welcomed us with rare kindness and professionalism. We felt at home, pampered in every detail.
Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, relaxation and sincere hospitality

16/06/2025: Great service. Great view. We had the tasting menu which was very good. Some hits. some misses-but overall an excellent meal with wonderful wine selection.
01/06/2025: Food not up to the price paid! With the same price 210 euros for two you can eat in a starred restaurant with a tasting menu done as it should be! The place has a beautiful view and the waiting staff was friendly and helpful! Too bad the dishes and the combinations are not up to the location!

21/06/2025: We stayed at the Castello for three wonderful nights for a wedding. It was like a dream. The grounds are stunning, views spectacular, and the room we stayed in was lovely. You could not find a better location for a wedding. It was like a dream. Highly recommend.

16/06/2025: Trovandosi a Terni, in più di lunedì !! il vecchio DeGustibus temeva fortemente di doversi accontentare del famoso convento. Ma questo grazioso locale si è rivelato un bella sorpresa, soprattutto per una carta davvero interessante, ampia e di estrema ricerca. Da censurare invece la famosa lista del giorno a prezzo fisso che disonora che punta sulla ricerca. E qua di ricerca ce n’è fin troppa come dimostra un temerario risotto con pesche, basilico e bottarga che va probabilmente rivisto ma ha comunque attratto il vostro. Quasi impeccabile l’uovo con gazpacho di fragole e capocollo, solo un po’ carico di sapidità ma comunque riuscito. Altre chicche da provare nel menù che è il punto forte di questo, promosso, locale
25/05/2025: Really positive experience! Welcoming place, well-kept and with a pleasant atmosphere. The food is excellent, you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care in the preparation. A detail that I really appreciated: the chef who passes between the tables to ask if everything is okay. A rare courtesy that shows passion and attention to the customer. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!
