03/04/2026: The truffle pasta at the restaurant recommended by the guide was delicious. However, ordering at an Italian restaurant felt a bit awkward. I clearly ordered just one pasta dish, but a fried egg came out with it, and the price was similar to the pasta. I was shocked. I don't know if I just mindlessly said okay, but it didn't feel good. I turned around thinking it was a relief since the food was good, but did they pull a trick on me for a moment? Anyway, make sure to check the box stating that you are only eating this when ordering.

03/04/2026: The dishes are both delicious and visually stunning, and truly exceptional. Some are even experimental, blending diverse culinary traditions with classic Italian cuisine. The interior is stylishly modern and very cozy, with chill jazz playing in the background. The staff is very friendly (especially with children)! Not overpriced! Update 2026 (8 years later): Nothing has changed! On the contrary, it might even be a touch better :)

14/06/2026: We had a wonderful stay at Auberge de la Maison. The hotel is excellent, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere is warm and charming, with a beautiful lobby decorated in a refined Alpine chalet style that perfectly reflects the character of the region. The location is outstanding, nestled in a peaceful village beneath the majestic Mont Blanc, offering both tranquility and breathtaking scenery. The food was very good, with high-quality ingredients and a delightful dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and memorable stay in the Courmayeur area.

06/04/2026: A wonderful experience; everything was perfect in this mountain chalet, set in a refined, warm, and welcoming environment. The staff was extremely kind and available for any information. Excellent shuttle service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony. Excellent breakfast and a superb candlelit dinner. The spa and small but functional indoor/outdoor pool were included. The hotel is very close to the Skyway Monte Bianco, and I highly recommend this excursion.

23/04/2026: The hotel is located in an elevated position above Courmayeur and has ample parking. There's a more direct path back to the village, and a free shuttle from the parking lot back to the chalet. The mountain views from every corner of the building are spectacular. The interior decor is very charming, and the owners clearly put effort into maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

20/05/2026: Just moved to Bellevue and a friend pointed me to these guys for work I needed done. Their approach beats bigger contractors - way more personal attention and they actually listened to what I wanted 👍 Really excited about discovering spots like this in the neighborhood.

19/05/2026: I had an absolutely incredible stay at Bellevue Hotel & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and service was genuinely top tier. The staff went far beyond what I expected and made the entire experience feel personal, relaxing, and effortless. The food quality was exceptional throughout the stay. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly matched the atmosphere of the hotel. The spa experience was equally impressive. The sauna facilities alone were worth the trip, with five different saunas and wellness areas that made it easy to completely unwind after exploring the mountains. What really stood out to me was how attentive and helpful everyone was. I arrived not knowing much about the area, and the team immediately helped me organize activities, provided trail maps, explained where to walk, and even helped guide me toward visiting the Cogne mines. It made exploring the region feel seamless and welcoming. Even though I was only here for two days, I genuinely wish I had stayed longer. This place delivered one of the most relaxing and memorable hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic luxury mountain retreat with incredible service, wellness facilities, and hospitality that truly feels unmatched.

08/03/2026: I ordered fondue (the restaurant's signature dish) for two, which wasn't bad in itself, but compared to four years ago, they "forgot" to bring me much of the dipping sauce. For €60, they served us a few thin slices of mocetta and a bowl of bread cubes... for two. When I asked for more, they brought me another bowl of bread, 20 minutes later with the fondue cold. The Bellevue (the owner) is an excellent 5-star hotel. This is my third year coming here, and I don't think the management of this restaurant is still up to par with its standard of service.

27/02/2026: The place is very cute and typical of the area. The food is very good and not expensive, but the cheeses are a bit pricey for the quantity. The polenta is also a bit pricey, but the other dishes are reasonably priced. Overall, however, we found the quality/price ratio to be more fair than the competition.

05/07/2026: I have to give the ambiance one star because we were welcomed into the outdoor area on a cold and windy evening, and despite our willingness to wait for a table to become available, we weren't granted one. The dish I chose was pork ribs with potatoes and caramelized onions. I thought they were excellent, but it was a shame they were completely covered in BBQ sauce, which I hate.

05/07/2026: One star. A decidedly disappointing experience. The polenta concia was characterless and tasteless. The pork ribs were covered in so much barbecue sauce that it completely obscured the flavor of the meat. This should have been specified on the menu, as it only lists potatoes and onions as a side dish. The biggest disappointment, however, was the trout. After being cleaned at the table, it was left out in the open for so long that it arrived cold. Once we started eating it, we realized it was actually raw inside. We reported the problem, and the dish was taken back to the kitchen and subsequently returned without the slightest attention, without an apology, and with an attitude that seemed annoyed. We didn't order dessert or coffee; we simply paid the bill and left. From such a well-known establishment, we expected much better food and service.

19/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay. The welcome was very warm. Dinner was delicious. Thank you to the whole team.

15/03/2026: Clean room, comfortable bed, everything electronic and efficient, price I would say more than competitive and very friendly at reception, congratulations girls you are doing a great job

07/09/2025: Today a piece of Aosta Valley history ends with the closure of this splendid place ❤️ heartfelt thanks to Felice and Irma for always making us feel at home with their wonderful hospitality

12/04/2026: Beautiful mountain setting, located very close to the Valtournenche ski slope. We went for dinner and discovered an amazing wine list! The dishes are very carefully prepared and never banal. Kudos to the kindness and extreme expertise of the waiters and owners.

10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Antagnod. The staff was very friendly. The food is excellent quality and incredibly good value. We absolutely recommend their homemade tagliatelle and gnocchi with ragù, and the charcuterie and cheese platter. The desserts are also delicious. We can't wait to go back, it was an incredible discovery!
