06/11/2025: We enjoyed a lovely lunch here! Service was really superb, we always had everything we needed and the food was also delicious!

05/11/2025: I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was eating because they stared at me so rudely. I don't recommend it.

14/10/2025: A chalet steeped in Aosta Valley tradition and French influence, strategically located for excursions, both in the nearby Ferret and Veny valleys and in the Mont Blanc massif. A spacious and well-kept garden with garden furniture. The attentive and courteous staff are always on hand. High-end cuisine, even for the most discerning palates, is impeccable, with impeccable service. Stylish rooms are excellently managed by dedicated staff. The spa is basic but complete (a general nudity rule in the saunas would be preferable). We will certainly return for the quality and the endless opportunities the surrounding area offers, and we will recommend it to our friends. Francesca and Nicola

12/10/2025: A truly well-kept and welcoming place, made magical by the surrounding forest and especially by the view of Mont Blanc. But as always, it's the people who make the difference, and for this, a special thanks goes to Giovanni for the excellent, freshly prepared breakfasts and the pleasant conversations. 11/08/2025: Extremely disappointing stay and worrying lack of security and respect I stayed at this hotel hoping to have a pleasant stay, but the experience turned into a nightmare. During my absence, I had the very unpleasant surprise of discovering that my luggage had been searched. The arrangement of my belongings had clearly been altered, and some personal belongings had been moved. This type of situation is deeply shocking and unacceptable, especially in a hotel that is supposed to offer comfort and security to its guests. When I reported the problem to the reception desk, the staff's reaction was more than disappointing. No clear explanation was given, and management didn't seem to take the situation seriously. Instead of trying to understand or reassure me, I felt as if my words were being minimized, or even doubted. This lack of professionalism is unworthy of a hotel that claims to welcome its guests in good conditions. A hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's also a place where you should be able to leave your belongings in peace. Here, trust was completely broken. I felt unsafe for the rest of my stay, forced to guard my personal belongings and fearing for their safety. This ruined my trip and prevented me from enjoying my time there. In summary, I strongly advise against this establishment to anyone who values privacy, the security of their belongings, and a minimum of consideration from the staff. There are many other hotels that, for the same price or less, will treat their guests with honesty, professionalism, and respect. For my part, this is the last time I'll set foot here.

22/08/2025: Good food, hard to identify from the street: no sign

16/08/2025: It would be a 4 star but don't put the prices of water and wine and then charge 4 euros for a liter of water and 12 euros for half a liter of the house wine. You really want to take advantage of it, to say the least. I definitely won't be back, it's a shame because the food is good.

09/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant with an ancient Aosta Valley theme. Impeccable service, and a lovely idea to offer their own spiced wine (killer) with a welcome plate. The menu is very extensive, especially the wine selection. I wanted to try the Favô, a very good and unique dish, while my companion had the Agnolotti, also very good. To round things off, we had a tasting of 18 cheeses accompanied by three sauces, plus polenta, salad, and potatoes. The potatoes were a bit of a letdown because they were just whole boiled potatoes. But what can I say? An experience worth having. To finish, a panna cotta with raspberries and chocolate, very good but overpriced. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the wine and desserts are a bit overpriced. If you're passing through Cogne, I recommend stopping by. P.S. It offers a great view.

07/10/2025: Exceptional dinner. Attentive and fast service. Professional and courteous. We had dinner this evening, starting with caponata and carpaccio. Followed by a hearty raclette. We finished with gelato and a delicious zabaglione, freshly whipped in a copper pot. An experience that left us happy and truly full! Highly recommended for anyone looking to sample delicious dishes in a mountainous yet elegant setting.

05/10/2025: A true hotel, traditional, well-run, and reassuring. Breakfast features Aosta Valley specialties and coffee, etc., made at the bar and delivered promptly to your table. No nasty vending machines!

17/10/2025: I feel compelled to give one star for an absurd reason: we're going to dinner in August, 15 of us, a large bill, and 15 divided by 49 and something... what do they do? Rounding up to 50. This is already incredible, but it doesn't end there: those who want to pay in cash pay 47 euros, those who want to pay by card 52. These things really leave a mark; a place that should be absolutely top-notch has fallen dramatically in style. Sorry, but it's unacceptable to still see these things in a place where main courses start at 25-27 euros and up...

18/09/2025: A must-try if you're in the Cervinia area. Book in advance!

06/09/2025: I called to make a reservation and, after answering without even introducing the restaurant, I received a firm (and very rude) "no" with no further explanation, after which there was no answer to the call.

10/08/2025: There were four of us: some very good dishes. Some things to keep in mind: poor organization (is the family-run business partly to blame?); the Valdostan soup here is prepared without cabbage. I ordered a Valdostan-style rib steak: it's not specified that the size of the rib steak can vary greatly (but the price doesn't). Always ask: you risk overpaying for a dish or wasting food.
