03/04/2026: The truffle pasta at the restaurant recommended by the guide was delicious. However, ordering at an Italian restaurant felt a bit awkward. I clearly ordered just one pasta dish, but a fried egg came out with it, and the price was similar to the pasta. I was shocked. I don't know if I just mindlessly said okay, but it didn't feel good. I turned around thinking it was a relief since the food was good, but did they pull a trick on me for a moment? Anyway, make sure to check the box stating that you are only eating this when ordering.

03/04/2026: The dishes are both delicious and visually stunning, and truly exceptional. Some are even experimental, blending diverse culinary traditions with classic Italian cuisine. The interior is stylishly modern and very cozy, with chill jazz playing in the background. The staff is very friendly (especially with children)! Not overpriced! Update 2026 (8 years later): Nothing has changed! On the contrary, it might even be a touch better :)

06/04/2026: A wonderful experience; everything was perfect in this mountain chalet, set in a refined, warm, and welcoming environment. The staff was extremely kind and available for any information. Excellent shuttle service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony. Excellent breakfast and a superb candlelit dinner. The spa and small but functional indoor/outdoor pool were included. The hotel is very close to the Skyway Monte Bianco, and I highly recommend this excursion.

31/03/2026: My girlfriend and I dined as external guests at the Auberge's restaurant, and unfortunately, I find myself having to write a review that's different from all the others and from what I would have liked. I'm certain it was a truly unique occasion. The attention to detail, unfortunately, didn't live up to the service: the gueridon attached to our table, which was filled with other customers' dishes and used tableware, was inappropriate. Furthermore, it was moved back and forth from our table to others, causing considerable embarrassment (to be clear, the gueridon is appropriate, but I think it's best to move it away from other diners' tables unless it's permanently attached to the table in question). The wait times were extremely long, despite the number of diners appearing adequate for the number of waiters (waiting time at least 30 minutes). The delivery of the dishes was a mistake: we ordered a Piedmontese appetizer to share, but the main courses arrived first. Despite our suggestion to reverse the order, they preferred to take it away (thus requiring us to wait again for the main course). At the end of the meal, they asked if we'd like dessert, telling us they'd bring the menu, but we had to ask another waiter because it was clear they'd forgotten (a 10-minute wait). Having both worked in this profession, we noticed some imperfections in the service (for example, salt and pepper thrown into the bread basket to clear the table). The quality of the food was excellent (char, tagliata, and apple fritters). I'm sorry for the review, but I'm sure it was an isolated incident.

23/04/2026: The hotel is located in an elevated position above Courmayeur and has ample parking. There's a more direct path back to the village, and a free shuttle from the parking lot back to the chalet. The mountain views from every corner of the building are spectacular. The interior decor is very charming, and the owners clearly put effort into maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

20/04/2026: Gorgeous and welcoming facility. Warm, friendly staff. Tasty, classy food. I highly recommend it.

20/05/2026: Just moved to Bellevue and a friend pointed me to these guys for work I needed done. Their approach beats bigger contractors - way more personal attention and they actually listened to what I wanted 👍 Really excited about discovering spots like this in the neighborhood.

19/05/2026: I had an absolutely incredible stay at Bellevue Hotel & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and service was genuinely top tier. The staff went far beyond what I expected and made the entire experience feel personal, relaxing, and effortless. The food quality was exceptional throughout the stay. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly matched the atmosphere of the hotel. The spa experience was equally impressive. The sauna facilities alone were worth the trip, with five different saunas and wellness areas that made it easy to completely unwind after exploring the mountains. What really stood out to me was how attentive and helpful everyone was. I arrived not knowing much about the area, and the team immediately helped me organize activities, provided trail maps, explained where to walk, and even helped guide me toward visiting the Cogne mines. It made exploring the region feel seamless and welcoming. Even though I was only here for two days, I genuinely wish I had stayed longer. This place delivered one of the most relaxing and memorable hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic luxury mountain retreat with incredible service, wellness facilities, and hospitality that truly feels unmatched.

08/03/2026: I ordered fondue (the restaurant's signature dish) for two, which wasn't bad in itself, but compared to four years ago, they "forgot" to bring me much of the dipping sauce. For €60, they served us a few thin slices of mocetta and a bowl of bread cubes... for two. When I asked for more, they brought me another bowl of bread, 20 minutes later with the fondue cold. The Bellevue (the owner) is an excellent 5-star hotel. This is my third year coming here, and I don't think the management of this restaurant is still up to par with its standard of service.

27/02/2026: The place is very cute and typical of the area. The food is very good and not expensive, but the cheeses are a bit pricey for the quantity. The polenta is also a bit pricey, but the other dishes are reasonably priced. Overall, however, we found the quality/price ratio to be more fair than the competition.

01/05/2026: Picking your nose in the kitchen, disgusting!! 🤮🤮🤮 Dirty cutlery on the tables, hair on the table, dirty bathrooms.

26/04/2026: Awful lighting with harsh, dim lamps, hot stone grill with canned sauces, low-quality Amarone cheese, unfriendly service. Overpriced for what it is. You can eat much better elsewhere.

19/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay. The welcome was very warm. Dinner was delicious. Thank you to the whole team.

15/03/2026: Clean room, comfortable bed, everything electronic and efficient, price I would say more than competitive and very friendly at reception, congratulations girls you are doing a great job

07/09/2025: Today a piece of Aosta Valley history ends with the closure of this splendid place ❤️ heartfelt thanks to Felice and Irma for always making us feel at home with their wonderful hospitality

12/04/2026: Beautiful mountain setting, located very close to the Valtournenche ski slope. We went for dinner and discovered an amazing wine list! The dishes are very carefully prepared and never banal. Kudos to the kindness and extreme expertise of the waiters and owners.

10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Antagnod. The staff was very friendly. The food is excellent quality and incredibly good value. We absolutely recommend their homemade tagliatelle and gnocchi with ragù, and the charcuterie and cheese platter. The desserts are also delicious. We can't wait to go back, it was an incredible discovery!

27/04/2026: Authentic trattoria with good food. Perhaps the portions could be more generous for the prices.
