13/05/2026: The owner is very rude, sometimes with me! The service is awful because when I order and other people arrive, they serve them and I always have to go to the balcony and tell them to help themselves!

22/03/2026: Good morning, Very nice place, but it's a shame about the staff, who aren't exactly helpful. I'm having trouble getting attention, and as soon as I manage to order four croissants to go, I'm told it's not possible. It's only 8:40 and they don't know if they have enough croissants, so no, they won't give them to me for takeout! If I wanted them, I should have ordered them the day before!

15/04/2026: I accidentally called this number and they threatened to sue me because they claimed it was a prank call, even though I only wanted to book a test drive of a BMW. I'll never go there.

09/01/2026: The dough and ingredients are excellent. The only "flaw" is that the pizzas are a bit thin. I recommend getting a pizza.

16/04/2026: I just finished a call, presumably with the manager, and I was speechless. I was given the same product twice, resulting in a waste of time and money on my part. When I called to report it, the person on the phone became so upset that she hung up on me. This was truly unprofessional behavior, especially considering it's the customer who loses out. They offered to stop by the store to get my money back, but that doesn't justify the way I was treated. If someone calls you at work to report a problem, the last thing they should experience is annoyance and rudeness. I gave this one star because it's the lowest I can get. Now I also understand why the store is often empty, the prices are sky-high, and the rudeness is sky-high. Lack of customer service.

19/02/2026: A great organic supermarket. Welcoming, with a snack bar and a café. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A good section for supplements and cosmetics. The only flaw, but this is my personal opinion, is the coffee at the café. In my opinion, it's terrible. It may be organic, but it has a bitter, stale taste. It's a shame, because they offer a nice selection of vegan, non-vegan, and gluten-free cakes; but you have to put up with the coffee or cappuccino, which, with milk, doesn't quite hide the burnt taste of the coffee. There will be some who like it that way, though.

13/10/2025: I've known them since they were at Norge. They always do the same things, which on the one hand is good because you're on the safe side, and on the other hand is bad because they always make the same mistakes. They're not able to do separate accounts and it's too complicated for them. The potatoes are brought in from some exotic country because they make you look at them with binoculars. As soon as the place fills up, they go haywire with the orders and for me I spent too much and left feeling nervous. The rude owner, instead of apologizing because she didn't understand what I said, replied that I have to do the accounts and bring the right money to the cash register, then what do you want me to do the dishes for you?

08/06/2026: I came for pizza last night with my dog, and the owner came over to tell me that if my dog ​​barked again (he barked twice), he'd have to move us to a corner. If the dog hadn't been welcome, they could have said so right away. Plus, we were bothered the whole evening by noisy children who weren't told anything. The pizza was good, the waitresses were very kind, but the owner was very rude. We won't be returning.

03/05/2026: We stopped for lunch during our hike from San Bortolo to Durlo, and what can I say? Betulla's pizza is always special! The ingredients are good, and the dough is also good. Kudos to the excellent local craft beers you can choose from. They're not exactly cheap, but you can taste the quality, and it's only right to highlight them. 🍻 The view from the veranda is exceptional. Highly recommended: a must-visit if I'm in the area! ❤️

28/05/2026: Excellent quality and price. All-you-can-eat lunch with a smaller menu and fewer choices, while in the evenings it's more plentiful. Good food, especially the Chinese fried cuisine. The atmosphere is beautiful. Easily accessible from the square. Ample parking outside. Table service or takeout. I've been back, and it's always a guarantee. I really enjoyed the onion maki. We went for lunch, and as always, it never disappoints. The rice dumplings with vegetables and egg are very good. The ravioli are a must.

15/05/2026: My husband and I went to eat last night. By 8:00 PM, there was no one there. Okay, so we sat down. It arrived and started ordering. One salmon was cut way too thick, and it was still lukewarm. The Cantonese rice tasted like pig mash. Any advice? Close it, maybe it's better.

29/03/2026: I've been going there for a few years now, and I've had to put up with poor service throughout. But last night, March 28, 2026, they hit rock bottom. The Chinese staff is always friendly, but one waiter not only turned his head away when bringing the dishes, but literally threw them. I don't expect cuddles or smiles like we were friends, but at least respect for a paying customer. Obviously, I won't go there again because it really lacks the basics for a place where you spend time eating with friends or family.
