12/04/2025: The overall experience does not differ much from that offered by an average restaurant, although the setting suggests something more refined, with references to a "masterchef" and names highlighted on the menu. Starter: the carpaccio turned out to be only decent. The ingredients (turnip, beef, walnuts and parmesan flakes) were all on the sweet side, making the dish unbalanced and not very harmonious. Second course of beef: we had specifically requested a "very rare" cooking, but the meat arrived cooked to medium. The side artichokes, however, were well done. Risotto: given the great expectations created around this "flagship" dish, we expected an impeccable execution. In reality, the excessive presence of peppercorns covered the delicate flavor of the asparagus. Furthermore, the creaming was not successful: the beans were washed out and poorly blended. The cooking was good, but overall I wouldn't go above a 7.5. Wine list: interesting and with good proposals. However, the wine was poured directly into our glass without letting us taste it first, a not insignificant detail in a place that aims for a certain level of service. Sore point: upon request for a bottle of oil at the table, we were brought a product from large retailers. A missed opportunity: it didn't take much to enhance the -discreet- bread and leave a good impression. Service: finally, the moment of arrival was inelegant: we were asked for the name of the reservation when we were still on the doorstep, with tones audible even from the other tables. We would have appreciated a more discreet welcome. I don't feel like I can recommend the experience.

08/04/2025: We stayed 2 hours for two first courses and a dessert (only the dessert took 30 minutes to arrive) Plus two glasses of wine and a water for the modest sum of €74. Cover charge €3.50 each for a few pieces of bread and not even a cloth napkin but a paper one. Same 4 songs on repeat all evening. Bottles of wine on display with 1 inch of dust on them. First not memorable, the wine however was good.

01/03/2025: The quality of the products is good, the environment is nice but the small pancakes at €1 each at the table are an absurd price when compared both to the price per weight as they are sold at the counter and in relation to the large ones which are practically like 6 small ones at least and rightly cost €1.90. Astonished ☹️

15/02/2025: I was there last night for the first time. The environment at the entrance is not beautiful but then it improves in the room on the lower floor. We arrived at 8.30pm and the first courses arrived at 9.40pm. The thing we were most disappointed about was that our order was taken after three couples who had entered well after us and this resulted in a significant delay. Ravioli and a first course arrived lukewarm. Probably prepared but brought to the table late. Nothing to say about the food which is truly remarkable. But waiting too long and dishes not being hot influenced our opinion. Customer attention needs to be improved

Excellent first courses such as bigoli with duck sauce and tagliatelle with raw ham and poppy seeds, and finally the shank as a quick second course. All exceptional and all good. Impeccable service and staff, a very familiar environment. We will definitely be back.

04/02/2025: I've been coming to eat two nights in a row, falling into the hands of Mr. Giorgio is an old-fashioned gentleman with his colorful tie that brings joy but his professionalism beats everything! It was the most beautiful experience of recent times, you enter a very informal restaurant, the old simple genuine trattoria, a small but well-focused menu, the dishes of absolute quality, the amazing bigoli, the trout, let's not talk about it, the dream liver, the mind-boggling artichokes! If it happens to you, stop and let yourself be carried away by the authenticity!

06/04/2025: Driven by the numerous positive reviews I tried this place but unfortunately I was very disappointed. The dishes were all completely without salt. The rabbit, also tasteless, was probably raw, pink and mushy inside, I struggled to eat it. Too bad, maybe it was an unlucky day

08/03/2025: At the Ossi dinner ..... all delicious! The pumpkin soup is carrots with orange... delicious! Excellent welcome and service. I brought friends from Spinea and Abano....they were satisfied and happy!
