Excellent bruschetta 👍 Reservations recommended!

A positive experience; the place actually offers well-seasoned bruschetta with a crust that's both crispy and soft enough to serve. Suitable for both couples and groups, with ample parking (though the place is a bit difficult to get to). The waiters were very courteous. We had to wait a bit after ordering because the place was busy, but it wasn't unnerving. The only real problem: since it's a bruschetta and not a proper pizza, despite the generous toppings of excellent ingredients, I left the place still hungry.

Truly excellent pizzeria. The pinsas are excellent, plentiful, and superbly topped. A big plus: they make gluten-free pizza with great care and attention. The staff is incredibly kind and always smiling, and the customer service is truly remarkable. Some of the details in the table setting are original and innovative, like the little wooden doll jewelry holder used as the dessert menu—a truly cute idea. For a celiac, being able to eat peacefully with everyone else is priceless. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive. Highly recommended! 🍕✨

We've eaten Brustolà several times at the historic "La Villa" in San Quirico di Valdagno, and we wanted to try this second restaurant owned by the Orsato family. Brustolà, a focaccia made with a dough they invented, is served with a variety of top-quality ingredients to create exceptional dishes, with wonderful and truly interesting pairings. The Brustolà Tour is a great option, allowing you to sample multiple variations. The beer is excellent, especially the red one. The service is fast and compatible with the busy schedule and the restaurant. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very nice and clean. Prices are in line with the quality of the product. Reservations are recommended. Well done!

We stopped for dinner and it was a lovely discovery. The pizza was excellent, and the menu offered something different than other places (you won't find the usual options here). It was generous and made with top-quality ingredients. The Cimbrian ice cream was also very good; I expected something more from the beer I chose.
