14/04/2025: We went for lunch yesterday for my birthday, and I must say that everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the carefully prepared room, to the menu!! My guests were all satisfied!! A place to always take into consideration for every event!! Thank you!!

30/04/2025: I took advantage of the possibility of ordering the fixed menu: tagliatelle with game meat, guinea fowl and salad. EXQUISITE tagliatelle, good guinea fowl (from the taste I would say it wasn't farmed), salad... oh well it was salad, but the tomatoes were good. There were fried potatoes as an alternative, I would have preferred them baked, but you can't have everything. Coffee rating 7.5. Friendly, quick service, but not pressured (they won't take your plate away from under you, so to speak) and not insistent (like "come on, have a dessert too!!"). Bright, not noisy environment, tables spaced far enough apart and with tablecloths, not paper ones. Pity there is no wifi. Inside the phone it doesn't pick up at all. I wanted to study how to continue my motorcycle ride, but I had to wait to go outside.

Cucina stellare, armoniosa, equilibrata e ricercata, ottime tutte le portate. Il ragazzo che ci ha serviti è stato fantastico: presente, attento, preparato, informale quel tanto che basta per mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti, ma senza mai mancare di professionalità. 02/01/2025: L’unico stellato in città e il riconoscimento è meritatissimo. Location suggestiva con finestre che danno su Piazza dei Signori, servizio preparato anche in lingua inglese. La degustazione è accompagnata da un sapiente uso del pane elevato a coprotagonista dell’esperienza gastronomica. Il germano reale vale la stella.

But the real delicacies were the cod with polenta to finish with a splendid strawberry tiramisu different from the classic!!!

10/05/2025: Historic place, very beautiful interior. I'm sorry to only give three stars, because the food is really, really good. Simple dishes revisited with quality ingredients. When we got to dessert, however, there was a mix-up. Unfortunately, my dish smelled very strongly of "freschin", to the point that even the person next to me could smell the stench without coming closer. We are in the profession and I know that it can happen, so I kindly ask to change the dish (only the dish and not the dessert). The annoyed waitress (not the owner, but another lady) comes back with another dish saying: "try it now otherwise we don't know what to do, the kitchen doesn't think so" with a very polemical tone and addressing me on first terms. I asked if they had smelled it and I was told in a rude and haughty tone that yes, and they couldn't smell anything, I replied that they would have to smell it again because it was impossible not to smell it. Now I say, but the basics of a good service?? You don't argue with the customer, especially if he has simply asked for a courtesy. I repeat that I did not ask to redo the dessert or offer it to me. I didn't even make a scene because the dish smelled. I simply asked for another dish. Regardless of whether they had smelled the smell or not (which out of 4 of us at the table we all smelled very strongly), it was enough to change the dish without responding in that way. How to ruin an excellent dinner for nothing, I repeat that we ate really, really well. Obviously we then had to pay for the dessert and when we got the bill we didn't even get half an apology from the owner. I'm really sorry, I hope that next time there won't be that waitress so I can re-evaluate this good restaurant.

27/04/2025: I have been coming to this refuge for at least 10 years and I must say that I will always return. Unique staff with Patrizia, Marco and all his family and staff. Excellent hospitality because they make you feel at home. We eat very well. The welcoming rooms with a fascinating mountain style: there is nothing more beautiful than opening the window in summer and hearing the ringing of the cows grazing. TOP!

The dishes arrived spaced out and randomly. 2 appetizers, 2 first courses and 2 second courses. 20 minutes passed between the first courses and the second courses (there were 4 of us) that were supposed to arrive together. Prices: I can't understand the difference in the cover charge between inside and outside (2.50/3.00 per person)... if you decide to have an outdoor area it's to have a greater number of tables, I don't see why you should penalize the customer (with poor service to boot). Average cost of the first courses €15 (definitely a lot considering that they are almost all pasta!) then compared to the prices of the second courses (17/18) it makes no sense! Quality of the food: based on what we ate: appetizer of cold cuts probably prepared in the morning and left outside given the oxidation of the slices. Fettuccine with peas = pasta with butter given the scarcity of the sauce. The meat (sliced ​​and stew) portions were abundant and tasty. In any case, he doesn't deserve a second chance.

Ok then I'll bring it to you later 🙈🙈🙈 so after that he brings us the second course but it's not finished while we eat the second courses at a certain point the waiter arrives with the coffees 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 crazy stuff so an appetizer two first courses two second courses two side dishes half wine and Aqua and two coffees 100.00 euros let's say it would fit but the quality service to forget
