We stopped at this refuge after the hike to Salto dei Granatieri (which I highly recommend). We arrived at 2:00 PM and were greeted warmly! We ordered a sausage with fries, a mixed grill with polenta, grilled vegetables, a bottle of water and a half of red wine, and then coffee and a liqueur—everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was delicious! The barbecue was FABULOUS! The friendliness, professionalism, and warmth are the hallmarks! I highly recommend it!

Excellent, delicious cuisine, extensive menu, many homemade first courses, generous portions, and plenty of seating. Convenient for scenic walks in the area.

Excellent experience, following a lovely hike to Cima Cengio (easy and worth it). The chef and owner (I presume) were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Delicious food, stunning views, and perfect weather. We'll definitely be back!

At the end of the hike on Monte Cengio, I stopped for a quick appetizer before heading back to the plateau. The waiter and owner were very kind, and the dish was tasty and plentiful: polenta, mushrooms, and cheese. Highly recommended.

23/03/2026: Lunch for €15, including cover charge, 0.5 L of water, 1/4 L of wine, first course, second course, side dish, and coffee. Friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommended.
