17/11/2025: Forget it! Group lunch (45 people), reheated food, probably cooked the day before, and when it came time to eat, some dishes were cold. The 1.5 cm thick steak was unsightly, much less edible.
13/11/2025: I've known it and been coming here all my life; the management has remained the same, as has the quality and service.
The prices vary significantly depending on what you order; you can spend a little or a lot here.
They're perhaps a little lower for simple items, while for complicated ones they're much higher, but it must be said that quality follows price.
So, for me, it's a pass, as long as you know exactly what you're ordering.
Ample public parking in front.

29/11/2025: We returned after a couple of years for various reasons, but primarily because the bridge renovations meant we had to take too long a detour. We were regulars and even celebrated a few birthdays here. We were greeted warmly by Mr. Cariolato, as usual, and immediately felt like family. The food was excellent, as always, and the staff was extremely courteous.
18/11/2025: Service is great and fast. Menu is spectacular, fresh and it is too good. Try it to believe it!!

25/09/2025: Family dinner to celebrate an event....SUPERLATIVE. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
27/07/2025: Very nice place, with a great variety of wines. We drank an excellent Trento DOC. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't give the food any stars because we only had an aperitif. We'll definitely be back.

09/11/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.... special doughs... ingredients with a special attention to the local area (so 0 km)... very fast service even though it was Saturday evening... the double shift is very good so they can manage customers in the best way... well done!!!!
05/11/2025: The pizza is of the highest quality, and while it's obviously a little more expensive than other pizzerias in the area, the extra cost is worth it given the quality of the food.

06/12/2025: I had dinner with my partner, choosing crostini with lard and truffle as an appetizer. We continued with a sliced Sorana steak and pork chops, broccoli rabe, and stewed cabbage. Finally, I ordered a log of amaretti biscuits and a decaffeinated coffee.
To drink, we ordered the house wine (Cabernet and Rabosello).
In total, we spent €58.
We ate very, very well: the quality of the meat is excellent. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
I definitely recommend dinner at this lovely grill restaurant.
24/11/2025: The restaurant dining room has been renovated and warm. The bathroom is cold and has cold water. We all have hot bathrooms at home. Why should we find cold water in restaurants? Save money? Increase everything by €1 instead.

Friendly welcome and service, a casual place where meat reigns supreme. We'll definitely be back!

18/11/2025: We didn't use the rooms for Sunday lunch.
The restaurant is dated and simple in style. Strollers and children are welcome (the daily special is especially designed for them). A wide variety of dishes are available, with the option of double, full, or half portions.
For my personal enjoyment, I found a few local meat dishes. There are also dishes featuring local cheeses paired with polenta, mushrooms, and meat.
Everything is good, but nothing truly wow-worthy.
Helpful staff, good service.
12/10/2025: I was out on my motorcycle and stopped for a quick breakfast. There was a guy at the counter, who I assume is a member of the owner family, who was very kind (I even accidentally broke a glass).
I will definitely stay here again and I'm sure I'll continue to give the 5-star rating.

15/12/2025: Oh my! The dining experience in the basement bistro surrounded by old city walls is lovely. This restaurant has a huge variety of wines to taste and is great with helping one pair your dinner. One of my favorite experiences of this trip!
12/12/2025: The deli on one of the city's central streets is truly excellent. The shop stocks the finest non-Eastern Italian food products. Perhaps their only flaw is that they don't have Trentino cured meat. In addition to takeout, you can sit outside or in the basement and enjoy the chef's wonderful dishes. The cod, in particular, is delicious. The wine selection is magnificent. What can I say? A five-star establishment.
