This is an EXCELLENT place for pasta lovers, no doubt about it. Huge selection (three pages of pasta dishes!!!) and SUPER LARGE portions. Trust me, you'll be full even with the "small" portion, as the restaurant offers this option. Top craft beers and very fair prices.

Everything was really good!! There are so many sauces and pastas to choose from. You can choose between a regular and a smaller portion, because the smaller portion is already a big deal for those with a weak stomach. Kudos to the owner for this offer. Reservations are definitely recommended, given the large number of people who want to go.

I recommend booking because it's always busy!
And very importantly, if you're not a big eater, order a half portion (although you can take it home). The portions are very generous!
The pasta is very good, very fresh, and there's a wide selection of sauces and beers.
The menu lists the recommended sauces with the pasta (you can also change them) and the matching beer.
We ordered two dishes (I didn't mention the half portion, so we took the rest home 😜), a bottle of sparkling water, and two coffees for €42.
I assure you, the pasta is a lot for a full portion!
I'd say excellent value for money.

After a stroll downtown, we stopped in for a bite to eat. They only serve pasta dishes, but they're very filling, and there's a wide selection of delicious sauces to choose from. The place is lovely, and the staff are helpful. If you like pasta dishes and excellent beer, I recommend this place.

A pleasant discovery!
A colleague recommended the restaurant, and we were amazed. The menu features only first courses, with a few types of pasta (Bigoli, Penne, Gnocchi, and Tagliatelle) and a wide variety of sauces, from traditional to more original.
HUGE plates (you can choose between a full plate and a half-portion, which is equivalent to a normal plate). Great prices, we paid €50 for two full plates plus a 1L bottle of beer, two covers, and bread.
We ordered Formaciccia and Yggdrasil (the featured dish). Well, what can we say? We can't wait to return to Asiago just for Bigoleria Edelweiss!

A quaint place with convenient parking. Interesting menu with an endless selection of sauces and very interesting pairing suggestions.
The only flaw is the service: I tried to ask what the difference was between the regular and the smaller portion, and was told one was half the size of the other. When I asked more specifically, they said it was a regular adult portion. In the end, I got a portion of pasta weighing at least 200g. I'm not complaining, but if I had known, I would have ordered the smaller one so as not to waste food.
That alone ruined my lunch a bit...otherwise, everything was perfect!
