10/08/2025: Be sure to make a reservation in advance! We were really lucky because we got there very early – otherwise, we probably wouldn't have gotten a seat. The restaurant seems to be extremely popular with the locals, as we hardly saw any tourists. The portions are extremely generous and the food is truly delicious. The service was also very friendly, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure guests had a pleasant experience. All in all, a definite recommendation – but it's best to make a reservation.

26/05/2025: Lots of variety on beers, and on this there are few doubts, but also the food part nothing to say. Good pub menu. Recommended

20/06/2025: Tuvimos una de las mejores comidas de nuestro viaje. Esto es decir mucho dadas las increíbles comidas que hemos comido hasta ahora en Italia. Uno de nuestros favoritos fue el Spaghetti cremado con mantequilla ahumada y garum de sardinas (que puede sonar diferente pero os garantizo que era una locura). Nuestro otro favorito fue la carne de res Asado con crema de mais y zanahoria barbacoa y el pan casero. También los postres. Básicamente todo. 😂🐷. El servicio era impecable también y el ambiente general era perfecto. Si alguna vez estás en Venecia, Italia, DEBES revisarlo.

03/05/2025: Sehr gute gehobene Küche, nicht gerade günstig aber es lohnt sich. Der Service ist ambitioniert und freundlich. Die Speisen sind kreativ und sehr frisch.

30/07/2025: Beautiful presentation of the food. Quiet street off the beaten path. Homemade everything. We had the potato gnocchi with scallops and shrimp and the spaghetti with tomato and basil. Appetizer of grilled octopus with potato and honey onions was fabulous. Get a street table for lunch as the interior garden is too sunny. If I am ever back in Venice I would come in the evening and ask to sit there. Cost is worth every penny. We did not add drinks to our estimate.

22/07/2025: The owner, Pino, and his son, Lorenzo, are, first and foremost, excellent professionals: they know how to recommend unique pairings and refinements! Secondly, but no less importantly, they are extraordinary human beings!!! I have two apartments for tourists and always recommend EVERYONE to book at "VECIO PORTAL". I've never received a single complaint, only praise! But being able to say it firsthand (the pasta is homemade, as is the bread, desserts, etc.), I'm certain the food is top-notch. Both meat and fish, everything is authentic and delicious!!! See you next time!

21/07/2025: On Sunday evening, there were 16 of us for a birthday party. Most of us ordered fish dishes, but I didn't get enough feedback. I'm basing this review on what I saw firsthand: the fried fish wasn't fresh, even clearly reheated; the chicken cutlet tasted like it was made with "dough" and not real chicken; the bigoli and grilled meat arrived after an hour, after everyone had already finished eating. The bigoli were barely thick, and the grilled meat was reheated and tough. In my opinion, the ones who ordered pizza had the best meal. The hour-long wait for a grilled meat and a plate of bigoli was indecent, and when it came to dessert, the maître d' didn't even notice they were still eating and brought the cake straight away. In short, I ate the chicken cutlet to be on the safe side... I no longer trust any restaurant that serves fish or meat, yet during the night I had to take a Biochetasi because I was really sick and had diarrhea during the day. The place is really, really nice, nothing to complain about!

21/07/2025: A good restaurant with a very extensive menu, they also do pizza. I mainly go for the pasta allo scoglio, which is phenomenal (full of seafood, so much so that it "hides" the pasta, a triumph of deliciousness), but I've tried other first and second courses.

11/07/2025: Showing up alone at a restaurant is often a problem for some restaurateurs because they take up tables otherwise reserved for couples. At Osteria del Teatro, however, I found a warm welcome and exquisite service. The dishes were excellent, and the tomato sauce for the pappardelle alla Busara and the mussels was sublime! I will definitely be back with my partner! P.S.: Perfect music selection :)

01/07/2025: Let me start by saying that I have eaten kebabs in much of the Western world, trying numerous variations on the original recipe, but here we are faced with an authentic pearl. Not only, hands down, the best traditional kebab in San Donà but probably the best in the whole of northern Italy. The obsessive attention to hygiene, the selection of the highest quality products and the unquestionable freshness of every single ingredient transform the kebab from fast-food to an authentic culinary ritual, a one-of-a-kind experience that produces positive effects on both mental and health health. physics.
