17/11/2024: Beautiful location, located in a corner of "Ecclesial" history, near the Cathedral of Chioggia, it is under the main bell tower of the beautiful city of Chioggiotta. I spent two hours in the company of people I met at a party event. Large outdoor area, heated with flame fireplaces. Parking nearby.

18/04/2025: Trattoria Pizzeria Antico Gafaro, located in Venice, Italy, is grounded, cosy and seems to almost always be busy, attracting couples, families for their good service and food. In tue Italian trattoria style, it offers homely Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, including pizza, seafood, and vegetarian options. The restaurant gets the nod for affordable prices, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. Their variety of dishes is refreshing with their pizzas being highly popular. I was impressed with the seafood offerings though with the baked fish, clam pasta and calamari coming out tops. Their lasagne is also very good as are the desserts. Their wine menu is also pretty extensive and they offer dining specials with a combined starter, mains and dessert to suit most budgets. Overall, we found Antico Gafaro to be pretty minimalistic on design and but a good, clean, welcoming spot for casual dining, especially if you're looking for a reasonably priced, hearty meal in Venice.

This place is a hidden gem, tucked away in the charming Venetian streets, and it's an absolute steal for the quality you get. We went for dinner and ordered two pizzas with some wine, and honestly, they were a perfect 10! The dough was fantastic, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. It's clear they take pride in their pizza. What really made the experience special, though, was the kindness and warmth of the owner. He was absolutely awesome, making us feel right at home. Price-wise, it's easily the best value we found in Venice. Finding it within the streets was easy, so don't be afraid to search for it. You won't be disappointed! Highly recommend Da Noi for an authentic and delicious Venetian pizza experience.
