Big beautiful room and lovely helpful staff! The bathroom was a little small/simple but overall I had a great stay here.

A perfect location right in the center,
Attentive and helpful staff,
A large room, a bathtub, and comfortable bedding,
A varied breakfast,
And above all, the view from our room with the sounds of the gondoliers singing in the background!
What more could you ask for to unwind for a few days? I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!

Perfect location.
The rooms are old, but you're only there to sleep; you spend the rest of the day exploring. The bathroom is spacious but uncomfortable to shower in because the shower isn't separate.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable. We chose to eat breakfast there out of convenience- maybe not the best way to stretch a dollar but was sufficient, simple, and good. Good location for many attractions. Has an elevator! One night my wife and I decided to skip eating out and had a little picnic up on the small terrace (room for four, six if you really like each other) and I utilized the honesty bar- we really loved this as it was quiet and we get overwhelmed by the crowds very easily. Highly recommend!

The price is cheap, it's located in the center of St. Mark's, and it's just a short walk across a small bridge to the pier. There's an elevator, and the rooms are large and clean. There's really no downside. If I had to point out something, it would be that the soundproofing is a bit poor.
