Great hotel tucked away in a lovely area by a small canal. The rooms are lovely and quiet, clean and traditionally Italian. A small preference from our side would be for a kettle in the room, however you could make hot drinks and have a piece of cake all day downstairs. The rooftop terrace with a view of San Marco Basilica was a nice surprise! Breakfast was excellent and staff were attentive and friendly. The front desk staff, particularly Pier, were very accommodating and helped us make restaurant reservations as well as providing useful city info. Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend.

I really liked the location! You can arrive at the hotel by gondola. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, they have everything you need. The place is quite quiet. There are rooms with canal views. The hotel has breakfast on the top floor, overlooking the canal.

Hotel very well located, close to St. Mark's Square. The staff was very pleasant. We stayed there 2 nights. We did not try the breakfast. I recommend this place to stay in Venice.

Very good location, quiet and a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square
Very decent room, mosaic tiles which were crumbling slightly. Large and functional bathroom.
Tea available in the hall. Very pleasant staff.
Didn't like · The noise of the automatic door lock which can wake you up if your neighbor comes home late, because of average sound insulation. That said, the place is still calm.

Ottimo Hotel, posizione centrale che permette di girare il centro di Venezia comodamente a piedi, belle camere, la nostra posizionata direttamente su un canale interno molto suggestivo, pulitissime, ottima colazione, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Great location, super nice and helpful staff, descent breakfast clean rooms.
The only thing is - the hotel is old (well - Venice), so please expect small cracks in the floor, old furniture etc.
