28/09/2025: We've never experienced anything like what happened tonight in this restaurant in our 30 years in Jesolo. We were treated like dirt by the waiter. He was very reserved towards my wife and me from the start, even though we were there for the second evening in a row. We had fish, pasta, and a salad. Okay, but really nothing special. For dessert, I asked for a tiramisu and ordered a portion, but it never arrived. We weren't even given a second glance. Finally, I politely asked for the bill, without a hint of reproach. After paying in cash, the waiter took the money, didn't give us another glance, didn't say a word, and left the table. I can't explain the situation at all, especially since, with my rudimentary Italian skills, I tried to order in Italian out of respect for my hosts. What remains is disbelief. Other reviews have already suggested that Germans aren't welcome here. Whatever. In any case, one can only warn against this restaurant. Even if it looks quite cozy at first glance. If you want to ruin your holiday evening, go right here.

27/09/2025: We ended up at this restaurant because of the rain. The decor was nice, and we were able to sit down to eat. After a while, a waiter came over, took our drinks, and placed the usual "bread basket" on the table. Since we'd been out for a long time, I took a piece (the bread was very dry on top). I noticed that there were red spots on the bread and looked in the bread basket. Apparently, this basket was already at another table, where they were apparently serving red wine (we hadn't ordered any). When I complained, the waiter simply wanted to wipe the bread with his apron. I looked at him confused and said I didn't want it that way and would like a new one. From that moment on, the waiter was extremely annoyed and brought our food and was otherwise very rude. If we hadn't already ordered food, we would certainly have left the restaurant sooner, as this behavior is completely unacceptable in my opinion. It's also possible that we were having a bad day, as there are certainly good reviews, but we wouldn't go to this restaurant again. You have to know for yourself.

15/11/2025: We were there over the Venice Marathon weekend. We got a table for seven people (inside) at lunchtime without a reservation. The staff was very friendly! The prices were a bit high for the portions, but not exorbitant. The pizza was very good, and the Venetian-style liver was also excellent.

26/11/2025: We had a truly delicious meal here. Excellent, professional service, with attention to detail in both the food and the person. Delicious Venetian cuisine, a peaceful atmosphere, and, last but not least, the food was exquisite. Thank you for your hospitality and the delicious food. We will definitely be back.

07/09/2025: A lovely, spacious, and discreet place. The sushi is delicious, as are the hot dishes. It's an all-you-can-eat restaurant with moderate prices. There's something for everyone: cooked, raw, small, large, meat, fish, vegetarian, and children's.

28/10/2025: We had a very disappointing customer service experience here. On the evening of October 28th, we were served by a young male waiter who appeared to discriminate against tourists or foreigners. His facial expressions clearly showed annoyance, as if he was disgusted to serve us. He lacked patience and compassion throughout the service. At one point, he even refused to continue serving another table and asked a waitress to take over. He made us wait unnecessarily to place our order and to receive our bill, while casually chatting with others. On a positive note, the lady with short hair who handled our payment was very kind and pleasant — her professionalism stood out in contrast to the poor service we received earlier.

03/06/2025: Frulalà fue la parada refrescante perfecta durante nuestro tiempo en Venecia. Todo sobre él era brillante, divertido y lleno de sabor. Los fruteros estaban bellamente cubiertos con mango fresco, piña, fresas y un generoso remolino de crema batida del que nuestros hijos no podían cansarse. El personal fue amable y rápido, y la presentación fue de primera categoría. La exhibición colorida de la fruta era llamativa y hacía fácil elegir exactamente lo que queríamos. Sentarse en el mostrador y ver cómo todo se unía fue parte de la experiencia. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar si estás deambulando por las calles y deseando algo fresco y delicioso. Es un gran descanso del helado y un éxito con toda la familia.

27/09/2025: The atmosphere is informal, but you can sense the sophistication and attention to detail in the seemingly random arrangements. The food is excellent, always refined, with fish and vegetables enhanced by even unusual ingredients. The Chef's constant research and study are evident. The wines are excellent, expertly recommended and presented. I also appreciated the welcome and presence during dinner, kind but never intrusive. We'll be back...☺️

09/12/2025: This is a place where you eat mostly American-style meat. It didn't get 5 stars because they wouldn't let us pay the bill with multiple cards. In Brazil, we split the bill and pay however we want; in Italy, they don't let us pay that way, and there were quite a few of us.

07/02/2025: Este restaurante fue recomendado por nuestro gondolero. Parecen muchos restaurantes venecianos inteligentes, pero la comida, el servicio y el ambiente superaron nuestras expectativas en una ciudad de renombre por la comida mediocre cara. Los platos destacados fueron la pasta casera de tonnarelli con mariscos y una exquisita lingüina de cangrejo. El restaurante estaba lleno, pero era manejado por un atento maestro y su amable equipo. Este fue con mucho el mejor restaurante en el que hemos estado en nuestros viajes a Venecia y el paseo en góndola de 80 € resultó ser dinero bien gastado.

10/10/2025: Friendly, but the wait between one place and the next was too long. Also, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and gnocchi with regular ragù, I couldn't tell the difference between the slices. The grilled meat... so-so, price for a fried appetizer for two (potatoes, vegetables, 2 olives, and 2 mozzarellas), two first courses (mentioned above), a grilled meat for two, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts (small), 1/2 cup of white wine, and 1 liter of water: €80... mmmmmm

26/11/2025: If you're reading this review, it's because you want to get off the beaten path—but not too far—from Venice's hyper-touristy circuit, and you'll be glad you did if you cross over to Giudecca Island. There you'll find a less crowded, less commercialized Venice, though don't expect a revelation. If you do go there, pop into Osteria da Moro, say hello at the bar in any language other than English (Italian is best, remember you're in Italy), and order a coffee or a macchiato. They'll gladly serve you, and you can enjoy it standing up and continue your walk, or go sit at one of the tables overlooking the lagoon. With that view of Venice, you'll be very happy. As I said, the coffee is good, the view unbeatable, and the service and prices more than fair. It all depends on your attitude. Autumn Boreal 2025

13/10/2025: Great value for money! We're extremely satisfied. We had a doner kebab and a doner kebab box – both absolutely delicious. The sauces were fresh and really good, and the bread was baked on-site. The meat was top-notch, the staff was very welcoming, and one of the employees even spoke German. Simply fantastic!

07/12/2025: The premise is that the service does its best, and we appreciated that. But there were a number of things that really left us perplexed. The first discordant note: the music. A place that presents itself as so refined can't offer background music worthy of a piano bar playlist. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't satisfying either. The worst thing was the chef's behavior: our table was right next to the kitchen, and we heard a series of curses and profanities directed at the assistant chef, who was clearly a novice. Finally, dessert: fortunately, it was kindly taken off our bill, but bringing the wrong crème caramel because someone forgot to include the sugar is embarrassing. Finally, the bill was quite substantial.

18/08/2025: We had the pleasure of dining here during the Ferragosto holiday. An unparalleled experience. The restaurant is very small, making it very intimate and welcoming. The owner welcomed us warmly, recommending the best dishes and ensuring excellent service. The products served were exciting, with extraordinary and classy plating. The prices were truly reasonable for the quality offered. I highly recommend them.
