15/11/2025: We were there over the Venice Marathon weekend. We got a table for seven people (inside) at lunchtime without a reservation. The staff was very friendly! The prices were a bit high for the portions, but not exorbitant. The pizza was very good, and the Venetian-style liver was also excellent.

11/10/2025: I went with my partner in August. The fish appetizer and carbonara were acceptable, but the lobster was tough, tasteless, and inedible. The same went for the sliced steak, which was tough and sinewy, inedible. All for €150. Seeing the uneaten main courses, they decided to make up for it with a free amaro! NEVER AGAIN!

You arrive by chance and don't expect anything special from the outside, but as soon as you enter, you immediately realize it's something special. The meats are sublime, and the entrees are plentiful and high-quality. The prices are moderately high, but that's understandable given the service. I'd definitely return; it's not suitable for sensitive vegetarians, although there's a decent selection of side dishes.

17/11/2025: It's a shame, because the experience isn't just about the food (which is still good) but also about the welcome and customer service, which in this case was TERRIBLE. I used to come to this place practically every time I stopped in Venice, but over time, they've become increasingly expensive and, above all, increasingly rude. Among other things, we were prevented from ordering take-out mozzarella in carrozza, which we requested only because it wasn't available at the counter when we ordered.
It's a shame because I thought it was an authentic place, but there are better. I doubt I'll return.
16/11/2025: Nothing to complain about about the food, which we didn't even try given the rudeness (or perhaps even rudeness) with which we were greeted by the lady at the counter. Our impression was confirmed by another customer who whispered, "The Spritz is good, but they're not exactly friendly!" No big deal; the bacaro next door offers a completely different atmosphere!

03/08/2025: The room is spacious and bright, with daily housekeeping. Two balconies overlook the canal. Free parking is available on-site. The beach is nearby, as are various restaurants. Breakfast is delivered to your room, and the food is very good, but there could be a wider selection.

20/11/2025: We're Spaniards on holiday here, and while searching Google for an Italian pizzeria in Marguera, this one came up with a good rating, so we decided to try it. Even though it's just for takeout, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the prices are great, and the pizzas were amazing!! Absolutely delicious!! We haven't tasted anything like it in Spain!!! 100% recommended!!
