Restaurant Terrazza Danieli In Venezia

Located on the top floor of the hotel, you can overlook the island of San Giorgio Maggiore across the way, and you can also see Piazza San Marco, which is a great location. The Michelin-starred dishes certainly did not disappoint in terms of sight and taste, from the appetizers of fried shrimp, tuna tartare, grilled octopus feet to shrimp risotto, and finally the chocolate cake with passion fruit ice cream, which was a perfect ending like a concerto. .

More for its reputation and its view than for the quality of its cuisine. An example of the Shrimp Risotto.... The image speaks for itself at 160€ per menu...

Located inside what I think is one of the grandest hotel setting in Venice, big pillars, grand Venetian setting, beautiful ambience. Restaurant again reflects the same setting, grand and beautiful setting. Service by tua staff is exemplary, explains all the menu in detail and great professional service which you would expect in a restaurant of this standard. All the dishes we tried was innovative, perfectly balanced and with great depth of flavour. Hand chopped beef for appetizer was one of the best I have tried, seasoned and balanced perfectly to complement the rich texture of the beef. Bit of a downside is why you have to pay 16 euros per persob cover charge to dine and it's on the higher priced side, but worth it for a special meal.

The location is beautiful, very poor service for such an important structure!

A beautiful place on the terrace with an exceptional view as well as the cafeteria on the ground floor, the service in both places, the view on the terrace as well as the art that the ground floor is composed of is beautiful, I really recommend going for a drink in both places I drink a coffee a dessert have a chocolate it is a hotel full of history where history was written and made

We had dinner inside the restaurant on our honeymoon 10 years ago and promised ourselves a return visit.. This time the weather was kind so we were able to sit outside on the terrace. It was a joyous experience throughout. The view, especially at night, is arguably the best in Venice. Food and wine were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who strike a happy balance between friendliness and courtesy. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable evening which we would recommend to anyone seeking world class wining and dining in an iconic setting.

We had dinner at Terrazza Danieli in Venice with other couples and had a fabulous time. The staff was top notch and food was delicious. The views overlooked the Venice lagoon and was very romantic. This restaurant is so classic Italian with red decor, chandeliers, and mirrors galore. We ordered several types of pasta, seafood linguini, and tuna tartar. The red Pinot Noir also complimented the food perfectly. Reservations recommended.
