13/10/2025: I didn't enjoy dinner, but everything else was very good.

13/10/2025: I posted a review last night, October 12, 2025. I wanted to see if they'd responded, but I can't find it anymore, so I'm reposting it. I arrived for the jazz event, took a table, and then ate something. A young lady came to the table with a thaler, which included a water, a small beer, chickpeas with salad, and two crostini as cicchetti. The cicchetti never arrived. There weren't three starters, four main courses, dessert, coffee, and an after-dinner drink. The musical group was good, especially the singing trumpet without a voice. The songs were clever because they were known by most people, but they were played like giants. The result was a small festival orchestra. Jazz time was barely an hour. Vasco Rossi, a 3-hour concert at the Prato Gold restaurant, 120 euros. Zucchero at the Verona Arena, third row, 120 euros, almost three hours of concert. So here we always fall back on the same old sayings that always hide some truth: "Venetians are either cunning or thieves, or both." We're not offended if these sayings are passed down through generations. Bottom line: the place doesn't even know how to sell its own food or take orders, so it doesn't even make money. The show was below expectations. Last but not least, there were chairs everywhere. If anyone was feeling ill, they couldn't even get in. Make a mea culpa and plan better next time.

11/10/2025: I had dinner at this pizzeria and the experience was impeccable in every way. The pizza was exquisite, made with top-quality ingredients that enhanced its flavor. The light and easily digestible dough is a testament to great craftsmanship. The menu is truly extensive and varied, with options ranging from classics to more original dishes; you're spoiled for choice. Special praise goes to all the staff: their kindness and professionalism made the dinner even more enjoyable. Always present but never intrusive, they made me feel truly pampered. Finally, the location is very welcoming and well-kept. A place I'll definitely return to. Highly recommended!

23/08/2025: I've eaten at this pizzeria several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and the pizza is delicious. They even offer rice mozzarella instead of regular mozzarella, making it easy for vegans and those with lactose intolerances to enjoy their pizza. Highly recommended!

23/08/2025: The hotel is perfect for families with children! Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, world-class service and cleanliness, and fantastic outdoor options. Outside, there's a lovely shaded play area so parents can enjoy breakfast in peace under the large, open patio roof. There's a pool with a children's pool with plenty of space. It has its own soccer field and direct beach access with its own loungers (free for hotel guests). We'll definitely be back and recommend this aparthotel with its fantastic team. I have reservations!

10/08/2025: The best! ..raw fish, nothing short of spectacular. If you want to eat WELL-BEING fish in Dolo and the surrounding area, I recommend this restaurant. The interior is well-decorated with light colors, and outside there's a terrace overlooking the river that feels like Venice. The wines are excellent, as are the prices. If you come here, you know you'll eat well, drink well, spend the right amount, and leave happy!

21/09/2025: The best fish soup on the northern Adriatic. If you eat in Choggia, go there! We've known the place for 30 years, but this year we ate at Al Porto for the first time. AMAZING! Location by the old fishing port, top-notch, ambiance like it used to be, simply lovely. We'll be back next time.

31/05/2025: The food, hospitality, and location were simply wonderful. We had a reservation and I'm glad we did, as most of the outdoor seating was taken when we arrived at 19:30 on a Tuesday. The interior was fresh and inviting, but it was a perfect night for outdoor dining. Service was impeccable (one of the young owners). There were a number of tempting choices and Marco was very helpful. My wife split a generous mixed salad then she had the grilled sea bass while I relished the perfectly-grilled octopus. The flaming chocolate dessert is a must-do. The house white wine was nicely balanced, as we did not want a whole bottle after aperitivos. We appreciated that the restaurant is in a less busy section of Piazza Santa Margherita, so foot traffic was nowhere close to the nicely-spaced tables. A "must-do" restaurant which is doing everything right.

27/09/2025: Beautiful place, located "above" the Brenta River. The service is very welcoming and the food is extraordinarily good at very reasonable prices. The only downside is that if you sit outside you have a nice view but you hear all the noise from the cars. Highly recommended 👌

22/05/2025: Gute Getränke, toller Service an der Bar und echtes italienischer Flair. Wer Venedig etwas abseits der Tour-Fallen erleben will ist hier richtig.

30/10/2025: The food wasn’t tasty. The caprese came without basil, just regular salad leaves. We ordered lamb, but it was covered in breadcrumbs. Why not just serve it as normal meat? The atmosphere was fine, but the food was disappointing.
