08/11/2025: Excellent bacaro with a wide selection of traditional cicchetti at an affordable price (from €3 to €6), considering we're in Venice! The atmosphere is warm. There's also a trattoria inside. I'll be back.

24/09/2025: We absolutely loved Da Ivo! The food was outstanding, and the charming, intimate setting made the experience even more special. Arriving and leaving by water taxi added a unique and memorable touch.

17/11/2025: It's a shame, because the experience isn't just about the food (which is still good) but also about the welcome and customer service, which in this case was TERRIBLE. I used to come to this place practically every time I stopped in Venice, but over time, they've become increasingly expensive and, above all, increasingly rude. Among other things, we were prevented from ordering take-out mozzarella in carrozza, which we requested only because it wasn't available at the counter when we ordered. It's a shame because I thought it was an authentic place, but there are better. I doubt I'll return.

16/11/2025: Nothing to complain about about the food, which we didn't even try given the rudeness (or perhaps even rudeness) with which we were greeted by the lady at the counter. Our impression was confirmed by another customer who whispered, "The Spritz is good, but they're not exactly friendly!" No big deal; the bacaro next door offers a completely different atmosphere!

22/10/2025: The food is good, but that's not the only thing a restaurant is looking for. The prickly owner doesn't make guests feel comfortable and repeatedly scolds the waitress, who, unlike her, is charming. Too bad.

15/09/2025: We were in this place with local friends, nice place, we ate really well, excellent raw fish, good pasta too and excellent fried food, good wines and to finish a good dessert, kind and prepared staff, well done ok 👌

20/11/2025: Very welcoming place, menu full of excellent meat. This evening was my first time there and I was impressed by the owner's honesty regarding the selection and quantity of rib eye steak I ordered. He recommended just one rib eye steak for two people. Congratulations!

10/11/2025: I booked for lunch, and once we arrived, they seated us. The menu arrived via WhatsApp, and I must say it was missing a few items, such as side dishes and appetizers. I asked if I could have a meat tartare, but the chef, who came to the table to explain the menu, specified that it was a tartare and that the egg on the plate, which I hadn't asked for, "I could forget about it." I was a little taken aback by this firmness, but I let it go. Once the dishes arrived, things definitely returned to normal. The meat was excellent, both the tartare and the tagliata, and the side dishes were also excellent. It's a shame about the dessert, which didn't satisfy me! The prices were absolutely fair for the quality of the meat. Recommended!!!

30/11/2025: I ate very, very well. The pizza was delicious, although the bill at the end... I'd happily spend an extra €5-10 to eat pizza and drink beer, it was truly top-notch.

24/11/2025: I don't want to go too far, but this is perhaps one of the best pizzas in the Miranese area, for the quality of the ingredients, the skill in the preparation, and the wide variety of options ranging from classic pizzas to specialty and seasonal pizzas. The staff is polite and always present, perhaps helped by the small and compact dining room. Looking at the menu, the drinks selection is also high-quality. Homemade desserts. The wood-burning fireplace is beautiful and unique. The pizza didn't cause any digestive problems during the night (unfortunately, not all places are like this). Recommended if you want to spend a quiet evening and eat a pizza of significantly above-average quality.

18/09/2025: An incredibly atmospheric bar! High-quality and delicious cocktails, light snacks available. A small drawback: it was closed one evening, despite the advertised opening hours.

26/11/2025: Absolutely top-notch. Visited in June and September. Besides the quality of the fish, I also appreciate the stunning presentation of the dishes. The owners and staff are friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant, though perhaps the tables are a little too close together.

03/11/2025: If the weather permits sitting outside, it's fine, but if you happen to go inside, it looks like a warehouse, and the kitchen area that you can glimpse seems completely inadequate for the menu offered. In fact, the dishes, even those of the day, are mediocre. Truly disappointing.

The cuisine is simple and refined, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. Don't miss the sardines in saor, the cicchetti, the baked fish, and the polenta with creamed ballala': all delicious!
