07/07/2026: The place is nice and large, with tables both on the veranda and inside, and the atmosphere is welcoming and refined. The portions are adequate; my steak might not have been very large, but the grilled fish platter was just the right amount. Despite it being a fairly busy Saturday night, the waiters were friendly and helpful, and the waitress who filleted our fish was excellent and very kind. We had reservations, but we still had to wait a while for a table due to the crowd and perhaps also due to the owner's disorganization. He didn't seem very up to speed on prioritizing reservations, and in fact, he gave us the impression of being a bottleneck in the dining room management rather than a support for his colleagues. For example, he complained that a waiter was slow, when in reality he was just listing the dessert menu. Sensing the tension of the moment, I decided to let the waiter go so as not to waste any more time. But the bottom line is that I preferred to eat dessert somewhere else. It may not be much, but a loss of revenue due to mismanagement is not such a smart thing in my opinion.

12/05/2026: Expensive! Very expensive for something so-so. The polenta tasted like water, the pasta was a relatively small portion, and at over €25 for a pasta dish, it should have been excellent, but it wasn't. Two people shared a (decent) fried appetizer, one main course each, half a bottle of house white wine (not great), a bottle of water, and no dessert: €102. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

10/05/2026: A well-kept restaurant in the center, very friendly service, generous portions, average food, and high prices. I don't think I'll return. It seemed like they were trying to overcharge. A tourist spot. The dishes aren't worth the price. We shared a starter, three first courses, two glasses of wine, and a coffee. Almost €140 seems too much.

15/12/2025: A lovely, cozy restaurant. We went there twice during our vacation. Both times we had an appetizer, pizza, and dessert. The burrata with truffle was delicious among the appetizers. The pizzas were consistently excellent. I especially loved the rolled pizza with brie, mozzarella, arugula, Parma ham, and extra walnuts *-* but all the pizzas were very good and large. The service was also friendly and attentive. :)

16/07/2026: Our first meal in Italy. It was excellent! The portions were generous and the prices reasonable (around €30 for two people, main course + drinks). Plus, it's air-conditioned! The service was friendly and quick. I highly recommend it!

16/07/2026: Amazing family owned and run restaurant. The muscles were amazing with white wine sauce and the pasta is so delicious and fresh. Definitely try the lasagna. One of my favorite places in Venice!

02/08/2026: The smash sandwiches are excellent. The fried foods are excellent. Also try the tramezzi, which are special. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is great...we're on a busy street...but the place is cute. The hidden garden is well-kept and mosquito-free!

30/07/2026: A great experience at the Marcon light. I was passing by with my girlfriend while desperately looking for a quick drink and bite to eat, and luckily we stumbled upon this lovely place. The waitress, Laura, greeted us with a smile and immediately found us a table in the shade. The food arrived in the blink of an eye. We'll definitely be back.

From our first meeting, we were treated with great professionalism, availability, and attention to every detail. On the day of the event, everything was impeccably organized: the service was excellent, the staff was always present and courteous, and our guests felt welcomed and pampered from start to finish. The quality of the food won everyone over, as was the attention to presentation and decor. Many guests complimented us on the location and the experience they had. A special thank you to the manager and all the staff for helping make our day so peaceful and unforgettable. For us, this restaurant will always be a special place, tied to one of the most beautiful moments of our lives. We recommend it without hesitation.

14/07/2026: What a lovely find in Rio Terrà dei Catecumeni. I stopped here for a quick bite and was truly impressed by the quality. The sandwich was incredibly fresh, made with crisp lettuce and simple but excellent ingredients. The flower-shaped biscuit was also delicious, perfect with my coffee. I highly recommend stopping in this corner of Venice for a casual lunch overlooking the lagoon. I'll definitely be back.

01/06/2026: Yesterday, May 31st, we stopped to eat at this place, 2 couples of bikers, excellent food, very good service. The girl who served us, Elisa, delightful and knowledgeable, made us a fantastic deconstructed tiramisu. I recommend it. Well done Elisa, keep it up!!!!!!
