Not much food, a bit expensive Beautiful place

We chose this restaurant for our wedding reception, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From our first meeting, we were treated with great professionalism, availability, and attention to every detail. On the day of the event, everything was impeccably organized: the service was excellent, the staff was always present and courteous, and our guests felt welcomed and pampered from start to finish. The quality of the food won everyone over, as was the attention to presentation and decor. Many guests complimented us on the location and the experience they had. A special thank you to the manager and all the staff for helping make our day so peaceful and unforgettable. For us, this restaurant will always be a special place, tied to one of the most beautiful moments of our lives. We recommend it without hesitation.

Beautiful location, young and capable staff. I took the tasting menu, which was beautifully presented as it included two fixed appetizers, two fixed first courses, a choice of second course (chicken or squid), and a choice of dessert. All the dishes were good and well presented, but none of them were truly palate-pleasing; it lacked a certain flair, and the cuisine was a bit daring, perhaps to accommodate a variety of palates, but it didn't quite impress. Furthermore, given the open garden, I would have expected more options that included vegetables and aromatic herbs, but instead they were sparse or not present at all. For example, the chicken in a concia (cured chicken) had no vegetables at all, only HALF a potato on the side (and here the disappointment was also in the quantity). The bread basket was rich and delicious. Having eaten at four Michelin-starred restaurants, I think the prices are excessive for this reason—which isn't a Michelin-starred restaurant—(€9 for a glass of wine, €5 for a caffè corretto, €34 for a chicken). All in all, a lovely and good experience.

A spectacular place immersed in beautiful and wonderful nature. You feel enveloped in a rare and timeless atmosphere. The setting is meticulously maintained, the service precise and attentive without ever being intrusive. Each dish struck us with its beauty, balance, and originality: distinctive flavors, bold yet always successful combinations, a cuisine that surprises. Thanks to all the staff and especially to the manager, Laura, for allowing us to experience such a magical moment!

After four years, a pleasant "halfway" return. The location is always beautiful, the staff and service extremely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive and offers something different than usual (as confirmed by a friend who was also dining with us, who is much more knowledgeable than me). The bread was delicious, as was the olive oil. All the dishes we chose were technically excellent; there was nothing to complain about in terms of flavor and ingredients, and indeed, they deserve applause. I wasn't as satisfied with the portions (given the price, which is certainly significant). The bigoli were less than 80 grams, and the pea soup contained barely 5 tablespoons. Having been to Calandrino a year earlier—also run by the Alajmo family—I thought the portions would be very similar (there, with an appetizer and a first course, I was fine). Here, I saw a smaller portion, and that was a shame.

Birthday dinner. We visited this splendid venue in October to celebrate my birthday. Hospitality, professionalism, and a great sense of fun accompanied our dinner. Course after course, the food and wine tasting was a true experience! My sincere compliments to the Alajmo family and the Le Cementine team. We'll be back.

A beautiful, minimalist venue immersed in nature. The dishes are of the highest quality and delicious, with remarkable combinations, textures, and local, seasonal ingredients. Special attention is paid to dietary requirements (allergies/intolerances), resulting in top-notch results. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and professional.
