Le Cementine In Quarto d'altino

The Alajmo group is a certainty but without a doubt this is my favorite place in the Province of Treviso. Refinement, hospitality, an enchanting place and what can we say about the dining room and kitchen staff obviously. I suffer from an autoimmune disease and here I can really feel pampered by the chef, I highly recommend it Dish I recommend: Erminio's tartare made by him in front of the table in the spring/summer period is a real spectacle

Modern but welcoming restaurant, highly professional staff, excellent wines, good food with slightly risky particular combinations, this is modern cuisine where alternative spices and aromas are offered, generous portions. Absolutely worth trying.

Una vera e propria esperienza enogastronomica. Servizio impeccabile e gentile. Ambiente curato e accogliente.

Ho cenato con amici durante la serata con menù di cacciagione. Siamo stati molto bene e quasi tutti i piatti sono stati buonissimi. L’ambiente è bellissimo: molto curato sia fuori che dentro. Servizio cordiale. Vale la pena andarci. Ci tornerò sicuramente, magari di giorno per godermi le ampie vetrate che affacciano sul giardino.

Location innovativa e carina, avevamo un tavolo vicino alle vetrate e faceva un po freddo, avrei preferito una tovaglia a tavola, personale competente e professionale.. piatti innovativi e buoni, ma comunque davvero troppo costosi.

Siamo stati a pranzo al ristorante "Le cementine" per la prima volta e devo dire che è stata una bellissima scoperta. Il locale è veramente molto bello, con uno stile decisamente moderno ed accogliente, caratterizzato da un pavimento di cementine molto colorato e dalla cucina in vista. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e gentile già al nostro ingresso. È stato professionale nella presentazione dei piatti ed attento a tutte le nostre esigenze. Le pietanze che abbiamo scelto avevano un gusto particolare, si riusciva a distinguere ogni sapore. Il prezzo è un po' alto ma è giustificato dalla ottima qualità. È stato tutto perfetto, si vede che ci si mette passione nel proprio lavoro.

Abbiamo pranzato domenica nella struttura esterna avvolti da un profumo inebriante dato dai fiori osmanthus che la circondano ,il sevizio e’ stato come sempre impeccabile ! Abbiamo dopo l’entre’e di benvenuto mangiato dei paccheri con la zucca ,il bergamotto e il nero di seppia veramente ottimi , di secondo invece abbiamo preso la ricciola con il purè’ alla curcuma e agrumi ma non l’ho trovata particolarmente interessante i dolci davvero super ,tornare in questo locale è sempre un viaggio di spirito e gusto a presto 😃

My husband and I visited the Le Cementine after reading the Tim Robbins’ article in the FT Weekend. We contemplated arrival by boat, but in the end made the trip by car. Upon arrival we were immediately charmed by the late summer garden brimming with fruit and vegetables that would be the base of our meal. The garden was vast and green, but obviously a “working garden”, not just scenery. We had a lovely table under the pergola. Restaurant staff was warm, professional and competent, making us feel immediately at home and we’ll cared for. Lunch was delicious, with each dish really showcasing the bounty from the garden! We loved the fried squash blossoms, light and crispy! Another highlight were the paccheri with local langoustines, shrimp and squid with a surprising pistachio sauce topped with bottarga. The combination of sweet shellfish, creamy pistachio and salty bottarga was a perfectly executed surprise. Bravo! An amazing experience overall, reminded me, of La Chassagnette in Camargue for its garden setting and delicious food. I could definitely see having an intimate wedding anniversary party here…maybe with everyone arriving by boat!! Can’t wait to make the trip back!
