19/12/2024: I'm not a food blogger who visits tens of establishments a day, but this was the best restaurant I ate at on my trip! From the getgo, Rosie was different to all other servers, greeting me outside and showing me the menu. I ended up ordering ragu tagliatelle (originally served with gnocchi) and the beef tartare. Before the pasta arrived I was brought bread, oil, and salt and pepper and Rosie explained what to do with it. While I'd already guessed right, I still appreciated the explanation — it put me at ease that I had indeed remembered the custom correctly from videos I'd watched and things I'd read. Now while both dishes were delicious, the tartare in particular was spectacular from looks to taste to texture. Vivid crimson in colour; delicately meaty, with pops of sourness and brightness from the capers mixed in; slippery, smooth, and soft on the tongue as I savoured each bite. As it was my first time trying beef tartare, I obviously can't compare it to any other renditions, but this has certainly set my expectations very high for the future. My only disappointment was the lack of egg yolk, as I thought that was a staple, but I learned wrong, and it was unnecessary in this case anyway. For dessert I ordered the pannacotta with chocolate. The chocolate was wonderfully rich, a perfect accompaniment to the light pannacotta underneath. In short, the service was excellent, the food was divine, and the atmosphere was very comforting. This didn't bother me personally, but do keep in mind the €2 cover charge.

17/12/2024: This restaurant was literally the best one we went to during our entire Italy trip. They weren’t busy at all so I was a little skeptical to try it, but was so glad that we did! The waitress was very polite and sweet. The food came out with big portions and the presentation was enticing. The food tasted delicious and was very memorable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Venice.

Impeccable location, refined furnishings and paintings by the author (Paola Volpato), service synchronized to the thousandth of a second, well-prepared dishes, refined cuisine with a refined taste, personalized and respectful hospitality. The chef describes the experience of his cuisine exactly as a sailor indicates the art of following uncharted paths.

Location impeccabile, arredi curati e quadri di autore (Paola Volpato), servizio sincronizzato al millesimo di secondo, piatti ben curati, cucina sopraffina dal gusto ricercato, accoglienza personalizzata e con riguardo. Lo chef descrive l'esperienza di cucina come un velista indica l'arte di seguire vie non tracciate.

15/10/2024: Excellent quality and quantity, fast service even though it was a little crowded. We went for lunch and they hadn't booked but they let us sit anyway. In the evening, however, I would recommend making a reservation because we have seen that there is a queue. There is a high chair for children and a fairly large table available.

05/12/2024: I'll start from the car park: Large and there are many spaces. Fantastic place, lots of tables. Excellent and fast service accompanied by the kindness of the staff, always smiling. I recommend it to anyone, my family and I and my friends plus my disabled son with a wheelchair had a great time and had our own space. Thanks to all of you at the venue. I can't wait to return.

13/10/2024: Ho un problema di salute e devo stare molto attenta a quello che mangio ,eravamo in 5 tutto sommato tutti hanno preso un primo e secondo io non ho ordinato nulla ma non ho gradito non aver ricevuto comunque il piatto di cortesia ciò che mi ha reso difficile assaggiare qualcosina. Passiamo al cibo,la pizza secondo le persone che lo hanno ordinata era buona in quanto la carne,poco saporita e cucinata eccessivamente da renderla gommosa e asciutta.

21/11/2024: Splendid location, overlooking the Church of S. Maria della Salute, but a culinary experience that left something to be desired. I can also spend 48 euros for a first course (in this case, macaroni with mountain herb butter, fois gras sauce and black truffle), but I expect nothing less than perfection and excellent raw materials. In this case there was neither one nor the other: both the truffle and the fois gras tasted of nothing; the pasta was completely overcooked (I fear because it was pre-cooked) even though I had recommended that it be al dente. It went much better with the second course (quail with spinach and gorgonzola cream). Prices in line with the location in a prestigious hotel, except for the cover charge (absurd to charge 12 euros, I would then prefer to pay for the service) and 10 euros for a bottle of cream water, that is, more than 10 times the retail price. Again, I can pay this amount for lunch, as long as it's a memorable experience. Unfortunately this was not the case. Very courteous and professional service.

22/07/2024: We dropped in late, not craving pizza at all, but what pizza they had. And the staff were absolutely wonderful. We have tried to find equally good pizza now in Italy several times but have not succeeded. So you definitely have to eat pizza here.

The food arrives in the right time, cooked correctly, tasty and plentiful, the fish we ordered was of quality, I sincerely recommend the seafood starter; an excellent dish considering quality/price. Very bright and welcoming environment.
