29/06/2026: My main complaint is the tip and overcharging. (Food was ok at best, but inexpensive at least). But they basically demand a 10% tip which they shouldn’t. I didn’t mind that so much, but when he rang it up he put in a 20% tip. I guess he thought I was too dumb to notice. He lowered it to a 12% tip after I pointed out it was wrong.

05/07/2026: It's hard to find the words to describe the experience we had, between the rudeness, the waiting times and the icing on the cake: water passed off as vodka on the cocktails at the modest price of €8.00.

Plus, a blonde lady with no hat, her hair up and down, going from the cash register to the counter with the same gloves doing everything!! Cash register... money... coffee machine, etc... the operator with the hat, she without because I presume she's a store manager given her attire... well... inconsistent... plus the desserts stuck to the clothes with salami 🙏🏻 for goodness sake!!!! All this? A multinational brand that should respect the minimum standards and instead it was worse than a local bar...

02/01/2026: We booked for the night of December 31st around 6 PM, reserving a table for 9 PM that same evening. When we arrived, we were told first that it was closed (there were people having dinner), then that it was for residents only (?), and finally that we couldn't have booked because it was closed (again). I'm giving the atmosphere two stars because they had karaoke, so you could sing along to Sarah Toscano. Otherwise, the experience was terrible, with no friendliness and a lot of bullshit!

28/07/2026: Very negative impressions. The service was 16 percent, and on top of that, they added a 15 euro tip to the bill, which I categorically refused. Four drinks, and they wanted 105 euros. The actual value was 88 euros, including the 16 percent tip. It was very poor and spoiled our mood.

28/07/2026: The squid ink pasta was really delicious! The chicken was good, and the service was absolutely fantastic. I went there on a recommendation from the owner of a Korean guesthouse, and I am extremely satisfied! The prices aren't cheap, but everything near the Rialto Bridge is expensive! I think it's pricey because the atmosphere is so great! Pasta costs around 13 to 17 euros. Other places charge a 12% service fee and a seating charge, but they don't charge a seating fee here! The staff are really friendly! There is a handsome guy and a cute guy there who are so funny lol. The atmosphere is great, they gave us free service, and it is an unforgettable place in Venice!

They tell you to sit down and the tables are all dirty and need clearing! But that's not the point, the owners obviously don't care! Because I doubt that person is the owner! I have a place too, so please take care, because the MC Café has more people, and they're all smiling.

05/09/2025: I'm giving it a 1 because it's the best. Terrible food: spaghetti with squid ink that tasted like oil. Cuttlefish was extremely salty and inedible. A bottle of still water was €6!!!!! We asked for bread to accompany our main course, but guess what, it wasn't included and we were charged €2.50 on the receipt—obviously, no one had mentioned this. Plus, there's a 12% service charge (10% VAT). I'm attaching a photo of the receipt because it's unbelievable. Speechless

09/07/2026: Food was great . Service was good until the bill came , there was a servisio charge on it which was fine but the waiter said it was not a tip but a tax which I then left a tip . I asked at my hotel and they said they were wrong and had fraudulently taken money off me so watch out everyone.

Desafortunadamente, fui engañado debido a mi incapacidad para ver claramente. El personal recomendó un plato de pasta, diciendo que era de € 9. Lo ordené, confiando en esa información. Pero cuando llegó el momento de pagar, el propietario me dijo que en realidad eran 9 € por 100 gramos, algo que nunca me explicaron en ningún momento. Sin pedir mi consentimiento, cocinaron 700 gramos y luego me gritaron que pagara 63€. Cuando lo dudé, el dueño amenazó con llamar a la policía, lo que me puso extremadamente ansioso y asustado. Les dije que no tenía tarjeta, solo algo de dinero en efectivo. Me presionaron hasta que les di todo el dinero que tenía para salir de allí. Como alguien ciego, confío en explicaciones verbales claras. Pero ninguno fue proporcionado. En Florencia, cuando pedí filete, mostraron claramente el peso y el precio de antemano. Aquí, se aprovecharon de mi vulnerabilidad. Adjunto una foto del plato que sirvieron. Parecía una pasta típica de marisco, no algo que debería costar 63€. Y para ser claros, los 63€ eran solo para la pasta. Las bebidas y otros artículos se cobran por separado. Esto hace que la falta de explicación previa sea aún más indignante. Más tarde, encontré otra reseña que describía exactamente la misma situación: a un cliente le dijeron que era una “pasta de mariscos”, asumió que eran 15 € como los demás y terminó cobrándole 63 € por pasta de langosta. Es evidente que este es un patrón de engaño dirigido a los turistas, especialmente a aquellos que no están familiarizados con las prácticas locales o a personas vulnerables como yo. Ni siquiera me dieron un recibo. Esto no solo fue deshonesto, sino discriminatorio. Evita este lugar. Se benefician de engañar y amenazar a los clientes vulnerables.

05/07/2025: Nous recommandons ce restaurant qui est vraiment bon! J ai mangé du foie à la Vénitienne un délice!!! Les pâtes étaient très bonne aussi et le service excellent. Merci pour ce bon moment.
