07/12/2025: Prices too high in my opinion, with portions not very balanced, in the past I had eaten a cutlet decidedly bigger than a fist, pork at too high prices, calling it mixed cut with a little polenta, large sandwiches but without accompaniments, I regretfully have to change my opinion after years, I remembered that this Dinner was the best!

05/12/2025: Worst place to have dinner. I don't recommend the pizza slices, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to wait too long. The staff is also rude.

12/04/2026: Unfortunately, this was a complete disappointment. My visit to Caffè Internazionale in Venice was awful. The food arrived within a minute, was cold, and had absolutely no flavor. Everything pointed to a rushed service. The service and the staff's behavior reflected this. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

30/03/2026: The worst cappuccino I've had in Italy, it tastes like it's made with water. The famous "sad" cappuccino! Rude, uncourteous service. Extremely expensive.

06/10/2025: A bar in the heart of Piazza Ferretto; from the outdoor tables, you can admire the entire porticoed promenade. The service is embarrassingly rude, making you feel a bit uncomfortable. The croissants are rubbery, limp, and awful (they should change suppliers). The cappuccino is pleasant overall, but with a poor coffee-to-foam ratio. The price is ridiculous: five euros for a cappuccino and croissant. Highly not recommended unless you enjoy spending too much on something that is overall unpleasant.

04/10/2025: The waitress "randomly" charged us ten euros on a receipt where the individual costs weren't broken down, so I don't know how much three coffees and two pastries cost. But ten euros for, I repeat, three coffees and two pastries is definitely too much! We're not in St. Mark's Square!

08/09/2025: A wonderful bar to relax in the morning and enjoy a toasted sandwich or croissant with apricot jam and a latte macchiato for a very reasonable price! 01/09/2025: Unfortunately, my visit to this ice cream parlor was very disappointing. The ice cream itself was okay, but the service was extremely unfriendly and spoiled any joy I had. I didn't feel welcome as a guest.

08/10/2025: €2.50 for a sandwich that's at least two days old and the ham has changed color and is inedible seems like a steal to me. The rice pasta is good, but I don't know what they put in it. It's been going on all day... no way...

19/12/2025: We were looking for a warm place to kill time until the ferry arrived and we came in here. We shared a huge sandwich and had some coffees! The man was super friendly.

18/11/2025: My girlfriend and I went to this bar because we were craving hot chocolate. We ordered the hot chocolate with cream (€4.50), which is actually a ciobar. Paying €4.50 for a ciobar seems excessive to me. We also ordered two small pastries, clearly bought from the Iper Rossetto supermarket. The pastries were old, I think, from 4-5 days ago. But I ask myself, "Don't you try them before putting the pastries on display?" A terrible experience, we will never go back.

16/07/2025: If I could give less than 0 I would have done so immediately, obscenity both in the service and in the cleanliness of the place, served with a face full of fish for a spritz that I would not wish even on my worst enemy to drink... total shame.

16/05/2026: The hotel is located close to Basilica Salute, a really easy walk, where you can catch the water bus to other locations. Check-in for the hotel is around the corner, and the foyer is lovely. WiFi is available in the foyer. The room I stayed in was outside, 100m down the lane, and around another corner. The bed is a small double bed (two singles pushed together) and it was clean and surprisingly comfortable. Bathroom is tiny, and wear your shoes - there are some water leaks. The shower drain was not able to handle the volume of water (possibly okay if you only use a trickle) and the floor was flooded. Room could use and upgrade, it's very shabby genteel. If you freak out at a less-than-pristine room, do not go here. However, given that is was Biennale, space to stay was at a premium. It was okay for the price - secure, bed was clean, private, and good access. You wouldn't want to stay in the room as your holiday, but if you just want to sleep, pretty good.

02/05/2026: Terrible experience. We went to order takeout pizzas at 6 PM (thinking we could order them later), but the waitress (who also seemed like we were bothering her) told us that if we ordered them, they'd be ready in 15 minutes. So, since we couldn't order them for any time after 6 PM, we decided to come back later. I returned at 7:30 PM, and the same friendly waitress told me I could come back to order in 40 minutes because they've got too many orders right now and aren't taking any right away. Basically, you could keep coming back all night after a certain amount of time to order four takeout pizzas, with the risk that any time might be the wrong one and you might not even be able to eat them at all. Moral of the story: we've changed pizzerias :)

17/04/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Tourist trap of the worst kind. Worst experience ever. Pasta al sepia does not taste like anything I have ever eaten, not even tasted like seafood! The meatballs dish contained one shameful PAIR of small meatballs. No typo here. Two meatballs floating in the middle of the sauce, two lettuce leaves, two bread slices. They charged 5 meals for 4 customers, also charged incredible 12% service. When I complained and called them dishonest the waiter tried to prove me wrong, saying and I am obliged to pay for service even though it was that lame. He called me ignorant who cannot distinguish service from tip, because that is how things are in Italy, differently from the rest of the world. Curious detail: I live in Italy… Wife had a chicken breast that not only looked, also tasted like flipflop soles. I was ripped off. Paid +30€ for that pieces of crap.
