Personale gentile e accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa. Ci hanno anche offerto un limoncello! Non è facile trovare tanta gentilezza, poco da fare, l' accoglienza che ti da la gente del Sud è un altra cosa. Ti fanno sentire a casa. Sempre col sorriso, il cibo è arrivato subito. 5 stelle ma ne merita di più. Bravi, bravi, bravi! Mi sono sentita a casa.

01/11/2025: Off the beaten track, highly recommended. The menu is only in Italian, but with the help of the friendly staff and Google Translate, it's no problem.

27/09/2025: The best pizza on the Venice Lido. All the other dishes are excellent as well. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere is rustic yet refined, warm and welcoming, and the summer garden is lovely. The live music evenings are special.

25/11/2025: I've never been as disappointed as when we were in Venice in September. At a place like this. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by downright rude and intimidating staff. The bartender responded abruptly when we asked a simple question about the menu, and security looked at us like we were criminals. We felt unwelcome, and their attitude made the entire evening unpleasant and stressful. But the worst was the mandatory "bathroom tax" they imposed on us. We had to pay €3 per person to use the bathroom. This was imposed in a threatening manner by the staff, who refused to let us in without cash. It's ridiculous and seems like a complete scam. I've never experienced anything like it. The atmosphere was also awful, with loud music and dirty floors. Avoid this place like the plague; there are better options where you'll be treated with respect. Never again! 1 star, and even that's too much. I have never been so disappointed as when we were in Venice in September. In a nightspot like this place. 09/09/2025: The food was a complete disaster; I've never had anything so bad on the table. I ordered pasta with Bolognese sauce. I got pasta with a bit of minced meat and oil, and it had zero flavor. I sent the food back. You should learn how to cook in the kitchen; it was absolutely garbage.

30/11/2025: The waiters forget things, the sandwiches run out quickly, few gluten-free sandwiches, UPDATE AFTER A YEAR: I returned here after a year and it's still the same story. My friend who is celiac today can't eat the gluten-free sandwich, but I say this McDonald's has something good, and then they should make gluten-free sandwiches. FOR those who are celiac I feel SHAME.

29/11/2025: It almost seems like they do it on purpose: most of the time I pick up an order at a McD Drive-Thru, something is always missing, especially sandwiches or toast, even though they're listed on the receipt. This situation really gives the impression that they're trying to "raise money," as if their products were so affordable... I advise everyone to check their order carefully before leaving to avoid unpleasant surprises once they get home!

23/10/2025: A good place to buy a good slice of pizza, a coffee (€2.50), or a bottle of water (€1.50!). There are restrooms at the back.

26/09/2025: Avoid! The tomatoes served with the salad taste rotten. The potatoes were cooked 3 days ago. No point.

19/09/2025: We wanted a drink of water in the middle of the afternoon. We first asked the waiter if we could have anything to drink, and he said yes, except coffee. We sat down and asked for two waters, which wasn't possible. At least one of us had to drink something alcoholic, which we don't do. Then he rudely told us he'd already told us and we wouldn't get anything.

23/08/2025: We found this little spot on our way to Piazza San Marco. It looked a lot more for average people than your usual tourist trap. We had espresso and cannoli at the counter, and the service was very good. They have a few tables and the atmosphere was cozy, away from the business of the outside streets.

10/05/2025: La Vera eccellenza veneziana! Locale accogliente e atmosfera genuina come i piatti serviti che offrono sapori eccezionali nel rispetto della tradizione,presentati con maestria e ricerca . Rara carta di vini per l ambiente veneziano.. serviti con passione e personalità. Veramente un ristorante della buona accoglienza in tutti i sensi !

08/12/2025: I stayed at this hotel from December 5th to 7th, 2025. The location is central, very close to St. Mark's Square. However, the rooms are a bit lacking; especially ours, Room 301, had a door handle missing. I sincerely hope you can improve.

28/11/2025: I'll just say: lack of humanity. It's evening, almost closing time, around 7:20 PM. I go in to buy my mom some sweets for her birthday; the pastry shop still has a good selection. She's wrapping them for me, and a neat man enters, but clearly struggling financially. He simply says, "Is there anything?", hoping he'll be given something to eat for dinner (considering that, theoretically, you can't sell leftovers the next day, and who knows, not everyone respects these rules...). He's told, facing a full counter, "I have nothing left," almost mockingly. At that point, I intervene and offer to buy something more, because it seems too surreal. Would €1.60 for a chocolate brioche really have made a difference to the total budget for the day, considering that it would have been thrown away and that there are even apps like Too Good to Go to avoid food waste? Are we really not moved even by a person who, with a downcast gaze and a calm voice, asks for food? It's beyond words, truly the worst service ever, and I won't accept it from a place that sells truly subpar desserts.

21/10/2025: Today is my son's birthday and for reasons we were unable to book before, I arrived at this pastry shop and asked and they told me that everything is fresh instead the cake was all frozen inside and you can see that it was made days ago not fresh at all, and we also paid a lot for a cake that is all frozen and old, terrible
