The service was good; the person who served us was very friendly and always tried to communicate with us despite not speaking the language. I thought it was a very good place to eat something, whether for dinner or while visiting Venice.
18/02/2026: The one and only time I ate here I got terrible food poisoning. They handle the meat with their bare hands.

A truly fantastic experience, with a magnificent sea view. The food may not have been haute cuisine, but it far exceeded my expectations and was very tasty.
During my end-of-year trip, I unfortunately fell asleep and missed dinner. The owner was very kind and quickly prepared something for me to eat, which I greatly appreciated.
The welcome is warm and very family-friendly; you immediately feel at ease. I recommend this hotel without hesitation! 🤩

27/12/2025: The atmosphere is nice, especially now that they've made improvements.
The food isn't the best, the quality is poor, especially the fish; it's often stale or air-dry, even changing color and texture.
The staff is friendly enough, but personal hygiene is seriously lacking. The girls are often dirty, touching money with their hands, coughing and not washing their hands before handling food, not wearing gloves, and often using their phones in front of customers.
I would suggest paying more attention to staff selection and food safety.

03/03/2026: So…. I’ve ignored the attitude- post and I was wrong… he tried to charge me 2€ extra for a take away coffee of 1.3€! So I’ve just had to drink it there… just go to the next one;)
PS I’ve got a mortadella - mozzarella and was super oily and my stomach was hurting afterwards…

07/09/2025: We ate pizza from here several times while we were in Sottomarina. Both at Ice & Fire - and as a take away. Every time it was a really positive experience 😀 Super good pizzas and super friendly service. (You can get 1 large pizza to share with different fillings on each half, if 2 smaller pizzas are too much). Can only recommend the place 😄

We don't know how to say prosciutto, so he pretends he doesn't understand anything.
And that famous jamón of discord was really not good.

17/02/2026: The place has a good view, good service, but the food is of very poor quality, awful!
Low quality and high prices.
To my surprise, the bill goes beyond what is on the menu, they add 10% and a service charge and don't even inform you, I only found out because I went to check the bill again at the counter and the attendant rudely finally showed me the bill with the additions without having informed me on the menu that they would charge them.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
10/02/2026: Tourist trap - The most expensive coffee I've ever bought in Italy, and it also happened to be the worst. The beer and chips were fine. Redeeming factor is the view and bathroom access.

02/03/2026: They have a menu that includes a main course and a second course of meat or fish. I opted for meat, but it wasn't meat. The menu says beef chop, but when it arrives, it's a breaded chicken breast steak.
25/11/2025: The staff was extremely unfriendly. They refused to give me coffee and a table reservation. The man, most likely the owner, was extremely rude. I definitely don't want to go back.

02/01/2026: We booked for the night of December 31st around 6 PM, reserving a table for 9 PM that same evening. When we arrived, we were told first that it was closed (there were people having dinner), then that it was for residents only (?), and finally that we couldn't have booked because it was closed (again). I'm giving the atmosphere two stars because they had karaoke, so you could sing along to Sarah Toscano. Otherwise, the experience was terrible, with no friendliness and a lot of bullshit!
29/12/2025: Beautiful and the food is excellent.
They're open even in the dead of winter. Highly recommended.
