20/09/2025: I stayed here for a weekend. The kindness and courtesy were top notch, and I also had excellent pizza. My compliments to all the staff! THANK YOU!

02/09/2025: I remembered it being very different from how it is now. Starting with the menu, under the previous management they offered more variety, especially in the side dishes for sandwiches. It seems unthinkable to me that a restaurant with the "dessert" name would only offer packet ice cream. The food wasn't bad, it was just that the selection was limited and nothing exceptional. I really enjoyed it the previous times, but it's a shame that the new management has made it so bad. I also see no reason to be so high in the prices. Not recommended

03/06/2025: Nos detuvimos aquí mientras exploramos la zona cerca del Palacio Ducal y fue un placer perfecto. La tienda es encantadora y acogedora, y el helado fue uno de los mejores que tuvimos durante nuestro viaje. Cada cono fue servido generosamente, y cada sabor que probamos fue rico y cremoso. Fue una experiencia divertida para toda nuestra familia, y apreciamos especialmente lo fácil que fue navegar por el menú. Una pequeña parada genial si estás en la zona y necesitas un descanso fresco del calor.

02/01/2026: We booked for the night of December 31st around 6 PM, reserving a table for 9 PM that same evening. When we arrived, we were told first that it was closed (there were people having dinner), then that it was for residents only (?), and finally that we couldn't have booked because it was closed (again). I'm giving the atmosphere two stars because they had karaoke, so you could sing along to Sarah Toscano. Otherwise, the experience was terrible, with no friendliness and a lot of bullshit!

01/04/2026: Small place, expensive drinks, and to top it all off, they told us off because our 8-year-old son couldn't go into a cubicle alone—what they call a restroom. Outrageous.

29/03/2026: The service is horrible! The owners are not polite with guests. Playing cards are apparently forbidden to play by Italian law hahaha! Honestly don’t go here. There are many better places in Venice to see and visit

29/03/2026: We had dinner there and everything was fantastic. The fish was delicious, and the fried calamari and prawns were also amazing—everything was super fresh and homemade, and the portions were very generous. The service was also excellent; we went with our baby and they gave him a toy and were attentive at all times to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was wonderful, I highly recommend it—very homemade, plentiful, and at a great price.

07/12/2025: Incredibly good. I loved the Colombo pizza, the spicy one, and the Four Cheese pizza. The Tiramisu dessert was also very, very good. Delicious. Wonderful staff! Truly Italian style.

30/03/2026: I bought a sandwich and they screamed “konnichiwa” “arigato”. Though I told them I’m not Japanese they kept screaming random Japanese words. This was so disrespectful. If you can’t tell Asians apart just shut up please, Gracias.

24/03/2026: What a shame... but Venice itself, while still a spectacle, has become a real rip-off... 15 euros to climb a bell tower or enter a church, without even discounts for children. Not to mention that polluting 10-euro public ferry ride. 90 euros for a gondola ride... What can I say? Let's wait for better times!

17/12/2025: I was sold a panini inside, and when I sat down outside on the patio, I was chased away because the waiter was angry that I hadn't been served. Extremely arrogant and disdainful, he threw me off the patio. At the same time, as I was walking off the patio, a seagull snatched my panini from my hands. When I turned around, the employees inside were laughing at me. Simply condescending towards tourists. If you're like me, a polite and courteous Quebecer, avoid this place.

21/09/2025: Slow service even with just a few people, several times I had to give up just for a coffee.

08/09/2025: 9 euros for a toasted sandwich, although good, was exaggerated! Plus, he was charging me 1 euro for the takeaway paper tray.

05/04/2026: They may have the best view, the food may be decent, but the staff—oh my God, the staff—complains about tourists, starting at 9 a.m., speaking rudely and, most importantly, complaining about the people who literally feed them. If they don't like visitors, they should find another job or another city. If you know this is your job, kindness, tolerance, and respect are essential. It's incredibly illogical for an employee to complain about tourists when we haven't even bothered them.

03/04/2026: The staff was very rude to the tourists, even walking out of the restaurant and publicly yelling at them. The only reason was a small piece of the sandwich that fell from the deck onto the restaurant umbrella following the seagull attack. The reaction is exaggerated; you are more aggressive than the seagulls.

14/11/2025: Guys, how can you take the coffee cup with your hands and pass it to the customer? Terrible! Drink that coffee! Plus, a blonde lady with no hat, her hair up and down, going from the cash register to the counter with the same gloves doing everything!! Cash register... money... coffee machine, etc... the operator with the hat, she without because I presume she's a store manager given her attire... well... inconsistent... plus the desserts stuck to the clothes with salami 🙏🏻 for goodness sake!!!! All this? A multinational brand that should respect the minimum standards and instead it was worse than a local bar...

05/04/2026: An absolutely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Tourist Incident - The menu already lists a 16% service charge – so far, so good. However, what happened next is simply unacceptable: An additional 20% tip was arbitrarily added to the bill without any information or consent from us. When we confronted the waiter, he offered a completely absurd and unprofessional explanation: The 16% was supposedly "taxes," and the additional 20% was justified "because he brought us the food." I have rarely encountered such a brazen argument. This is clearly an attempt to deliberately deceive and pressure guests. Tipping is voluntary – not something the staff simply adds for themselves. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the entire restaurant. We feel ripped off. Definitely not recommended.

24/03/2026: My girlfriend and I just wanted to look at the menu and were actually ready to sit down in the restaurant when several waiters started harassing us in an extremely unpleasant way. Repeatedly. Comments, inappropriate touching.
