04/05/2026: Don't waste your time, nerves, and money in this place with poor food and poor service. We sat down at a table with a large group (guided to tables by admin), and for the next 30 minutes, not much happened (since there were a lot of us, we didn't bother looking for a new place to eat), aside from the personell walking around empty-handed and heading around the corner to smoke. Knives, forks, and water glasses arrived after about 35 minutes. The order for drinks and food was taken, and for the next 20 minutes, neither glasses nor drinks arrived. Then water glasses were brought to some of us, and for the next 10 minutes, we were completely ignored again. Empty water glasses for only some of us. I went to talk to admin at the cash register, saying that we were, to put it mildly, fed up and wanted our ordered drinks brought to the table right away. About 10 minutes later, water glasses for everyone and water bottles arrived. Then, about 5 minutes after that, the 2 ordered bottles of wine and glasses. The food took about another 30+ minutes. The waiter who brought the pizzas to the table didn't know what pizzas he was holding or what their ingredients were (so we could deduce for ourselves whose was whose). Then a slightly smarter person arrived who knew which pizza was which. Etc., etc. Probably the worst restaurant I have ever ended up in. We ordered a few more wines, and to smooth over our dissatisfaction, they offered us one of them off the bill. A nice gesture in itself, but it doesn't make up for all the mess that had already been made. They probably only stay in business with this place because there are massive amounts of tourists in Venice who simply need a place to eat. I highly recommend not ruining your mood at this place.

06/04/2026: I've been in Italy for two weeks and this was the worst, in fact the only bad, place I've eaten. Yes, we may not have in-depth knowledge of food, but what they brought was a complete mockery. The waiters don't even look at you, they practically throw the food at you, and then they shamelessly charge a service charge for it. The food wasn't just bad, the oil they used upset both our stomachs. Avoid at all cost. Tourist trap. Scam.

11/03/2026: We had dinner here 2 nights in a row. The carbonara was absolutely delicious 😋 their desserts are beyond incredible. Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere for a relax lunch or dinner. Staff was very friendly.

05/09/2025: I'm giving it a 1 because it's the best. Terrible food: spaghetti with squid ink that tasted like oil. Cuttlefish was extremely salty and inedible. A bottle of still water was €6!!!!! We asked for bread to accompany our main course, but guess what, it wasn't included and we were charged €2.50 on the receipt—obviously, no one had mentioned this. Plus, there's a 12% service charge (10% VAT). I'm attaching a photo of the receipt because it's unbelievable. Speechless

21/01/2026: The staff was very rude, I waited 5 minutes in front of the cash register [without a queue in front] with the staff (the gentleman) who did not consider it vitally important to serve me, while I was explaining my requests to him.

06/01/2026: Rude and offensive staff. It's embarrassing that a company like Feltrinelli employs such low-quality and, I repeat, RUDE staff. Especially the short blonde girl who won't answer your questions and laughs in your face.

28/07/2026: Very negative impressions. The service was 16 percent, and on top of that, they added a 15 euro tip to the bill, which I categorically refused. Four drinks, and they wanted 105 euros. The actual value was 88 euros, including the 16 percent tip. It was very poor and spoiled our mood.

28/07/2026: The squid ink pasta was really delicious! The chicken was good, and the service was absolutely fantastic. I went there on a recommendation from the owner of a Korean guesthouse, and I am extremely satisfied! The prices aren't cheap, but everything near the Rialto Bridge is expensive! I think it's pricey because the atmosphere is so great! Pasta costs around 13 to 17 euros. Other places charge a 12% service fee and a seating charge, but they don't charge a seating fee here! The staff are really friendly! There is a handsome guy and a cute guy there who are so funny lol. The atmosphere is great, they gave us free service, and it is an unforgettable place in Venice!

11/07/2025: Viajero ciego estafado — € 9 pasta convertida en € 63 Tengo discapacidad visual, y esta fue mi primera visita a una trattoria en Venecia. Desafortunadamente, fui engañado debido a mi incapacidad para ver claramente. El personal recomendó un plato de pasta, diciendo que era de € 9. Lo ordené, confiando en esa información. Pero cuando llegó el momento de pagar, el propietario me dijo que en realidad eran 9 € por 100 gramos, algo que nunca me explicaron en ningún momento. Sin pedir mi consentimiento, cocinaron 700 gramos y luego me gritaron que pagara 63€. Cuando lo dudé, el dueño amenazó con llamar a la policía, lo que me puso extremadamente ansioso y asustado. Les dije que no tenía tarjeta, solo algo de dinero en efectivo. Me presionaron hasta que les di todo el dinero que tenía para salir de allí. Como alguien ciego, confío en explicaciones verbales claras. Pero ninguno fue proporcionado. En Florencia, cuando pedí filete, mostraron claramente el peso y el precio de antemano. Aquí, se aprovecharon de mi vulnerabilidad. Adjunto una foto del plato que sirvieron. Parecía una pasta típica de marisco, no algo que debería costar 63€. Y para ser claros, los 63€ eran solo para la pasta. Las bebidas y otros artículos se cobran por separado. Esto hace que la falta de explicación previa sea aún más indignante. Más tarde, encontré otra reseña que describía exactamente la misma situación: a un cliente le dijeron que era una “pasta de mariscos”, asumió que eran 15 € como los demás y terminó cobrándole 63 € por pasta de langosta. Es evidente que este es un patrón de engaño dirigido a los turistas, especialmente a aquellos que no están familiarizados con las prácticas locales o a personas vulnerables como yo. Ni siquiera me dieron un recibo. Esto no solo fue deshonesto, sino discriminatorio. Evita este lugar. Se benefician de engañar y amenazar a los clientes vulnerables.

05/07/2025: Nous recommandons ce restaurant qui est vraiment bon! J ai mangé du foie à la Vénitienne un délice!!! Les pâtes étaient très bonne aussi et le service excellent. Merci pour ce bon moment.

01/09/2025: A pleasant discovery! We had a simply fantastic grilled octopus for dinner. I've never tasted so good. It was tender, flavorful, and perfectly grilled, literally melting in your mouth, as were the crunchy vegetables! We accompanied it with some very tasty French fries, washed down with a fragrant beer. A very welcoming place. We'll be back to try other dishes, including the pizza, which will definitely be good, since instead of bread they served us a pizza dough focaccia, simply delicious! 💯

23/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria restaurant, beautiful location right on the beach. We had excellent, top-quality pizzas. You could taste the top-quality ingredients used. Even the pizza dough was very light and therefore easy to digest. Congratulations on the excellent quality.

25/06/2026: I went to this bar after a university exam, and after five minutes of waiting, I had to go and order. When I ordered, the waitress reacted disgustedly. When the order was ready, they didn't even bring it to the table, so I had to get up... We didn't even get anything to eat, just chips, and in the rush (no one was in the bar), they didn't even put lemon in my spritz.

10/05/2026: Let me start by saying I've been working in the restaurant industry for quite a while, so I can make a few comments. The service is horrible, not a smile or a greeting. That sweaty, rude girl (the one with short hair), the girl who brings the sandwich to the table with the gloves she used 10 seconds earlier to clean—come on, really? Everything is so dirty and the waits are so long. Learn to smile and be clean. And you, little girl with short hair, learn to wipe your sweat because it's terrible, it makes your stomach turn. Moral of the story? Sandwich left there because I don't feel like eating sweat and dirty gloves.

20/09/2025: This afternoon I stopped by the bar for a couple of coffees ☕️☕️ I have to say, the guy at the cash register was really kind 😊, the tall, smiling girl was very courteous and helpful 🌸. I always love the atmosphere, with a beautiful view that makes even a simple break special 💖. Unfortunately, the only downside was a small, slightly plump barista with glasses 👓 who glared at us and then rudely served our coffees, shoving them in front of us 😔… I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but it would have been better not to take it out on the customers. I love the place and I've been there before with pleasure ✨ I would have given it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but it's a real shame about the service on that occasion.

04/05/2026: The place is well located. But I think it's a bit expensive for what they offer. My mom wanted something for breakfast and ordered a special: coffee, juice, and a toasted sandwich (which was just okay) for 11 euros, and then they charged her a 2 euro service fee that wasn't mentioned at all. I think there are better places in Venice for that price. The staff, however, were very helpful.
