28/08/2026: Visited this shop today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service. I understand that it was nearing closing time, but I don’t think that justifies the nonchalant attitude from the sales lady.
We knew exactly what we wanted and made our decision quickly. However, when it came time to pay, we asked about the tax refund and were simply told that it could not be done. There was no explanation or attempt to assist us further. We decided to walk out immediately. Really disappointed with the service at this shop.
09/07/2026: Very nice little store in Venice. You can get a taste test of their coffee while shopping for gifts. Located near one of the little foot bridges in a high traffic area. Very clean and hospitable.

Add a live orchestra and impeccable service, and the moment becomes truly special. Of course, all this comes at a price, but you are paying for far more than a drink: it is an experience in its own right.

09/08/2026: I gave one star because I couldn't give less.
I ordered a cappuccino, and the cup was stained with coffee caked on the rim. I returned the cap, and eight baristas told me they wouldn't replace it because they said it was the coffee that caused the stain. I should point out that the stain was so dry and caked on that it was difficult to remove with my fingernails. Disgusting. We'll never order anything here again.
Today is August 9, 2026.
25/05/2026: Of course, the girl sitting on the counter with her feet up and her phone in her hand really makes you want to not sit down... 10.35am on Monday

06/05/2026: The food was good, but the service was pushy. I sat down with an ice cream I'd bought to go, and after the ice cream, I wanted a coffee, but they wouldn't serve me. The whole experience cost me €31 for a cappuccino, a canapé, and a double scoop of ice cream. A rip-off!!! 😁😁😁

14/06/2026: We had breakfast here. Croissants, cicchetti, coffee. Everything was very good. The service was very friendly. We sat at the tables outside in the alley. It was very pleasantly quiet and cozy.
The cicchetti were excellent. The bread was very good, and the toppings were delicious. We especially liked the ones with spicy and mild salami.

An Aperol Spritz as 3.50$ is not an honest price, is very decent.

04/05/2026: My favorite store that I always visit when I'm in Italy. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed by the prices, which for some products are even higher than in Croatia. The exception is my favorite coffee brand, which was on sale for 20%, but only for a quantity of 3 packs.

There are so many reasons not to go :)
I requested a full refund because of the tax refund, but they just kept saying they don't give refunds in Italy.
On top of that, the staff even told us not to shop if we didn't have money!
They said it was okay to not get a tax refund since we already received a lot of discounts, lol.

08/06/2026: Terrible experience. The poke was supposed to be large, but given the amount of food I could have gotten the smaller one, given how much empty space there was. Initially, the restaurant was empty, then a girl came to serve me who was rude to say the least. She didn't explain how to order or anything else, and I was left in a quandary. Only now do I understand why the restaurant is always empty.
30/01/2026: Terrible food. I ordered a poke bowl with salmon, rice, etc. The salmon tasted like it was spoiled, and the rice was sour and had a strange aftertaste. They didn't provide cutlery, and overall my experience was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I tried to contact someone, but no number was provided. Don't mess around with raw fish!
