25/10/2025: Unfortunately, this lovely little restaurant inside the Elite Hotel doesn't live up to expectations. Dishes with sophisticated names are poorly prepared. Service is poor. Definitely room for improvement.
27/09/2025: I booked through the hotel three days ago. I arrived and couldn't find the reservation, plus the waiter was very rude. My colleague who booked this morning with the fork came by. I asked for confirmation at reception, and they told me the reservation was there, and by chance I found a place. Obviously, after the treatment, I didn't stay, and the waiter insulted me in his own language. I won't be returning.

18/10/2025: My best cozze in Venice: Fantastic. The Portuguese-style octopus was also amazing. Great value for money. Everyone was very friendly. I'd go back anytime.
16/10/2025: Frankly, Italian cuisine has lost its way.
Dishes are too peppery or too salty.
Wine by the glass is a bit lacking.
Friendly service nonetheless.

25/07/2025: I've always found this place to be very courteous and professional. The family-run business is an incredible added value; the raw ingredients and the owners' experience combine to create a truly excellent product. They have a great deal of imagination in creating bold combinations of many ingredients and a great respect for traditional recipes.
Highly recommended.

29/08/2025: Right in the middle of the main square, opposite the basilica, we had some delicious sweets. It's Dolce Vita for life.
There's a wide selection, from macarons to tiramisu.
The service was very friendly and attentive for the short time we were there. The price was also very reasonable.

27/12/2025: The atmosphere is nice, especially now that they've made improvements.
The food isn't the best, the quality is poor, especially the fish; it's often stale or air-dry, even changing color and texture.
The staff is friendly enough, but personal hygiene is seriously lacking. The girls are often dirty, touching money with their hands, coughing and not washing their hands before handling food, not wearing gloves, and often using their phones in front of customers.
I would suggest paying more attention to staff selection and food safety.

The service was good; the person who served us was very friendly and always tried to communicate with us despite not speaking the language. I thought it was a very good place to eat something, whether for dinner or while visiting Venice.
18/02/2026: The one and only time I ate here I got terrible food poisoning. They handle the meat with their bare hands.

The fruit was tasteless; I assume it was originally frozen.
