03/06/2025: Nos detuvimos aquí mientras exploramos la zona cerca del Palacio Ducal y fue un placer perfecto. La tienda es encantadora y acogedora, y el helado fue uno de los mejores que tuvimos durante nuestro viaje. Cada cono fue servido generosamente, y cada sabor que probamos fue rico y cremoso. Fue una experiencia divertida para toda nuestra familia, y apreciamos especialmente lo fácil que fue navegar por el menú. Una pequeña parada genial si estás en la zona y necesitas un descanso fresco del calor.

29/05/2025: I'm giving this restaurant a 3 because I felt it was lacking in genuine customer service and quality of food was good but not was you would expect at the price point, the waiter we had seemed to be in a rush or possibly irritated at the fact we were there to begin with he served us but without a smile or a shred of joy to be there and the food was served about 25 minutes later it was okay tasting but not what you would expect from a fine Venice restaurant

09/11/2025: I asked if they had falafel, and they said yes. I specified that I wanted a falafel durum to go, and when I got to the hotel I found that they had given me a meat one.
09/11/2025: Worst kebab I’ve been in my life. The guy was slow at cooking, the kebab was very bad, he used a cheap supermarket tortilla that tasted really bad. To top everything up, it was full of people that look up to us in a very weird way.

03/03/2026: Got a cappuccino from this place and it didn't taste like any cappuccino I've ever had. It was a little late, but I did ask them if it's okay and they said yes, they can still make one. First cappuccino in Venice and it tasted like some other weird milky drink.

17/12/2025: I was sold a panini inside, and when I sat down outside on the patio, I was chased away because the waiter was angry that I hadn't been served. Extremely arrogant and disdainful, he threw me off the patio. At the same time, as I was walking off the patio, a seagull snatched my panini from my hands. When I turned around, the employees inside were laughing at me. Simply condescending towards tourists. If you're like me, a polite and courteous Quebecer, avoid this place.

14/11/2025: Guys, how can you take the coffee cup with your hands and pass it to the customer? Terrible! Drink that coffee! Plus, a blonde lady with no hat, her hair up and down, going from the cash register to the counter with the same gloves doing everything!! Cash register... money... coffee machine, etc... the operator with the hat, she without because I presume she's a store manager given her attire... well... inconsistent... plus the desserts stuck to the clothes with salami 🙏🏻 for goodness sake!!!! All this? A multinational brand that should respect the minimum standards and instead it was worse than a local bar...

05/03/2026: I personally don't recommend it. It's true that the staff who served us were very friendly and the pasta for the first course was incredibly good. That said, the price is outrageously high. We've eaten much better and cheaper in other places in Venice. Not only is it expensive, but the second course, which was a breaded cutlet, and the breaded chicken fillet weighed about 20 grams, and the potatoes were frozen. They're a complete rip-off, and then they slap on an €8 service charge for no reason. If you can save money, do so. €60 for a meal between two people—the only redeeming feature was the pasta. If you're on a tight budget, it's a bad option, and if you have the money, go somewhere better. I hope this helps.
07/10/2025: The food was really good and not expensive.
Not sure why so many bad reviews, maybe we were lucky but it was a nice experience for us next to the water.
They have gluten free options which is great.
I do not put 5 stars because of the mandatory 12.5% in the ticket which felt odd.

30/08/2025: My most expensive Aperol in Italy: €13 for one drink. We only booked a table because it was on the rooftop; dinner turned out to be inside, with only drinks on the rooftop. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it; the prices are outrageous.

11/08/2025: Closed before 19.00 because of which we were not able to buy a ticket and leave for Venice on time. We are tourists and we had to ask passers-by how to buy a bus ticket, since the hotel oriented us to buy in this bar. I hope you had very good reasons to close your points much earlier
15/07/2025: They offer a postal collection point service. I've been there three times, and for various reasons, they never pick up the parcels. At this point, remove the service if you can't manage it and people avoid coming there to waste time.
