29/11/2025: If you’re a beer lover, check this place out. The way they take receipt of the Pilsner Urquell is truly fascinating and unique. Alvisa is a tremendous host, super knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. I would go back to Venice just to drink here again!!
09/11/2025: Honestly, it was fantastic! We also want to sincerely thank the owner and his team who take care of "Little Johnny." Thank you so much for your kindness and respect for the animals.
The welcome was wonderful, the atmosphere was great, we loved it. We highly recommend it.

15/10/2025: I understand that there's no staff this season... However, paying for the service, which is half the price, is at the table without trays.
Food served in cans like a picnic (small portions)...
We were very disappointed; there are better places.

07/10/2025: Mira shopping center where the hair salon I visit regularly every two months is located. Aside from the salon, I haven't visited anything else, but I plan to do so at future visits. Always crowded, especially the pharmacy and supermarket, which, I've been told, have rather high prices. Perhaps the quality is better than elsewhere!

30/10/2025: Cover charge for two people was €10 euro. Very expensive as we only had one drink each.
28/10/2025: The food was fine but not good enough for the price. The fried calamari was soggy and the salmon lacked any flavor. The service was horrible. Our first waiter clearly did not want to be there, and our second waiter was incredibly sexist. My aunt asked for the check, he did not bring it to her, then my dad asked for the check and he brought it to him but my aunt had the credit card in her hand and still refused to give her the check. Then, my aunt finally handed my dad HER card, he tapped it, and the waiter said “thank you sir.” Terrible food. Even worse service.

29/08/2025: Right in the middle of the main square, opposite the basilica, we had some delicious sweets. It's Dolce Vita for life.
There's a wide selection, from macarons to tiramisu.
The service was very friendly and attentive for the short time we were there. The price was also very reasonable.

07/09/2025: Today, I went for some frozen yogurt. Always good, no complaints there, but the lady serving us seemed to have forgotten we'd paid quite a bit. The tub was half empty and everything was falling apart, not to mention the almost invisible filling, definitely not made with love. The highlight? I sit on the bench in the back and from the window I see this (attached photo). I remember posting this ad on September 7, 2025. AT LEAST FORWARD IT.
26/07/2025: The single portions are exceptional... a journey for the senses, truly extraordinary! The one with the crunchy inside is a spectacle ❤️💚 10 out of 10!
The girls behind the counter are very kind and attentive to the customer's needs. Truly an experience worth repeating 😍

03/07/2025: To say that I ate very well is an understatement, and the price was very fair. Welcoming atmosphere and exquisitely kind staff.
It's a shame that the ratings have a maximum of only 5 stars.

24/07/2025: I'm giving one star because, unfortunately, not giving one is a no-no: terrible service, terrible staff, terrible location.
Rude and surly staff, small bar with little attention to detail, cups stained with lipstick and coffee smudges, broken and damaged tables, poor-quality coffee, cold lemon tea that tastes like anything but lemon tea, cappuccino with no foam but only poorly frothed milk, dirty and broken restrooms.
I will never set foot in that coffee shop again.

17/10/2025: I give it a 5 overall because finding staff as kind as I found last night while waiting for my flight makes all the difference! I tried 2 delicious muffins and a piadina with vegetables and it was all good!!
11/10/2025: Coffee shop at Venice Marco Polo Airport, first floor departures. A little more than a bar, with excellent coffee but fairly average pastries. The sandwiches and paninis are decent, but the friendly staff makes the difference. They also sell some products that could be described as Italian and local. It's hard to give the atmosphere more than a three because the place is located in a high-traffic area and is completely open, so it would be difficult to warm it up. Still, a good place.
