11/07/2025: Viajero ciego estafado — € 9 pasta convertida en € 63 Tengo discapacidad visual, y esta fue mi primera visita a una trattoria en Venecia. Desafortunadamente, fui engañado debido a mi incapacidad para ver claramente. El personal recomendó un plato de pasta, diciendo que era de € 9. Lo ordené, confiando en esa información. Pero cuando llegó el momento de pagar, el propietario me dijo que en realidad eran 9 € por 100 gramos, algo que nunca me explicaron en ningún momento. Sin pedir mi consentimiento, cocinaron 700 gramos y luego me gritaron que pagara 63€. Cuando lo dudé, el dueño amenazó con llamar a la policía, lo que me puso extremadamente ansioso y asustado. Les dije que no tenía tarjeta, solo algo de dinero en efectivo. Me presionaron hasta que les di todo el dinero que tenía para salir de allí. Como alguien ciego, confío en explicaciones verbales claras. Pero ninguno fue proporcionado. En Florencia, cuando pedí filete, mostraron claramente el peso y el precio de antemano. Aquí, se aprovecharon de mi vulnerabilidad. Adjunto una foto del plato que sirvieron. Parecía una pasta típica de marisco, no algo que debería costar 63€. Y para ser claros, los 63€ eran solo para la pasta. Las bebidas y otros artículos se cobran por separado. Esto hace que la falta de explicación previa sea aún más indignante. Más tarde, encontré otra reseña que describía exactamente la misma situación: a un cliente le dijeron que era una “pasta de mariscos”, asumió que eran 15 € como los demás y terminó cobrándole 63 € por pasta de langosta. Es evidente que este es un patrón de engaño dirigido a los turistas, especialmente a aquellos que no están familiarizados con las prácticas locales o a personas vulnerables como yo. Ni siquiera me dieron un recibo. Esto no solo fue deshonesto, sino discriminatorio. Evita este lugar. Se benefician de engañar y amenazar a los clientes vulnerables.

05/07/2025: Nous recommandons ce restaurant qui est vraiment bon! J ai mangé du foie à la Vénitienne un délice!!! Les pâtes étaient très bonne aussi et le service excellent. Merci pour ce bon moment.

26/10/2025: You get breakfast for €50, but then you're not allowed to sit down... unless you find the hidden side entrance. Conditions inside are very good. The waitress outside works for her tips.

24/10/2025: It's a shame about the coffee, which is actually decent, but the waiter behind the counter making the coffees is disgustingly rude. The colleague kindly tried every way she could to gloss over the enormous blunder her colleague made. He should connect it to his brain before opening his mouth.

07/07/2025: Yo EVITARÍA este lugar. La comida era terrible: una ensalada marchita y una pizza con masa congelada preparada, una salsa ligera y débil y un queso gelatinoso y sin sabor. Palitos de pan servidos en fundas de plástico. El servicio fue pasable durante la comida, pero luego agregaron un cargo por cubierto a mi cuenta y luego cobraron a mi tarjeta más de lo que correspondía. Noté el cobro excesivo y el camarero me explicó que era necesario porque estaba pagando con tarjeta. Me detuve porque me hospedaré cerca de este lugar y acabo de llegar a Venecia por unos días. Este es el tipo de experiencia que te hace arrepentirte de la decisión y sentir que te están aprovechando. Hay muchos restaurantes agradables a menos de 100 metros. Seguir andando. Error absoluto.

30/08/2025: My most expensive Aperol in Italy: €13 for one drink. We only booked a table because it was on the rooftop; dinner turned out to be inside, with only drinks on the rooftop. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it; the prices are outrageous.

04/10/2025: We really enjoy having breakfast here. Drink prices are at the usual Venice level, and it's close to St. Mark's Square. My gluten intolerance is lovingly catered for here. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is okay. I would describe it more as a typical student café. If possible, sit outside. It quickly gets too hot and crowded inside.

26/09/2025: The pizzas aren't good, they taste like frozen ones, and to top it off, they were empty of ingredients. And to top it all off, some of the pizzas were the wrong ones. I'd say it couldn't have been worse.

23/09/2025: The pizza, although good for takeaway, regularly arrives late... We've been ordering from them for years, but after the last time I told the delivery guy that they were thieves... Prices do not correspond to the pizza price list (updated) also confirmed by the delivery guy who didn't understand why 2 pizzas - one tuna and onion and one kebab and chips - and 1 mini tray of kebab meat - cost 29.50 euros, where even adding half a teaspoon of spicy sauce costs one euro... In other takeaway pizzerias for the same products we save even 10-12 euros. It's a shame because the pizza is good, but they've lost some regular customers... See you again

30/05/2025: I recommend this place. I come back there every time we are on holiday in Bibione. Delicious, real Italian coffee. Delicious brioche. Polite owner and very nice waitress.

20/10/2025: We wanted to sit right by the canal. The waiter came and asked us to sit at the round table for two, even though he saw that my mother had difficulty walking with her walking stick! Three-quarters of the tables were never occupied, or people sat for a short time and then left... now I know why. The food was okay, but there were endless empty dishes on the table. The waiter spoke to Italian guests for what felt like hours. We even tried to speak Italian. Then we picked the dishes ourselves! But the biggest disappointment was: the total bill was €101. We wanted to pay in cash, but the waiter opened the bill completely and it said: plus €20 for the staff (tip). So outrageous and wrong! Don't go there! It's a totally outrageous and rude rip-off. It's disgusting. Never again! There are, not in this location, but much friendlier and finer restaurants where they're happy to have guests. A real shame. I wouldn't want to work like that... oh well.

17/10/2025: We stopped here for a drink and a snack. The home made bread was delicious. The waiter Oscar gave the best and nicest service we've had in Venice. He was so kind a attentive. The views over the canal are beautiful. All in all. It was lovely.

24/09/2025: My brother wanted to push water on us so we could see the menu, which stated that we each had to pay 3 euros extra. There were three of us and we shared a pizza, meaning we each got 3 slices, and my brother each got 6 euros.

19/10/2025: Very disappointing hotel. Outdated room with worn carpet, very small room, outdated bathroom... view of another building... No Wi-Fi throughout the stay, so we had to go to reception to send messages. Staff was unfriendly and unsmiling. I strongly advise against this hotel. Not at all like the photos.

15/10/2025: I am writing this review to request a full refund for my recent stay at Hotel Messner. I got from you a fake email address that does not exist, so please contact me as soon as possible to solve this. The property was completely misrepresented compared to the photos and description online. Upon arrival, I experienced the following unacceptable conditions: Strong, unpleasant smell throughout the property Broken shower and toilet Unsafe doors that could be forced open with one kick Overall very poor hygiene Broken electrical plug Broken chair No hot water No Wi-Fi in the room, despite the listing clearly stating that Wi-Fi was available in every room For health, safety, and professional reasons, I had to leave immediately and arrange alternative accommodation at my own expense. This experience was unacceptable, and I am therefore requesting a full refund for this reservation. I also ask that you ensure your listing reflects the true conditions of the property to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation.

06/10/2025: A bar in the heart of Piazza Ferretto; from the outdoor tables, you can admire the entire porticoed promenade. The service is embarrassingly rude, making you feel a bit uncomfortable. The croissants are rubbery, limp, and awful (they should change suppliers). The cappuccino is pleasant overall, but with a poor coffee-to-foam ratio. The price is ridiculous: five euros for a cappuccino and croissant. Highly not recommended unless you enjoy spending too much on something that is overall unpleasant.

04/10/2025: The waitress "randomly" charged us ten euros on a receipt where the individual costs weren't broken down, so I don't know how much three coffees and two pastries cost. But ten euros for, I repeat, three coffees and two pastries is definitely too much! We're not in St. Mark's Square!
