23/02/2026: Café is not bad, but the show 1,9€ the expresso and then the 3,9€ is the bill.

23/02/2026: They're scammers. They put one price on the menu in plain sight, and then they literally charge you double just to sit at a table. Don't go.

01/03/2026: The owners, both the woman and the man, are very unpleasant, and the prices are outrageous. A tea and a cake cost €9.50, and it's not even in a tourist area. They told us it was just chocolate cake and contained a lot of alcohol, which I wouldn't have ordered had I known, because I can't drink alcohol. When I asked for the receipt, they rudely pulled it out of the trash and threw it on the table, crumpled and inconsiderate. It didn't even list what we had ordered. They got annoyed and answered rudely. The receipt says they close at 9:00 PM, but they kicked us out at 7:40 PM. If you don't want to be ripped off, don't sit there. Not recommended at all.

03/03/2026: So…. I’ve ignored the attitude- post and I was wrong… he tried to charge me 2€ extra for a take away coffee of 1.3€! So I’ve just had to drink it there… just go to the next one;) PS I’ve got a mortadella - mozzarella and was super oily and my stomach was hurting afterwards…

25/10/2025: The coffee and pastries were affordable and delicious! The owner is the kindest man. He was thoughtful and made an already incredibly special trip that much more memorable simply because we got to meet him.

02/01/2026: We booked for the night of December 31st around 6 PM, reserving a table for 9 PM that same evening. When we arrived, we were told first that it was closed (there were people having dinner), then that it was for residents only (?), and finally that we couldn't have booked because it was closed (again). I'm giving the atmosphere two stars because they had karaoke, so you could sing along to Sarah Toscano. Otherwise, the experience was terrible, with no friendliness and a lot of bullshit!

29/12/2025: Beautiful and the food is excellent. They're open even in the dead of winter. Highly recommended.

05/09/2025: I'm giving it a 1 because it's the best. Terrible food: spaghetti with squid ink that tasted like oil. Cuttlefish was extremely salty and inedible. A bottle of still water was €6!!!!! We asked for bread to accompany our main course, but guess what, it wasn't included and we were charged €2.50 on the receipt—obviously, no one had mentioned this. Plus, there's a 12% service charge (10% VAT). I'm attaching a photo of the receipt because it's unbelievable. Speechless

17/02/2026: The place has a good view, good service, but the food is of very poor quality, awful! Low quality and high prices. To my surprise, the bill goes beyond what is on the menu, they add 10% and a service charge and don't even inform you, I only found out because I went to check the bill again at the counter and the attendant rudely finally showed me the bill with the additions without having informed me on the menu that they would charge them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

10/02/2026: Tourist trap - The most expensive coffee I've ever bought in Italy, and it also happened to be the worst. The beer and chips were fine. Redeeming factor is the view and bathroom access.

26/10/2025: I stayed for 5 days with half board. The room was decent, very old but clean. The only flaw was the bathroom without a shower. The location is excellent; if you're traveling with families, it's the perfect area, while if you're younger, there's a cheap bus service. I had a wonderful experience with the staff, especially the waiters in the dining room who served in the evening. I was served by two extremely friendly and helpful young women. I had the pleasure of engaging in several conversations and discovered that it was their first job experience. I would never have imagined this given their dedication to their work. The food was very good, served impeccably, always on time as soon as I sat down, they came straight to ask for drinks, and my orders were always correct. Although there were some mishaps, like a refrigerator that started leaking, they immediately fixed the accidental damage and served without any issues. The only flaw was the chef, who often left, all dirty and sweaty, not wearing proper work attire, and he would yell at the girls for no apparent reason. I hope to see them again next season because I'll definitely be coming!

26/10/2025: I stayed at this property called "Hotel Amalfi" for three nights. The service was exemplary only in the dining room. I interacted with all the hotel staff, but no one made me feel listened to and welcomed as a guest like the waiters. The two very young girls in the dining room are role models. They were vibrant and visibly attentive to the order of the dining room and the well-being of the guests. I was very sorry that during this stay I witnessed these two girls being reprimanded by the chef. He allowed himself to leave the kitchen in a pitiful state, smelling of onions and fried ammentecato... and yet, with a dirty apron, he decided to come out and be complimented by the guests, who were so shocked by the situation that they decided to compliment him even though they were not satisfied. The two girls were truly magnanimous human beings. They were adorned, without imperfections: harmless and beautiful; And this saved the decay of the old dining room, left over from when my grandfather went to war. My stay was respectable, but it wouldn't have been the same without these two waitresses.

16/12/2025: Best pizza in town, exceptionally tasty 👌 Good value for money as well. Recommend 100%!

12/12/2025: Went for a “late night” snack around 2030. Guy at the place said he couldn’t/wouldn’t make a pizza to go and to pick from the slices on the window. Pizza tasted bad, got 3 slices and 2 beers for 36 euro. Absolutely not worth it.

02/09/2025: I remembered it being very different from how it is now. Starting with the menu, under the previous management they offered more variety, especially in the side dishes for sandwiches. It seems unthinkable to me that a restaurant with the "dessert" name would only offer packet ice cream. The food wasn't bad, it was just that the selection was limited and nothing exceptional. I really enjoyed it the previous times, but it's a shame that the new management has made it so bad. I also see no reason to be so high in the prices. Not recommended

18/10/2025: The pizza at "Da Alessio" is good, but the delivery service is terrible. We've ordered several times, and they're always at least 20 minutes late. The most annoying thing is that they blame the delivery guys. They always claim the pizzas have already left or that the delivery guy got lost, but when they arrive, they're freshly baked and piping hot.

15/10/2025: Consistently late Every time I find myself waiting outside the pizzeria, even though I called ahead to make a reservation. I've never arrived at the agreed-upon time and found the pizzas ALMOST ready, never.

30/06/2025: Fantástica pizza. Corteza de pizza fina y crujiente, hecha en horno de pizza a leña. La mejor pizza que comimos en nuestro viaje de 5 días a Italia. Auténtico italiano, sin menús turísticos. Cerveza servida en vasos helados.

24/06/2025: La nourriture était bonne sans plus et les serveurs très désagréable surtout un qui a l’air d’être le manager, méprisant et hypocrite, il ne sourit pas plus d’une seconde puis n’accord pas un mot agréable. On se sent clairement en trop et c’était très malaisant malgré mes efforts pour être agréable et sympathique.
