30/06/2025: L'alchimista conosce il suo mestiere e mescola con maestria i suoi ingredienti (il cibo, l'ambiente, la musica ed il servizio). L'ambiente è soft, leggero e disimpegnato. Davvero bravi, tutti. Imperdibili: tra i primi il Tortello di carbonara, con gambero rosso, olio al timo, pepe lungo del Bengala fatte in casa scampi e gli gnocchi di zucca con cacio e pepe, sake e tartufo, Tra i dolci il Gelato all’olio d’oliva con spugna di pistacchio, salsa al cioccolato bianco, zenzero candito (che è una vera e propria esperienza di culinaria esoterica) e il Sigaro di cioccolato cioccolato di Valrhona (questione che merita lussurioso approfondimento), ripieno di ricotta e nduja e cenere di arachidi. Notevole l'offerta di champagne con tante etichette disponibili. Conto proporzionato. Da ripetere, senza esitazione.

01/03/2025: Un bicchiere di prosecco cartizze 7€ imbevibile.bottiglia di.vino Trento doc calda e cibo da mensa scolastica terrificante!ho preso il polpo con polenta completamente insipida e il polpo sembrava plastica ..lasagna allo speck fredda e completamente insapore!servizio terrificante..ho capito perché il nostro era l’unico tavolo ed il ristorante fosse vuoto..Ps un havana cola 14€ ….dai ma quanto pensate di durare?

11/08/2025: Always an odyssey; ordered multiple times and always late. If you don't call them back, they won't even bother to let you know. The only advice I can give to anyone who orders pizza from them is to know that you'll have to wait thirty to forty-five minutes after the time they set, because your requested time is never a good fit.

03/06/2025: The place is nestled in the hills of Valdobbiadene and enjoys a wonderful view and peace. The breakfast was plentiful and good, and the restaurant should definitely be tried too. The rooms are rustic in style and the place is very clean. A couple of things to fix to get the maximum score are: 1) put completely blackout curtains on the windows. The one that was there filtered too much light and at dawn I was already awake. 2) we couldn't get the TV to work (not even in the room next to my brother). I also tried to connect it to my hotspot but nothing.

03/05/2025: Girando fra guanciali ,lardo e pancette della cantina del sign.Livio (persona educata e accogliente) , non potevamo non assaggiare i salumi. Molto buoni! Costata cotta bene e buona . Tiramisù non mi è piaciuto, innovativo ma privo di sapori. Conto più che giusto ! Da ritornare …

27/04/2025: I only give one star for Angela. I used to come as a child to eat pasta. I returned after years to bring my son. I come here every now and then when I come back from abroad just for Angela. The owners are rude, grumpy, rude, even towards their employee. The service is deplorable, they make you uncomfortable, the wait is eternal. It's a shame for one of the few historic pastry shops left on TV.

11/03/2025: Clean environment, friendly staff. The coffee is good and the croissants are excellent

18/05/2025: The bathrooms are not very clean, there is no toilet paper and the environment is a bit abandoned.

11/05/2025: Short stop for a lunch snack. Parking is convenient, the outdoor tables are pleasant. Excellent sandwiches!!
