Pizzeria Al Gallo In Pieve di soligo

We had dinner on Easter evening and our choice was limited by the closure of other local restaurants. The service was friendly and the place was clean, but the pizza was nothing special, although the draft beers were very good.

I had a very delicious pizza, helpful staff, fast service.

The pizza toppings were very concise; the tomato sauce not only had a beautiful red color but was also well-seasoned and had a delicate flavor. Tasty anchovies were brought to the table in a tin for self-assembly, and there was no need to rush since the pizza wasn't piping hot. They had a very interesting selection of beers, although not everything was available. To finish, I had a limoncello after paying.

Very good pizza, with a variety of dough choices. The leavening is excellent, making the pizza light and easy to digest. Very attentive service, with attentive and smiling staff. Excellent value for money. The decent selection of bottled beers is noteworthy, with some noteworthy craft specialties.

Pizzeria in the city center with good quality ingredients. Excellent zucchini pizza. Their signature dish is the spit-roasted pizza.
