25/03/2026: We've been to Donato's several times to celebrate various birthdays. The last time was Sunday, March 15th. We were treated, as always, like true gentlemen. They reserved a small room just for us, where they served us some amazing dishes. I recommend the tartare and the grilled meats. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to fulfill your every wish. Donato is super friendly, and this time he truly deserves an A+ because, in addition to welcoming my dog ​​into the restaurant, he walked him around and even gave him treats. I highly recommend this place.

10/06/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Da Gennaro, and the experience was truly positive in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism by attentive, helpful, and always smiling staff. The service was prompt but unhurried, allowing us to enjoy the evening in complete relaxation. The quality of the food was very good. The pizzas were well-prepared, with fresh, flavorful ingredients, and perfectly cooked. A real highlight was the "bavette allo scoglio": we chose the extra option, for a small supplement of just €1.50, and it was absolutely worth it. They were truly delicious, rich in flavor, and prepared with great care. I would definitely recommend this dish to anyone who visits the restaurant. The fritto misto was also very popular, proving to be one of the best I've tasted in recent memory. Crispy to perfection, light and not at all greasy, with carefully selected ingredients and impeccable preparation. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, perfect for both a family dinner and an evening with friends. Overall, Da Gennaro offers excellent value and a culinary offering that's definitely worth a visit. I'll gladly return to try other dishes on the menu. Kudos to the entire team!!!

12/04/2026: We were there on March 26th. The restaurant was open, but the kitchen wasn't yet open. Even though we hadn't booked, and since we arrived early, we were warmly welcomed and given the table we preferred. Then the food arrived, and it was good; everyone was satisfied. At the end of the evening, after spending over €300, we asked for a paper invoice for our foreign accountant, obviously to get a refund, according to local law. Daniele (very good) gave me his private cell phone number, willing to help us. The following days, he texted me the owner's refusal. Thank you very much, Mr. Owner, and zero stars to you: your employees' hospitality is fine, but a piece of paper, God forbid!

01/04/2026: What can I say... the best in everything, from the kangaroo food to the sautéed vegetables with an excellent glass of Spanish wine... the tiramisu with fabulous pistachio cream was also excellent... and last but not least, the service, which impressed me even more than anything I've written... truly a gem! Excellent and I highly recommend it.

07/05/2026: Apparently they only serve you if you're a foreigner. We went to sit down, the waitress even greeted us, and then no one came to serve us again. I'm really disappointed because the place was nice. When we got up to leave, they looked at us and didn't apologize.

21/12/2025: After a waiter told us the wait for a table of three would be 15 minutes, we waited about 10 minutes without seeing anyone come out, while customers continued to come in. Shortly after, another waiter arrived and told us the wait would be an hour. At that point, we politely asked if it was possible to get takeout pizzas, but were told that the wait for those was also an hour. We decided to leave, and the waiter replied rather hastily: "Oh, okay, do as you wish." While we were heading to another pizzeria, we called out of curiosity and were told that the takeout pizzas would be ready in 30 minutes, half the time they had indicated in person. The pizza is good; I've been there before, but last night we were a little disappointed with the service.
