14/08/2024: I brought a friend who comes from Florence to have breakfast. The waiter arrives, we ask what pastries are left "eh not much" ok... do you want to tell me? .. there are 3 left, my friend chooses one... after 10 minutes another girl arrives to say that the chosen pasta was no longer there. All this on the morning of August 14th with the bar half empty. Nice service and great image. Compliments.

10/08/2024: Terrible experience. We sat at the table and ordered 4 croissants with coffee and cappuccino. They served us 3 croissants and the coffees/cappuccinos without the fourth croissant. Although this was highlighted, the fourth croissant arrived after a quarter of an hour. The croissant itself, in addition to being small in size, had a non-existent filling. Having pointed this out at the checkout, the response was: sorry, this is who we are! Well if you are these, it saddens me to point out that the customer is unlikely to return. Very low quality/price ratio.
