Excellent ingredients, top-notch cuisine, and then there's the owner, always present in the dining room...she explains the dishes and conveys the emotion...not to mention her expertise in wine. This plant-based restaurant successfully transforms seasonal ingredients into creative, carefully crafted, and flavorfully balanced dishes. The surprise menu concept is brilliant: you let the chef guide you through a menu that changes based on the freshest ingredients available, making the dinner dynamic and never predictable. Each course is a discovery, with original pairings that surprise without ever being forced. All dishes have been reimagined with a vegan twist, free from dairy and eggs, a choice that demonstrates how valuable plant-based cuisine can be without sacrificing anything. Beyond the quality of the dishes, we greatly appreciated the welcome: they offered us various extras, from the entrée to the final biscuit, creating a rare sense of care and hospitality. An experience to repeat, without hesitation. Thanks again...the Sicilian desserts are delicious, not to mention the chocolate biscuit...which took me back to my childhood.

06/09/2025: I went there last night for dinner and found a welcoming family atmosphere. The dishes are typical Venetian but also revisited. The quality of the food and wines is excellent. I think it's a must if you go to Padua!!!

03/09/2025: Excellent restaurant! Chosen a bit at random, but glad I did. Very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent staff, even a bit of a conversation starter. Very good dishes. My linguine with fresh cod perhaps lacked the fish flavor. My wife was very satisfied with the grilled tuna, and I was with the cod Vicenza-style. The price was reasonable for the products. I'll return during my frequent visits to Padua. 👏👍🍾🍾

20/09/2025: The food was excellent, with both fish and meat dishes on the menu. Prices were commensurate with the quality. It would be perfect if half-bottles of wine were also included on the menu. Excellent desserts. Easy parking in the square in front. Beautiful venue, both inside and out.

10/09/2025: A historic-looking pastry shop, where I ordered a kilo of mignon pastries for my birthday at 6 pm, just before closing time, and they prepared a mixed tray of desserts for me the next morning, all delicious. A fruit basket was left over from the day before, and it was still delicious 24 hours after being made. When I went to pick up the pastries, the croissants in the window looked incredibly inviting, so I'll be back for a leisurely breakfast! Furthermore, considering the price, the mignon pastries are super competitive (less than €30/kg) compared to other ridiculously expensive pastry shops. One last detail not to be overlooked: everyone in the shop was kind, friendly, and smiling. A truly wonderful discovery, and I'm very happy with it. 🎉

03/09/2025: Manzato is the perfect place for breakfast. Besides being a treat, the croissants are truly delicious, and the staff is always very friendly.

05/10/2025: Elegant restaurant, with a large dining room perfect for both a dinner for two and important events like weddings. The food is certainly good, the service is attentive, and you can choose from a selection of traditional or skewered dishes. Desserts like tiramisu and skewered pineapple are the finishing touches to finish off the meal. The only two negatives are the single bathroom in a restaurant with so many seats, and the coffee isn't excellent for a coffee lover (without sugar) like me. Overall, I can definitely recommend it.

29/09/2025: Historic pub in Noventa Padovana with the legendary Club Sandwich. A good selection of beers, and very friendly staff with fast service. They accept meal vouchers for both lunch and dinner, and the prices are absolutely reasonable.

We had in mind a cake that was a little different from the classic wedding cake, both in taste and aesthetics...and Michela immediately understood our idea and translated it into a work of art. Needless to say, our guests complimented us endlessly, and especially encores, it was so good! Thank you for making our dream come true!
