28/09/2025: The best food we’ve had in Venice! Some of the best we’ve had in all of Italy! Great place close to everything, but still away from the crowds. I had the scallops, which were amazing.

24/09/2025: A great restaurant to go to in Venice. We had pre-booked based on reviews and we weren't disappointed at all. On our arrival we got an aperitif and the waiter explained all of the food to us when we were confused about 1 or 2 dishes. The mussels starter was excellent, the spicy sauce they were in was amazing. I had the scallop and pistachio pasta as a main and again it was delightful. The other main was a prawn and chilli mushroom pasta dish which again was amazing. Great atmosphere and staff were great too, never pushing us to leave or order quick. A great place to stop at.

15/09/2025: After many years, I'm returning to this old restaurant. Compared to the past, I find a warm welcome. The cuisine has been updated, including some dishes like parmigiana. The owners and staff are very friendly. Reservations are required. The atmosphere is very charming. I'm pleased with the change from the past. I'll definitely try again.

30/09/2025: We stumbled upon this bar while walking near St. Mark’s Cathedral and loved it so much we came back the next day. The drinks and cicchetti were excellent, and we were really impressed by how hardworking the staff were, constantly mixing drinks and keeping the whole place running smoothly.

16/07/2025: A historic establishment, among the most highly regarded in Italy for craft beer. A beautiful wall of taps where you can draw according to your tastes, in the appropriate glasses and with the right timing for the different beer styles.

01/09/2025: The welcome wasn't the best. We arrived at 8:40 pm and the first thing the lady who showed us to the table told us was that they would close at 10 pm. She didn't tell us, however, that they had run out of all the cheeses except the Parmesan. On the aperitif menu, they have three dishes to offer: the cured meats dish, the cheese dish, and the vegetarian dish. Now, I think it would have been more appropriate to warn us about the cheese shortage rather than welcoming us by pointing out the closing time. The view was beautiful, the aperitif food was average.

21/08/2025: A great place for a delicious aperitif with friends or as a couple. I recommend it for those who aren't too fussy about their food. They have those charcuterie boards that are truly worth it. It's perfect for spending an afternoon or evening with friends. I recommend reserving a table because it's always full.

12/09/2025: Excellent bread, with a wide selection. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent cold cuts, too. Well stocked with fabulous desserts and a mini supermarket. When I come here on vacation, I can always count on them.

20/08/2025: Excellent pizza, thin, light, and flaky dough, and well-seasoned. Friendly staff. The best in the area.

19/08/2025: Good pizzas, very friendly staff. I recommend the pizzas with "cartufole" (stuffed pasta). The free round of limoncello at the end of the meal is also good.

22/09/2025: We were having a perfectly nice dinner but one of the waitresses ruined the evening for me. I asked for parmesan for our table for my husband's pesto pasta and my seafood pasta which I learnt later is a big faux pas. But she didn't need to roll her eyes and make a terrible face. I would have appreciated if she kindly educated me :) the food was not great and the seafood didn't taste fresh. Though I did enjoy the house wine! Definitely don't recommend a place that makes you feel so judged. Though I did learn an important lesson which I will be more careful of next time as I do want to respect the chef's dish :)
