16/07/2025: Dai social al mal di pancia è un attimo. Siamo venuti con amici e siamo stati male 3 su 4 persone. Servizio lento e appena appena sufficiente, pesce scadente e molto probabilmente congelato e mal cucinato ma venduto ad un prezzo esorbitante. Dopo tante esperienze qui ho perso la faccia con gli amici. Mai più!!

10/07/2025: Sorvolo sul fatto di aver richiesto il tavolo esterno e invece la pigrizia ha avuto il sopravvento.. abbiamo mangiato pesce che sembrava veramente buono ma non si e' rivelato così.. dopo un ora siamo dovuti andare a casa e il giorno dopo non e' stato piacevole. Il prezzo alto. Mai piu'

23/10/2025: Completely overpriced and unfriendly. A 0.3-liter Coke costs 5 euros.

19/10/2025: Avoid! We wanted to have a coffee and eat pastries. The unpleasant waiter forbade us from sitting on the terrace; only inside was possible.

24/09/2025: I could taste the suffering in the food.

11/09/2025: The kids' food was okay, the salmon tartare was delicious, but then we sat there for almost two hours and our food just didn't arrive. The groups were served the whole time, but the other guests were simply ignored. At first, someone came and took our order, but then no one else. We didn't see anyone else either.

28/08/2025: Unfortunately, I ordered two sandwiches that fizzed in my mouth. I mentioned this to the lady at the cashier, also to prevent other customers from eating something that had expired. She told me she would report it to her superior, without refunding me or even making the move of offering something else, or even just apologizing.

23/10/2025: Food: I’m sure the pasta I ordered were pre-cooked and reheated when it was served. Most importantly, the spaghetti was like cut in a half long. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen. Just Horrible. Service: The waiter acted like a clown trying to be funny to my wife and me when we were heading out the restaurant, blocking the my way out and taking my purchased poster from my tote bag. It is not funny or humor at all. Extremely lack of professional behavior. Advice: go somewhere if you could. Run!

21/10/2025: It was my worst experience in Venice. The staff were rude and provided no service whatsoever. This taught me to always check Google reviews before entering a restaurant.

22/10/2025: Disgusting cold food and can't speak English

05/10/2025: I ordered the Tornado Burger, and unfortunately, it was served cold. That’s incredibly poor service for a burger restaurant — I’ve never been served a cold burger before. Of course, after asking if they normally serve cold burgers, I was given a new one, but that’s just unacceptable. They also offer gluten-free pasta, but it’s just simple microwave food. Pathetic. And on top of that, the place is dirty.

08/06/2025: Este restaurante disfruta de una vista cercana del emblemático Puente de Rialto, que probablemente es la razón por la que está tan ocupado como lo está. Nos dieron una mesa en la zona de estar exterior (que está cubierta por un dosel). Las mesas están muy juntas y estábamos en la segunda fila desde la calle. El servicio inicial de tomar nuestra orden de comidas y bebidas fue lo suficientemente rápido y luego se retiró. Mis espaguetis con pimienta estaban bien, sin embargo, mi esposa describió sus raviolis como sosos. Sentadas al otro lado del pasillo de nosotros había dos mujeres que parecían estar participando en una competición de fumadores, cada una de ellas encendiéndose tres veces en rápida sucesión. Fueron bastante abiertos sobre esto y no fue cuestionado por el personal. Unos metros detrás de nosotros otro cliente estaba fumando y en una esquina pero todavía muy cerca de otras mesas y clientes un hombre estaba disfrutando de un puro... . . Dudo que aquellos lo suficientemente desafortunados como para estar en la “zona de deriva” disfrutaran del humo del cigarro más de lo que apreciamos el humo del cigarrillo. Cuando un miembro del personal finalmente se acercó a preguntar si queríamos postre y nos trajo la cuenta cuando dijimos «no, gracias», sacamos el tema de que se permite fumar a las personas en las mesas en un espacio confinado (bien puede haber sido sentarse al aire libre pero había una copa baja y las mesas estaban todas muy juntas) , nos dijeron que esto está permitido en Italia ya que está «al aire libre». Un par en otra mesa junto a nosotros no estaba de acuerdo con lo que los tres o cuatro miembros estaban diciendo sobre el permiso de fumar en el restaurante. Mientras esto ocurría hice una investigación rápida que indicó que el personal no conocía la ley o estaba siendo un poco engañoso en lo que decían. Allí las discusiones se detuvieron inmediatamente cuando hablé en mi mejor italiano (no es genial, pero lo intento) y dije que la ley italiana dice 'no'. ¡Quizás malinterpreté lo que había leído, pero algo eventualmente tocó un acorde! Solo puedo darle a este restaurante dos estrellas y una de ellas es por la vista de ese maravilloso puente. Si no te importa aguantar ser un fumador pasivo en un espacio confinado, mientras tratas de comer una comida bastante ordinaria, entonces este puede ser el lugar para ti. Sin embargo, si te gusta que tu comida tenga un buen sabor y un aroma que no esté contaminado por el humo de cigarrillos o cigarros, entonces es mejor que busques en otro lugar. Quizás alguien con una comprensión mucho mayor de la ley italiana con respecto a fumar en lugares públicos (como restaurantes) podría iluminarme para que me haga saber si estoy en lo correcto o equivocado en mi interpretación de la ley. 21/10/2025: Avoid at all costs! We stepped in to escape the cold — rookie mistake. I wish I had checked the reviews first. The owner was shockingly rude and unkempt, with a sink full of dirty dishes right in sight. When I politely asked, “How are you?” he replied, “Not well, what do you want?” The food was overpriced and downright awful. I genuinely hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.

16/10/2025: Two coffees for €13.50, exorbitant and hidden prices for tourists. We went without looking at reviews, and I can only agree with the negative ones.

13/10/2025: The bathroom door here doesn't lock and there's no toilet seat. I bought a Coke and it cost about 6 euros.

05/04/2025: I'm putting one star because the system doesn't allow you not to put even one, otherwise the most correct review would be a 0. There are three of us and we order two coffees. The lady is obviously resentful that I didn't take anything, and when she brings us coffees she doesn't even respond to our "thank you". I ask to use the bathroom and the lady rudely informs me that I would have to pay 50 cents because I didn't use anything. I point out that in any case there was a consumption of the group, and I inform you that I also work in catering and have never heard of anything like this. Nothing to do, I couldn't use the toilet. The two coffees were paid €3.60 and were advanced because they were terrible. A failure on every front.

07/03/2025: Friday March 7, 25 at lunchtime. Espresso / extra class - almond biscuits or something similar / can be seen in the photo - just good - service lady nice and friendly - came here on the recommendation of local citizens - thank you to the 2 Alpini gentlemen - many thanks to the restaurant - everything is fine - 💁🇦🇹🙋 greet you - oops - using the toilet was no problem either - super clean ☀️🤝 . With the best will in the world, we can't understand the negative reviews - but: an 🇦🇹 Austrian proverb says: ** as you shout (call) into the forest - that's how the echo comes back - rules of etiquette have probably been forgotten.

09/10/2025: Really bad pizza, at very high prices. Pizza seemed to be from frozen.

31/08/2025: Poor service, rude staff, i went there to sit and have a coffee because on the map they are shown as a cafe and they refused to give me a table because it was after 6pm, they gave me a take away bad tasting coffee that the led isnt even the size of the mug and on my way hot coffee split on my hand and you can see that my hand is red cause of the burns. Im really mad at their service and the prices, and the staff who were really rude to me. Dont ruin your precious time by choosing them.

18/10/2025: The pizza at "Da Alessio" is good, but the delivery service is terrible. We've ordered several times, and they're always at least 20 minutes late. The most annoying thing is that they blame the delivery guys. They always claim the pizzas have already left or that the delivery guy got lost, but when they arrive, they're freshly baked and piping hot.

15/10/2025: Consistently late Every time I find myself waiting outside the pizzeria, even though I called ahead to make a reservation. I've never arrived at the agreed-upon time and found the pizzas ALMOST ready, never.

05/11/2025: Just… don’t do that to yourself. They charged me 2€/ person for using utensils and 5.50€ for a can of coke. Considering the atmosphere, the service, and the attitude of the restaurant’s workers, this is literally … a scam (I don’t even try to take a picture of the food, it looks unappealing and unappetizing anyway).

24/10/2025: When I walked in to ask if a table is available, the staff was rude and told me that the toilet is just for customers, when I did not even mention anything about using the toilet. She was racist and assumed thing without even listening to what I was saying.
