05/04/2025: I'm putting one star because the system doesn't allow you not to put even one, otherwise the most correct review would be a 0. There are three of us and we order two coffees. The lady is obviously resentful that I didn't take anything, and when she brings us coffees she doesn't even respond to our "thank you". I ask to use the bathroom and the lady rudely informs me that I would have to pay 50 cents because I didn't use anything. I point out that in any case there was a consumption of the group, and I inform you that I also work in catering and have never heard of anything like this. Nothing to do, I couldn't use the toilet. The two coffees were paid €3.60 and were advanced because they were terrible. A failure on every front.

07/03/2025: Friday March 7, 25 at lunchtime. Espresso / extra class - almond biscuits or something similar / can be seen in the photo - just good - service lady nice and friendly - came here on the recommendation of local citizens - thank you to the 2 Alpini gentlemen - many thanks to the restaurant - everything is fine - 💁🇦🇹🙋 greet you - oops - using the toilet was no problem either - super clean ☀️🤝 . With the best will in the world, we can't understand the negative reviews - but: an 🇦🇹 Austrian proverb says: ** as you shout (call) into the forest - that's how the echo comes back - rules of etiquette have probably been forgotten.

09/10/2025: Really bad pizza, at very high prices. Pizza seemed to be from frozen.

31/08/2025: Poor service, rude staff, i went there to sit and have a coffee because on the map they are shown as a cafe and they refused to give me a table because it was after 6pm, they gave me a take away bad tasting coffee that the led isnt even the size of the mug and on my way hot coffee split on my hand and you can see that my hand is red cause of the burns. Im really mad at their service and the prices, and the staff who were really rude to me. Dont ruin your precious time by choosing them.

18/10/2025: The pizza at "Da Alessio" is good, but the delivery service is terrible. We've ordered several times, and they're always at least 20 minutes late. The most annoying thing is that they blame the delivery guys. They always claim the pizzas have already left or that the delivery guy got lost, but when they arrive, they're freshly baked and piping hot.

15/10/2025: Consistently late Every time I find myself waiting outside the pizzeria, even though I called ahead to make a reservation. I've never arrived at the agreed-upon time and found the pizzas ALMOST ready, never.

05/11/2025: Just… don’t do that to yourself. They charged me 2€/ person for using utensils and 5.50€ for a can of coke. Considering the atmosphere, the service, and the attitude of the restaurant’s workers, this is literally … a scam (I don’t even try to take a picture of the food, it looks unappealing and unappetizing anyway).

24/10/2025: When I walked in to ask if a table is available, the staff was rude and told me that the toilet is just for customers, when I did not even mention anything about using the toilet. She was racist and assumed thing without even listening to what I was saying.

19/10/2025: I ordered a few hours ago via Just Eat, and when we saw the state of the food after tasting it, we ran to the bathroom to vomit. Unfortunately, we had to throw everything away because it was raw and the meat had spoiled.

20/09/2025: Good kebab and friendly manager.

06/09/2025: We had Radauta soup and sarmale for lunch, mixed grill... excellent, affordable price, waitress Natașa very kind and respectful. We will definitely come back to her place!

24/08/2025: Not recommended. A restaurant to absolutely avoid.

14/09/2025: Like everyone else, we didn't realize it was €12 for two shots of Aperol. When you asked for the receipt, she acted like she didn't understand, and when she gave it to you, it only said "bar." Who knows if you're paying VAT on your drink or not?

25/08/2025: Watered-down Spritz for €6. A steal.

20/09/2025: The owner is very unfriendly. We wanted to buy drinks, but he opened the fridge, and several cans fell out because it was completely overfilled. He then wanted us to buy the completely deformed cans, claiming it was our fault. We then left and bought them elsewhere.

13/08/2025: Since I didn't have cash, I had to pay by card, and the manager charged me an extra 64 cents for the transaction, which is illegal. I totally don't recommend it, especially given the exorbitant prices and the extremely poor quality of the pizza. Definitely a tourist trap.

01/11/2025: The waiter looked like there had just been a funeral at home; the service was poor, and the prices were outrageously high. Not recommended.

22/10/2025: Nasty proprietor—we bought cookies and the cranky old woman angrily cursed at us for using an outdoor table. The cookies were dry. Don’t waste your money here! Worst customer experience I’ve ever had traveling in 15 countries.

19/10/2025: 9 euros for a Spritz (prices not listed). 7.50 for 4 mushy crab balls filled with whatever, plus a 1 euro surcharge per portion. For card payments, so 2 drinks and 2 meals cost 4 euros extra.

26/10/2025: If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The owner is rude and impolite, forcing customers to consume as many times as they ask to use the bathroom. Terrible.

25/10/2025: It's a shame. We're two people, we ordered two coffees, and they only let one of us into the bathroom, which is an unsanitary hole in the floor. It's embarrassing.

20/10/2025: The prices on the display outside don't seem to be for tourists. I had to ask for 1.5 times the price for pizza. It didn't taste good either.

28/09/2025: Two chocolate brioches were purchased, and they were quite good. But I agree with the other comments...what a rude saleswoman, a dirty look, a receipt thrown away, NO respect, a disgrace to Venice.

01/09/2025: Pressed for time, we chose this restaurant without even paying attention to Google reviews. What a mistake. Indeed, I confirm the previous reviews: this is indeed the worst restaurant on the island. The food is defrosted, the service mediocre, and the same story about the toilet as the previous reviews.
