10/07/2025: No food: they didn't have any when they opened. The place was dark: when they opened, everything was turned off, so it wasn't clear if they were on vacation. Terrible service: rude and impolite. I tiptoed in at opening time, asking permission and if it was open. One of the waitresses, who was reading the newspaper, said yes. I asked if they had food, seeing nothing displayed, and a second waitress rudely replied, "No," because they open at 8 (it was 8). I asked, without any argument, how long it would take for them to have breakfast available, and she, still rude and annoyed, replied, "15 minutes." That's fair enough, everyone runs the bar as they see fit. It would have been enough to say it in a normal manner instead of being annoyed and giving me a dirty look just for coming in so early. Never again.

25/07/2025: Tempi di attesa lunghi, servizio precario, pressoché assente come la cordialità. 4€ per un coperto che non prevede alcun servizio a giustificazione del prezzo, dal momento che con l’ordinazione, giunta sbagliata, non è stato portato alcun tipo di sostituto del pane o pane, se non si vuole fare accenno a quello scongelato e riscaldato all’ultimo momento. Prezzi alti senza alcuna giustificazione. Da evitare.

30/06/2025: Large terrace with a view, even if very distant, of Venice. Professional waiters. More than good food. Worth a try if only because the place is scenic.

04/08/2025: Even though I know I'll never get a proper response, but one that's obviously automatic, like the other I've seen on other reviews that invites you to file a complaint via email, I'm reviewing anyway. Bad experiences. I've bought from Burger King over and over again because I always think a place can improve. After one time, they put beef in my Crazy Chicken Chesse BBQ sandwich, they put beef in it. The second time, I was missing a sandwich, but by the time I got home, I realized, because I bought to take away, the third time the sandwich bread was very cold. The fourth time, the sandwiches ordered as a Big King (Big King) had the bread and meat of the mignon size of the small sandwiches. This time too, I got the nachos you can see in the photo, burnt because they were reheated. You can clearly see what kind of stuff they are, and... I'm in the business, and with these things you don't satisfy customers, you only make them never come back. PS. There were two people in sales and only one in the kitchen. After about ten minutes, the fourth person also arrived. And the paper is always missing from the machines where the orders are made. Result: NO RECEIPT, NO RECEIPT

31/07/2025: We went from an 8.5 (even though the restaurant was a bit run down, but the food and service were still very good) to a 4/5, cold food, drinks with ambiguous flavors... and the restaurant was even worse off.

16/08/2025: Do you have any intolerances? Skip the whole thing!!! You ask for something without mozzarella, you trust me, and then... You spend half the day in the bathroom. To the older, impolite, black-haired lady, I wish you perpetual food intolerances and allergies with all my heart.

16/08/2025: An absolute disaster – never again! I've rarely experienced such poor customer service. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a look as if I were unwanted. The owner was extremely unfriendly, rude, and lacked any sense of decency – no customer service at all. Questions were answered snippily, complaints ignored. Disrespectful is putting it mildly. You also get the distinct feeling that they're trying to get as much money out of you as possible – completely exorbitant prices for mediocre or even poor service. Nothing is explained, but at the end you're presented with a bill that's simply outrageous. I strongly advise anyone not to enter this place. Anyone who doesn't like being insulted and would rather spend their money on something with quality should definitely steer clear of this store.

18/07/2025: sono andato in questa pizzeria e ristorante con due ospiti americani che mi avevano chiesto di provare una buona e vera pizza "Italian style" e non solo la pizza è stata un ottima conferma - pizza Napoli style - ma anche il resto del cibo ordinato è stato superlativo. Nota di merito per la Parmigiana di Melanzane che era da urlo. Altra nota di grandissimo merito per i miei parametri...velocissimi e onesti. Abbiamo mangiato in meno di un'ora ed era tutto ottimo a prezzi assolutamente normali

06/08/2025: Was not very clean, garbage piled very high on top of the full garbage can. Loved the staff branded McRunning shoes. Tried a bunch of the locally influenced menu items and did not like most of them. The cheese bacon fries were so bad that I threw them out after the first bite. The coffee ice cream drink and the €1.10 piece of parmigiano reggiano were the winners by far.

05/08/2025: The service is fast. The sandwiches are sometimes poorly assembled. Except on weekends, it's quite quiet during the week.

28/07/2025: A beautiful location, in a lovely setting, for a "medieval" lunch/dinner... The menu is varied enough (but not too varied) to accommodate different tastes. I recommend the children's dish, due to the appropriate portions. The "all you can drink" option is excellent.

24/07/2025: Generous portions, nice ambience. Very good restaurant compared even to Disneyland restaurants. It doesn't deserve the current rating, it is over 4 stars in my opinion.

21/04/2025: Alles in allem ist das Essen mittelmäßig. Die Speisekarte liest man in Venedig mehrfach mit variierenden Preisen. Für 4 Scampi 30€ ist schon eine Frechheit. Personal zwar nett, aber da hört es auch schon auf. Für uns eher eine Touristennepp und nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

13/04/2025: Absolutamente espantoso servicio desde el principio, personal de espera abrupto muy grosero, evitar a toda costa si quieres una comida tranquila agradable, literalmente te tiran comida y simplemente les encanta despejar la mesa mientras otros todavía están comiendo! Intentamos pedir en italiano y muy groseramente nos dijeron que solo hablar inglés! Están corriendo por ahí haciéndote sentir muy incómodo. La comida era promedio. Moscas por todas partes. Fue una comida especial de cumpleaños pero extremadamente triste que fuera tan horrible.

06/04/2025: Non lo consiglio, noi abbiamo preso delle tagliatelle con i funghi ma non avevano di niente, poi abbiamo preso anche una cotoletta di vitello con patatine e mi portano un pezzo di “carne” cotto nel olio che non so che carne era, il tagliere dei affettati era buono…..

20/03/2025: Este restaurante en Cortina es muy grande con muchas mesas, así que a pesar de no haber reservado pudimos cenar después de esperar un poco de cola. Tienen una gran variedad de pizzas, estaban muy ricas y también la panna cota.

09/08/2025: Well, what can I say... first of all, the prices weren't displayed, they don't exist. There was a paper menu, only verbal and without prices, or rather, approximate prices that have nothing to do with reality. The food was bad, a poor parmigiana that wasn't good, and a small plate of roast beef with vegetables, a small plastic bottle of water, a small glass of warm beer with all the foam, the beer was just dregs... The location may be beautiful, the girl who served us was kind, but that doesn't justify the €44 bill!!!!! And the €3 per person service charge and paper placemats... I'll leave you to decide.

03/06/2025: I went there a third time in January 2022, the first 2 pre-COVID were definitely not, good service, very good first courses (rice and gnocchi) and tagliata with abundant side dishes, I don't know if they changed management or not, but it's definitely better. Update 2025, very good paccheri with sauce and excellent tuna tagliata with sesame.
