The place is in a very convenient location if you're passing through the area, but the experience is a bit inconsistent. It's always crowded, and as a result, service can be decidedly slow. Prices are more or less fair, even if a little higher than average, but the downside is the portions and sandwiches, which I found to be really small. It's fine for a quick stop if you're not in a hurry, but you could do better.

The quality is not that of a hamburger joint but serves the purpose and necessity.

We haven't been there lately. I advise franchise owners to carefully select their staff, especially managers/directors. This evening I arrive at the register ready to pay. I take out €500 in cash. The cashier kindly says okay, but then, just to be safe, goes to ask the manager for permission. The manager arrives and rudely tells me he doesn't accept the €500 note, that he's only seen it once in his life and doesn't know what to do with it... I swallow it silently. I understand that it can't be easy working shifts with so many people, and if I do this job out of necessity and not pleasure, this situation can become very sad. I exchange the note, pay, and wait for my order. While waiting, two people in front of me complain about their incorrect orders, and the long-haired manager, always rude, initially refuses to exchange a girl's incorrect sandwich. Then, after constant complaints, he finally decides to exchange it, making it seem like a special favor from his lofty decision-making power. I'm silent, my turn comes, I grab the takeout bags, and check the packages because by now I'd realized the staff was completely overwhelmed (it often happens when the place is packed). Everything seems fine. I get home and inside the package of one sandwich there's another... I should have gone back to exchange it, but it was too late, I was tired, so I gave up. Mistakes happen, moments of chaos too... but at least have the decency to treat customers well. I'm attaching a photo of the box containing a sandwich different from the one ordered.

Not all McDonald's are created equal! It seemed standard, but the croissant had holes in it (no, it wasn't a bribe, but that's just how they served it), and all the marshmallows had disappeared from the donut my daughter ordered. Although it was delicious, these little things slightly spoiled the breakfast experience.

Sunday evening with heavy traffic, exaggerated, McDonald's stop, it seemed very crowded, in reality 1 minute from the time you order on the kiosk and delivery to your table! Extra fast, tray collection and maximum cleanliness... On a day like this I would never have imagined it! Excellent organization!
