09/11/2025: Unfortunately, we were placed in a "room" that resembled a warehouse: cold, noisy, and heated by a pellet stove. As for the food, it was nothing exceptional—it was cuisine reminiscent of the '90s, without any particular flair. The service also leaves much to be desired: the girl who took the orders was kind, but the young man serving the tables didn't even know what he was bringing, which was quite a turnoff. It would have been helpful to at least give him some information about the dishes. The bill: €80 per person for an appetizer, a main course, and two bottles of wine for €30 each. Definitely too much for the overall quality of the experience.

The restaurant immediately struck me with its style: the clever use of black creates an elegant, modern, and harmonious atmosphere, enhancing every detail without being overwhelming. A refined setting, perfect for events and special occasions. During the evening, I had the opportunity to sample several dishes from the kitchen: carefully presented, high-quality ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. Professionalism and passion are evident, both in the dishes and in the service, which is always attentive and courteous. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's identity. Casa Caldart is a place that successfully combines style, taste, and hospitality: an excellent choice for elegant dinners, private events, or special moments to remember. Recommended.

07/10/2025: I would like to report an unpleasant incident that happened to me at Le Cedrare during a reception I was invited to in mid-September. The staff was informed in advance of my celiac dietary requirements, and, having already eaten very well at the restaurant on another occasion, I was very happy to return to that beautiful place. However, about an hour and a half to two hours after sampling the appetizers (the buffet was held in the garden, and I was served two separate dishes), I felt ill during dinner, evidently from something I had eaten during the appetizer. I went to the bathroom with cramps and diarrhea, and from there I decided to stop eating because of the cramps, which, in any case, lasted the entire evening. I discreetly informed the staff that something had bothered me. There was no concern for my health, nor was I asked if I needed anything. But at the end of the evening, a lady from the kitchen came to bring me gluten-free dessert, telling me she had personally taken care of all the gluten-free food, that in her opinion it was impossible for anything to have harmed me, and that if I was feeling ill, it was because I had eaten something I shouldn't have, something different from what had been brought to me. So, in addition to having my dinner and evening ruined, I was also arrogantly accused of guilt in front of other people and guests I didn't even know, as if my discomfort was due to some fault of my own. I had complied and limited myself to eating what was given to me, asking each time, just to be sure, if it was safe for me. At the time, I obviously replied that I never eat anything that's harmful to me, but I let it go, also because I wasn't in a position to argue. Two days later, I called the facility, and the same lady who had accused me of eating something I shouldn't have—and who didn't want to show up—answered. I would have liked clarification to understand what could have caused my illness (with celiac disease, even a small inadvertent contamination, a small error in service, something that goes wrong can make a difference, but you try to understand what happened before blaming the customer), but I encountered a wall, the same stubbornness in blaming me for what happened, with the justification that another celiac guest had had no problems (as if that means anything, given that not all celiacs have the same symptoms, and there's no way of knowing if the other person ate exactly what was brought to me at the buffet). At the end of the call, the lady, still in a disrespectful and rude tone, urged me to bring my own food next time to avoid problems. Let's just say I had different expectations regarding the way the staff at such a renowned restaurant would handle customer needs and complaints, but on a human level, my experience was truly negative, which weighs even more heavily than the damage to my health.

16/10/2025: I tried this place and absolutely loved it! The baozi, jiaozi and the xiao long bao are super delicious you can really taste that they are freshly handmade. Waiting 9 minutes for fresh food is no problem at all, it’s totally worth it. The food was amazing and you should definitely give it a try!

16/10/2025: A delicious dinner. The initial welcome at the end of the meal was a real experience. I was curious to learn about chef Giuliano Baldessari's cuisine. I found the "Initiation 1" tasting menu excellent in every course, and some dishes surprised me, always positively. The dining room service was excellent, providing information about the dishes and wines throughout the evening. The professionalism and passion that the entire staff puts into their work is evident and makes for a wonderful evening enjoying excellent food. Thank you and congratulations, Aqua Crua!

04/10/2025: We chose this restaurant based on Google recommendations. The setting is pleasant, with a small outdoor courtyard/patio, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, it should be noted that there was a veritable invasion of mosquitoes, which made the meal quite unpleasant (although it wasn't the restaurant's fault). As for the main course, there was a real contrast: the beef dish with mashed potatoes and a red wine sauce was excellent, tender and flavorful, reminiscent of stew but with its own distinct identity. On the other hand, my main course—linguine with chanterelles (replacing unavailable porcini mushrooms)—was very disappointing: simple buttered pasta with a few mushrooms, with no sauce or particular flavor, especially at this price. The tiramisu for dessert was good, but overall, we have mixed feelings: some very good dishes, but also some real disappointments, which doesn't really justify the enthusiasm of the online reviews.
