04/07/2025: This year we are lucky enough to have a little house in Eraclea for three months… We tried a few restaurants but, high prices aside, super touristy menus with poor quality fish… Until we discovered this little place, quiet, attentive and friendly management eeeee… AMAZING CUISINE!!!! Very fresh fish, non-trivial dishes, excellent quality/price ratio. A guarantee! Certainly our favorite restaurant! Very good! Elena and Fabio 🤗

19/06/2025: Sister and I went on a long awaited trip to Venice and after a short excursion to the islands of Murano & Burano we decided to eat at 'Al Gabbiano', Riva Degli Schiavoni. This place was an absolute delight, it was cosy with a warm atmosphere and clean! Our waiter, Imran Cameriere, was a lovely chap, friendly, helpful and attentive but not pushy and briefly chatted with us at the end of our meal. The meal itself (Pizza) was delicious, very authentic and reasonably priced. If I ever go back to Venice, I will most certainly go there again. Thank you!

19/06/2025: The service was very unfriendly. The wrong drinks were brought, and when we pointed it out, they said the mistake was ours. The food was quite good, but there was very little of it.

13/06/2025: We got the special from the house, the cold meat, it was fantastic, tasty, a big size and good price. I got a cappuccino. Everything got delivered pretty quickly, and the service was very kind and nice. Totally recommend this place.

23/05/2025: I'm a big foodie from America and this place was phenomenal. My girlfriend and I sat inside and loved that it was super quiet and calm. I had the best carbonara of my life here and my girlfriend's bologna's spaghetti was also well made. Our wine was to die for and the whole experience was great. We came back the next night and ate the pesto pasta and a Gorgonzola pizza, and we would come back a third night if we didn't have to leave :) The servers were also professional and happy to serve us - even with a language barrier they were more friendly than most people back home. It was right next to the canal, and had indoor and outdoor seating which was extremely convenient. Looking out the window and seeing all the action was always scenic.

07/07/2025: Pizzeria with potential, but room for improvement! Simple place, with the option of eating outside. When ordering the pizza I probably chose the ingredients badly, since mine weren't that great, while the person who ate with me had a much better time. It's a shame because the pizza dough is very good. The waitresses are very kind, but the wait was excessive, considering the place was far from full. It's also a shame about the very anonymous desserts...

06/07/2025: As soon as we arrived they offered us a drink while waiting for the pizzas. The staff is really kind and present, the pizzas are very good, well filled, light dough. Very honest price. Highly recommended!

14/05/2025: We celebrated a wedding on May 3rd. The food was top notch and very plentiful. Outside for the buffet part there was a barbecue where dishes were prepared on the fly, like some fish appetizers and then there was the automatic slicer for ham with fried gnocco. And then the cheeses, meatballs, vegetables and 1000 other delicious things. The first courses were incredible: the risotto with asparagus and shrimp was perfect. Impeccable service the whole time. Beautiful place, both inside and outside, very well-kept and very clean.

05/05/2025: Celebrated our 30 years of marriage together with our loved ones on Sunday 4 May 2025. Ate for lunch with a menu recommended by chef Federico I can say sublime. Thanks to all the staff with the management of Stefania

12/07/2025: Personale cortese, servizio impeccabile, piatti della cucina tipica veronese preparati con cura e con un tocco di innovazione sono gli ingredienti che fanno di questa trattoria un bel posto dove fermarsi a mangiare.L'ambiente è estremamente accogliente, rustico ma tutt'altro che trasandato. Le porizioni abbondanti. Il menù propone numerose specialità veronesi e venete, dal baccalà alla vicentina alla polenta morbida. Chi ama i primi piatti può sbizzarrirsi tra le melanzane pasticciate alla parmigiana con basilico, pomodoro e mozzarella, gli gnocchi di patate con salsa al tartufo nero estivo della Lessinia, la minestra di pasta e fagioli alla veneta con i bigoli, la pancetta e il rosmarino, e molto altro ancora. Io ho provato il risotto mantecato al vino Amarone, cipolla rossa e formaggio ubriaco: ottimo e abbondante!

23/06/2025: Excellent location, for breakfast there is a large selection of food. Complaint about the terrace that they didn't clean, every time we went to it, there were cups, cans, full ashtrays from the day before. Also, the employee at the reception was rude when we asked her to pay for an extended stay until 3pm instead of checking out at 11am. She said that the entire hotel was booked for that day, which was a lie because I saw through the booking that there were free rooms. It just hated extending our stay.
