definitely worth the hype. Generally I tend to stay away from the overly hyped spots but I came in off season so I didn’t have to wait in any lines so I gave it a try. Phenomenal gelato, super super creamy and rich

Definitely the best ice cream shop in Padua and its province. I ordered a small cup, but the price is decidedly high: €3 is a steal. I also noticed that the staff puts the ice cream in and then flattens it with a scoop, removing quite a bit. It's a shame, because if you go with three children and two adults, you'll spend €15 for roughly 100 grams of ice cream. My high rating is due to the quality of the ingredients and the flavor. Unfortunately, I'm reviewing my rating because I returned, ordered a cone for €3.50, and they put very little ice cream. For me, it was the last time...

Portogallo left me with very mixed feelings. As soon as I tasted the gelato I knew it was the best gelato I had ever tried… which instantly gave me a very sad feeling knowing I would be leaving Padova in two days… but hey, that means I have two more days to enjoy it! ❤️
